Great service, great food, affordable and fast. Only complaint is they don't have horchata

Believe or not this is the first time I've ever ate a breakfast burrito and it was GREAT!!!! We ordered breakfast for our Red Cross team.

Best place for breakfast! Always busy, but that's because the food is so good. I highly recommended if you haven't tried this place.

Food tastes good and the price is right. Fast, kind service. Small restaurant but gives a nice bustling breakfast vibe. Would give a full 5 stars but website link doesn't work properly to find the menu online, and my wife's tortilla was pretty crunchy in some areas. The dipping chips are a bit thick and at the time we went @ 9am were pretty hard and cold. We didn't eat many of those. Overall good breakfast place haven't tried lunch yet. read more

I visited Jesse's Burritos on Saturday while visiting Borger and the first thing I noticed was the décor both inside and outside the restaurant. It felt very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the chilaquiles plate with two eggs. The entire plate was very cheesy and spicy so if you are not a fan of spicy food, you may want to let the waiter know. The potatoes were not as crispy as I had hoped for but still very good. The eggs were cooked almost to perfection of how I eat them. I am not a big fan of the restroom being in the middle of the restaurant with the sink sorta just out in the open as well. Those are just minor things as this place is very good and I hope it sticks around until my next visit. read more

This is a grass roots started restaurant. The owner Jesse had a vision and made it come to life with lots of hard work and dedication. He worked construction as a machine operator back in the 90's and brung burritos in his lunch pale to share with the guys. Everyone loved his food and started buying them. Early 2000 he quit construction and opened a small food truck. As the business grew Jesse personally hand built the restaurant as it is today and the rest is history!!!! You will still find Jesse at the restaurant daily cooking and enjoying visiting with the customers. The food is GREAT and I always stop in to eat when I come to Borger Texas. read more

They have some really good breakfast burritos here. Service is fast and friendly. The salsa is really good as well. Parking is limited outside. I recommend this place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Tortillas are homemade as well. Combination breakfast burrito is very good. read more

Man what a great burrito! I had the barbacoa burrito and it was fantastic. Also the green salsa they serve with it is very tasty and just the right amount of spiciness. We are working in town and discovered Jesse's Burritos. We have been treating ourself with breakfast from there. The burritos are amazing and this comes from eating at Abuelos in Amarillo!!! We decided to treat ourself to lunch today. When I picked up our to go order and got back to the job site I found out I had the wrong order. While I was dialing the restaurant Jesse pulled up with our order. I was amazed never had this kind of thoughtfulness before. He told me to keep the wrong order which we enjoyed and not to worry about the difference in cost. Thank you again to such a thoughtful owner. read more

If you gotta be in Borger, you gotta go to Jesse's! On my first visit, years ago, I had the brisket & green chili burrito w/ extra salsa, and I've had no desire to try anything else. A great experience. From the super friendly, attentive staff to the delicious, authentic style of Mexican cooking I recommend everyone try it out. Their enchilada plate is the best! The best Mexican restaurant in Borger. There's also good breakfast burritos if that's more your style.

0 stars Straight garbage I don't know how they stay open the food was the worst I've ever tried at any restaurant the burrito smelled like a dirty bleach towel the eggs were dry and brown just a dirty place and to top it off it was over priced $9 for a breakfast plate that was small and disgusting if I could of gave it zero stars I would have. Order coffee fixed me a cup never ask if I needed to be topped off heck she never came back to the table til she brought the check I hope this place gets shut down so no one else waste their hard earned money on this trash!!! read more

Jesse's Burritos is a great little dive in Borger. The breakfast burritos are to die for piled with potatoes, beans, egg, churizo, and cheese. The are reasonably priced at $3.50 - and I can't eat the whole thing! The rest of the menu is very good. The Jesse's Plate is a favorite at lunch. Down side: chips and salsa are extra, and the sodas are not bottomless. Check it out! read more

This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in town. Jessie got his business famous in town for his burritos, but his plates are also great. They make the best, freshest, tortillas ever and the seasoning on their meat (for fajitas) is delicious. The building itself is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Only slight negative is that they charge extra for chips and salsa (both of which are fresh/homemade also). This is THE Mexican restaurant you want to go to in Borger! read more

I stop in anytime I'm in Borger for the Chile Verde Pork burritos. The portions are not huge, not tiny, just the right size. The Chile Verde is HOTTT! Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always incredibly attentive and friendly. read more

Best authentic Mexican food ever. Everything is absolutely fantastic especially The Combo burrito. You need to try everything. I would never complain about this restaurant it's just a perfect. Everyone is friendly and work in fast pace. Their hot sauce is great especially with the combo. Their menudo is the bomb, I've never tried another Menudo that is just as good as Jesses. Green chicken enchiladas are soooo good also their Beef fajita plate, you need to try their green pork plate with flour tortillas.
