Some noodles, some rice, some soups. Nothing unusual or overly creative but it was tasty and filling and definitely inexpensive. The woman working the register was also clearing tables and refreshing drinks. More food came out to refill some of the steam table items. The restaurant is clean and the table was cleared immediately after patrons departed. I'd have liked to see more options or even some sushi, but this is the Texas Panhandle not San Francisco. You order food at the register and then sit down, so when you order a dessert, they can put a little note to serve it to you at the end. Speaking of dessert, that pecan cobbler ala mode smacks! They say the brisket is the star of the show and I can attest to that. However, the turkey is the runner up. They were so nice too because we ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs and they ran out, so we got the last of the ribs. The also doubled all our meats!
