I live out of state with limited options when it comes to stylists familiar with Asian hair. I had…read morea blunt bob that I was looking to have trimmed after six weeks. The stylist completely butchered my hair-- cutting way too much near the nape of my neck and tapering out! Instead of Bob, she gave me Darth Vader. Thankfully Abby was able to fit me in on short notice and assured me she would fix it. Because the previous stylist left little to work with (literally), Abby blended my hair and gave me the cutest little bob. After the cut, I was able to style with ease; I actually prefer this version of the bob to the blunt bob I originally had. I'm so sad I can't take Abby with me back to the east coast so I have someone I trust with my hair with me always! She has such a good eye and takes special care to perfect the finer details. The artist Allison did not act professionally at all. When I went to get my tattoo done the first time, she was too busy talking with other people there and clearly prioritized her conversation over her client. I got a 1x1 tattoo and it took almost over an hour. She was so distracted during my tattoo it made me nervous. Aside from that, we barely got our tattoo wrapped and didn't even get the jelly that she adds to all her work on her instagram. Doesn't treat all her customers the same. Would NOT recommend at all

She continues to get better with time. She always offers input into what will work best. Over the course of being a long-time client, we worked together to achieve what looks best on my eyes. The retention is marvelous, but you have to remember to do your part in taking care of them too. She keeps a full stock of what's needed to take care of your lashes. I can go about 3 weeks before needing a fill again even though I have combination/oily skin! At the end of the appointments, she always ensures that she asks me if there's anything that isn't to my liking or if anything needs to be fixed/is uncomfortable. She always makes sure I leave happy with my set. This is a lash artist you want because she loves to educate herself further so her clients can have the best looking lashes. She's flexible (within reason) for her clients! I always get compliments on my lashes. I try to refer my friends and family whenever possible. The scheduling website is very easy to navigate. I love that she offers mini fills as well. We always joke about the deposits being "girl math" (iykyk). I truly look forward to my appointments with her because we also talk about everything and anything in our lives. These appointments are a beauty service and therapy session in one I haven't gone anywhere else for lash extensions, and I'm proud to say I've been with her for a long time! Thank you so much, Connie! See you at my next appointment!

She listens to what you want and her quality of work is superior. Most importantly, no cheap glues or damaging techniques are used. After seeing more than 6 artists over the past 2 years, I definitely get the best value and quality from Anna. There are not huge clumps of lashes & no chunky glue at all!! She's careful and I never feel any type of burning or stinging (I've felt this with other artists). I have great lashes to begin with, so my lashes can hold a mega volume set easily! **not every eye can do this, so ask what style is best for your eyes!! I've gotten fills 3-5 weeks with Anna and people are constantly telling me that my lashes look great and full!! Even after 5 weeks, I was still getting compliments and my lashes looked great. Most importantly, my lashes are still healthy & fall out naturally. Here's my personal description (check out my pics too): Week 1 - mega volume, more dramatic, sexy & full Week 2-3 - volume, full, flirty lashes Week 4- long, wispy lashes, less dramatic Week 5 - simple set, long wispy lashes with minimal volume Appointments are 2 hours for fills, so bring your headphones and take a nap! Keep in mind, I do mega volume fills, so this probably takes longer than other styles. Price is so reasonable for the quality Anna delivers! CASH is preferred & make sure to tip ladies!! She's so talented and you won't regret it. I now try to do fills every 4 weeks depending on my schedule. Anna is so accommodating & always can fit me into her busy schedule (various shop/home locations). She does a lot of out of town trainings, so book with her early!! It's super convenient because she texts as well. Thank you Anna for your work. You give me life & I cannot see anyone else except you!!
