I asked why this was first I've heard of it as I've been in to see her many times since 2008! No answer. I asked if they would waive the missed appointment fee from 8 years ago as a courtesy for a patient of 26 years. I was told no. He went on say that bc I wasn't sick enough and didn't come in often enough as a patient he would not waive. He also asked if I've been seeing other doctors (accusing me of cheating on her lol!). I have been doing acupuncture for fertility/pregnancy support, and didn't want to stop during our trip. It worked out perfectly to find Kerri right down the street from where we were staying, because those issues are some of her specialties! I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me before each appointment, getting updates on any physical symptoms or issues I was having as well as emotional ones, checking my pulse and my tongue and then getting started. She also always explained what acupuncture points she would be focusing on and why. Her heated bed and heat lamp are divine, and she always offers essential oil aromatherapy, which I loved. I would definitely be continuing to see Kerri if we still lived in the area!

It's by far the nicest looking doctor's office I've ever visited. As for Dr. Garg, my previous review remains true and today's visit only solidified my opinion. I don't feel awkward saying I love Dr. Garg. That may seem like an exaggeration, but if anything, it's an understatement. I am eternally grateful for the aid he has provided, and continues to provide, my wife and best friend. It took years to find a doctor with this level of intelligence, education, warmness, trustworthiness, and empathy, but Dr. Garg makes all the searching and effort worthwhile. He's more than just my wife's pain management doctor. I consider him my friend.

Still undecided how to report abuse. Went to office for a…read morefollow-up visit and a prescription was phoned in. The pharmacy notified me they couldn't fill the prescription till the physician (Dr. Wangsness) completed an authorization request. The pharmacy faxed it (more than 6 times over the weeks) as did my Insurance provider as the apathetic office staff informed me both their fax and back up jams up and it was my responsibility to get the form to them (Pharmacy and Insurer will not provide the form to patients). It got to the point I called the office to confirm either fax was on before starting the time consuming process of calling the pharmacy and insurer to be put on hold and transferred. I guess the office staff was tired or picking up the phone when I called and a second prescription was called in to replace the first. Trouble is, no directions for use were provided; the pharmacy attempted multiple calls and faxes to alter the physician and they received no response. So, weeks later, still no prescription and the ONLY way to get the prescription I need is to pay another $115 to go in the office and get a written prescription. I work in healthcare; this behavior is unacceptable. I can only hope staff involved are lucky enough to receive similar treatment for their healthcare needs; perhaps that might provide an iota of empathy for what their patients go through. If you are thinking of using this office, I strongly urge you to think again.

She is bright, friendly and seems to truly care about getting me seen as soon as practical. She's very understanding and compassionate about the last minute changes in appointments I've had to make and I am so grateful to her. Well done! Dr Rose is a Godsend. My foot problems are very painful and she makes it all better almost instantly. A dancer for nearly a decade in Las Vegas (in high heels), a RN for another 2 decades and now a server in Media at a very popular bar/restaurant, my "Yabba-Dabba-Doo" feet have taken a beating.
