I parked out front…read more Before I had looked on their website, trying to find directions to the lab for bloodwork, but their website doesn't really lead you to where you need to be. So I just took a chance and drove there. I walked in, and the out patient services is in a different part of the hospital, but nice people at the desk walked me there. I found the out patient lab, and was registered for my services. The woman taking my blood was amazing! Kind, happy, sincere. They also filled out the paperwork correctly, it was this box lab work my doctor had ordered. So my insurance pays for it, and copied my insurance card. I appreciated that, it was an extra step, but needed, because I would have been billed in the future. The nurse who took my X-rays was very skilled, she took great care of me. I hardly waited at all there. Everyone was kind to me.

Open, bright, clean, spacious, plenty of charging ports, TVs that update you on the status of your loved one. Multiple bathrooms. No complaints about the waiting area. The staff were all amazing. From Diana who did my registration paperwork to the nurses (Jennifer, TRICIA, and Wanda), to the nurse anesthetist (Maria) to the anesthetist (Dr. Lay) - everyone made me feel SO COMFORTABLE. I've also been the breast center and the women's center this year. I was in and out of both appointments really quickly. I truly can't say enough about the outpatient surgery process, though. It was extremely comfortable and pleasant and everyone was sickeningly nice.

My wife had surgery here and a week's stay. We couldn't be more pleased. Parking is easy, the facility is bright and clean, and the care and everyone we met was amazing. Pre surgical care and explanations were better than any of her many experiences elsewhere. The nurses and doctors on the floor afterwards were caring and kind. Medically her outcome has been stellar thanks to that. We would absolutely return and recommend Riddle to anyone, even if it is not the closest facility for you. We couldn't be happier!

Today I had that appointment and couldn't be more pleased! For starters, there is a parking garage right next to/attached to the doctor's office. When I walked into the office today everyone was wearing a mask and the waiting room chairs were marked to enforce social distancing. I was taken back for my appointment right away and wasn't left waiting forever for Dr. Tucker to come see me. Dr. Tucker and the nurse that worked with me were both wonderful and I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. This was the easiest primary care appointment I've ever scheduled or had, and I can't say enough good things about the location. I will defiinitely be returning in the future!

He didn't treat me like a "High risk" or a burden. Eventually, I met Dr Lunez and she was just as awesome with supporting my decision for a Vbac. I ended up delivering my baby the way I prayed I would (no medicine and no medical interventions) The nurses who were there starting at 7pm on 5/8/20" were just as awesome supporting me and my wishes for a natural approach to birth and parenting. I was rightfully concerned about having a baby in a hospital during a pandemic, but it went better than I imagined.

I went to see Dr Perloff for hoarseness. I was told my right vocal cord was paralyzed. He said…read morethat I would need an x ray of my brain and chest. He told me his nurse would be calling me to schedule the X-rays. I called the office twice and no one picked up. I finally got a call back from his nurse who did not understand why I needed an xray. (Perloff told me that the vocal cord paralysis is usually associated with brain and lung tumors.) I told her that and she said "so you think you have a brain tumor?" No I didn't but that is what he said. She was horrible and told me that he didn't diagnose me with the vocal cord paralysis. My husband was with me we both heard Dr Perloff state that I had paralysis of my right vocal cord. The nurse was horrible. I really liked Dr Perloff but if the office doesn't work with you and treat you nicely, you may not get the medical care you need. Don't waste your time with this office and go somewhere else.
