I don't know why I even go to our McDonald's any more. They at this time owe me several orders of chicken nuggets and some burgers. Today , order a 1/4 please, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. No ketchup, no mayo. Ticket was right. Got a burger with onions and pickles. I am so tired of this place. Others make mistakes, but it is usually wrong on the ticket too. I had hamburger meat , pickle and onion at home. No tomatoes or lettuce so I decided to buy a burger out. They make a killing and don't care what happens on the orders. Most people are like me and get 10 miles down the road before they realize the order is wrong. If I check it there I don't always have time to drive back through to correct it. I eat out when I don't have time to eat at home. Probably the worst place about messing up orders. And definitely the wort about leaving part of the order off.​ read more

Stood at counter for several minutes and was passed by 3 employees. Found out from other custermers that it was kiosk only. No sign on counter and ignored by employees who saw us standing there, no attempt to let us know. Will not be back. read more

okay usually i order a large for my drink but i didn't want much so i order a small thinking it was yk regular size for a small? no yk what i get a PUP CUP it literally looks like a pup cup and not to mention its $7?? me personally i dont think its right for that. 10/10 service though. read more

Was picking up a 40 piece nugget for 8 kids having a get together to share. 5 each. Closest McDonald's is almost an hour drive to a different town. When I got to the house to divide the meals the first box that said 20 only had 16 in it and the second box that said 20 only had 19. McDonald's needs to teach their workers to count. Very very disappointed kids when it got to the 7th kid and they only had four and none left for the 8th. read more

It's pretty sad when you post a review for McDonald's and give them the highest praise of any place to eat in town. They are always busy, they move the crowds out swiftly. They also serve some of the hottest and freshest foods of any McDonald's I've ever ate at. It's easy to say this is the best "go to place" to get decent food in Borger. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what they'd get. Terrible service and they get annoyed when you come in because your orders wrong. Food is lukewarm at best and your lucky if you get small fries worth no matter what size you order. read more

I have visited 38 states. Been to Europe 11 times. Seen ALOT of McDonalds........this is THE WORST I have ever seen. I lived in Borger (which in itself is pathetic) for 555 days......yes, I counted them.......it was THAT bad......anyway, in those 555 days I went to this location, maybe 20 times.......the city doesn't have a burger king, a wendys, a long john silvers......it's a pathetic town.......anyway.......not ONCE, not ONCE......did they get my order correct......not once.......they might as well shut this place down too.....soooooooooo glad to never have to see Borger or this pathetic mcdonalds again.......TERRIBLE. read more

Got a quarter pounder at the Borger Mcdonald's, Feb 28,2019, 8:00pm, it was pink all the way through. Second visit in a row this has happened. It's critical that mass produced beef patties be thoroughly cooked because of the high risk of contamination. I advise that the Mcdonald's in Borger be avoided like the plague. read more

I've only ordered breakfast here inside after main breakfast hours since I sleep in from having too many cocktails the night before. It does take away to get the breakfast food but no food complaints. They are the only McDonald's I've been to with the touch screen ordering and it's hard to believe it's in Borger, TX. read more

i have been trying to call this location for 3 days now. They NEVER answer the phone, it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full so you cant leave a message. Every Mcdonalds I have ever worked at had to have operational phones or we got in trouble. I just dont understand read more

McDonalds in Borger is decent, it's actually very clean and the customer service is great. Just needs to be a lot fresher food, rather than letting it sit in a container for 30 minutes and then giving it out, and it would be great. read more

drive thru has been slow as ever for the past 6 months. nobody really cares about service anymore so I dont expect it will get any better.
