I recently stopped by again and was honestly shocked to see that many of the same issues are still going on. The management and treatment of employees are especially concerning. While I was there, I witnessed a manager yelling at employees and speaking to them in a very disrespectful manner. There is a difference between holding employees accountable and publicly belittling them, and what I witnessed was completely inappropriate. During my time working here, I also had concerns about cleanliness and employee hygiene. There were frequently dirty dishes left around, issues with bugs that were not properly addressed, and employees who consistently came to work with noticeable hygiene issues. Drivers would sometimes smell strongly of cigarettes and dirt, to the point where customers would specifically request different drivers. I also witnessed situations where employees were instructed to give customers misleading information regarding how often certain employees were actually working. That is extremely unprofessional and creates a lack of trust between management, employees, and customers. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, and I don't expect everything to be perfect. However, basic cleanliness, professionalism, respect for employees, and honesty with customers should be the bare minimum. After returning recently and seeing that the management environment has apparently not improved, I cannot recommend this location as either a place to work or a place to spend my money. I sincerely hope someone higher up takes the time to look into how this location is being managed.

They are usually hoping from all the orders that they obviously are focused on quickly getting your name so they can give you your pizza and help you on your way. The pizza has always been good and hot! The few times we have been inside to pick up our order it has been clean. We have ordered from this Little Caesars since they opened and have yet to be disappointed! On the one occasion they forgot our order, we received free cookies! We were traveling and wanted to try Doug's Bar-B-Que which was closed. Heads up he sells out very early and then is closed. As we were discussing where else to go, we noticed the steady the flow of business here. It advertised Wood Fired Pizza so we were drawn in. So glad. I am not sure how you burn a pizza and the crust is still soft... super weird. I would suggest maybe don't offer the crispy if you can't do it without burning it. You can see the burnt crust and see how it bends over because it's soft. Be better try harder. Pizza is mediocre at best. Maybe I got food on a not so good day but I'm not impressed.
