On this particular day, the place was exceptionally busy, yet the staff were simply outstanding. They busted their asses in a way you just don't see much anymore. Despite how busy they were, they stayed on top of everything and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Our drinks were excellent every single round, and we never went thirsty. They managed that bar with what I can only describe as pure precision. It was impressive to watch them keep up with the crowd without letting the service slip. We also ordered a pizza, and honestly, they make a damn good pizza--much better than I would have expected to find in Virginia City. Great staff, great drinks, great pizza, and a great experience. We'll definitely be stopping in again!

Ownership needs to do a thorough review of their dough production and also their oven because at some point in that process you either have hotspots on your oven or your dough is too cold coming out before it goes in and that's why it's raw on the top. The dough was cooked on the bottom 1/2. The chicken wings were basic food service style, and the sauce wasn't anything exponential. As someone who has worked in pizza many moons ago, across all platforms, the dough recipe and oven need some love.

I was originally looking…read morefor a pizza truck for my pickier family members and finally found this one when asking friends for recommendations. Thomas was great at communicating before the event and met us on location a few days before to finalize the menu and determine where his truck would be parked. We chose to stick with the classics of pepperoni and cheese and also went with his recommendation on the white pizza. He needed to set-up a few hours before the event in order to get the oven heated up in time to make pizzas. We booked for a two-hour window with 15 pizzas and he was on top of it! I never saw too much of a line due to his kids helping take orders. I ordered a slice of the white pizza right when we arrived and it was super tasty. The thickness of the crust, mixed with the fresh toppings and oil base was exactly what I needed to start off my night. In the end, we had overestimated the amount of people by a bit and Thomas was kind enough to box up the leftover pizzas for us. They were perfect for sharing with everyone at the end of the night. I'll make sure to order their pizza when I see them out at future food truck events. Thanks again, Thomas!

I got a slice of pepperoni. One slice is five bucks and two slices eight bucks. Ouch! The sauce is a bit sweet, but the pizza is edible, and that's what counts. The error lesson I learned, bring your dinner. This really is not bad pizza , it is just average. If in a pinch I will get it again.

Their pizzas, tacos and desserts are some of our favorites--especially the red velvet cake! We also enjoy their hot dogs, salads and fruit cups. One of my personal favorites is their chicken wings. I like mine simple--just salt and pepper with a side of ranch. I also prefer them cooked well done, so I really appreciated Chef Jaime taking the time to cook them exactly how I like them. They came out perfect! It's always nice when the staff listens to your request and gets it right. Thank you, Chef Jaime! We'll definitely be back for more of our favorites.

I like their dough, cheese and sauce with pepperoni. Keep it simple and enjoy pizza for the sake of pizza every once in a while. I find it helps me find the joy in it again and again. Service is always so stellar too. They treat everyone like a longtime regular and really go the extra mile. We do more takeout than dine in but I love the warm and cozy atmosphere and the big open window to the kitchen so you can see all the handmade goodness in action. Best of all, if you're with kids they'll offer a dough ball for them to play with at the table! We ate our pizza and were still finishing our drinks when we were asked to leave the seating area so they could make room for other customers. We had only been there about 20-25 minutes. There were no signs posted about a time limit, and no one told us there was a limit when we sat down. What bothered me most was that we were never asked if we wanted anything else. Our flight had been delayed, and we were actually considering ordering an alcoholic beverage and relaxing for a little while. Instead, we were simply asked to leave. I understand that airport restaurants can get busy and need tables, but customers should still feel welcome. A simple, "Can I get you anything else?" would have made a big difference. The pizza was good, but next time I'm at the Reno Airport, I'll probably pass on Wild Garlic. It felt more like they were interested in moving customers through quickly than giving them a chance to enjoy their meal or order something else.
