Dr. Tabby gives me "the time of day" which other MD's are simply unable to do. Dr. T. is very thoughtful and comprehensive in assessing my neurological complex with empathy and true care: he cares about me/his patients. Dr. T. takes his medical training and experience and helps me understand CT's, MRI's, blood labs, and blends these with my subjective reports so that I have a comprehensive understanding of what my other specialists simply do not do. My recent changes of condition are unusual and don't fit the usual diagnosis and treatment plans that other neurologists, neurosurgsons, and my PCP try. THe result so far is, I continue to see these specialists but Dr. T. helps explain better and he also engages and consults with my specialists. Without Dr. T's contributions, I would feel more uncertain with less optimism of helpful pathways which might lie ahead. read more

Dr. Tabby has been one of the, if not THE best doctor I've ever seen! I've been going to him for 10 years now for multiple issues and he's always been there to help me with all my problems. I suffer from extreme anxiety so it's hard for me to put trust into doctors sometimes, but I trust and appreciate Dr. Tabby so much I wish I could make him my primary doctor. His attention to detail is great and every time you talk with him the conversation is always a two-lane highway. He gives you options and brings you into the decision making process if there's one to be had. I recommend Dr. Tabby to everyone! I have been Dr. Tabby's patient for around 6 years. He was always one of my favorite doctors. With that being said, I was extremely disappointed the way the business handled closing it's doors. I understand this was devastating for Dr. Tabby, his employees and patients, but you just don't shut your business down, while still having patients scheduled for the next year, without notifying them that you aren't coming back at all. Patients scheduled in his online portal for spring 2023 was never shut down, thus sending us reminders that we still had an appointment. His website and answering service/machine still indicates he is opening the beginning of May. The office never called or sent an email telling returning patients that they are not opening the office. I had an appointment the second week in May 2023. I was even sent a reminder for the appointment. I called to check and could not get an answer, just an automatic response from the office saying they will get back to me. I spent gas, time and lost wages going to this appointment only to be informed by the front desk that they shut down and never came back. I can't afford to lose money. Even if he eventually came back, i could never go back just because of this. I took it as a big, "f* you." This is completely wrong and unacceptable. I will definitely make sure I do not see any doctor that has the same office manager as Dr. Tabby. Sorry Dr. Tabby, but that is bad business practice! Shame on you all. read more

I just had thee absolute worst customer service experience with the Office Manager, Angelique. We have a settlement conference tomorrow for one of our clients/their patient. We are in receipt of the bills but it is not clear if there is anything outstanding with the facility. So I called to clarify and confirm if there was anything left out there so Dr. Tabby can be accounted for. Angelique responds with a rude attitude and says, "We sent these records out in March, I don't understand why now all of a sudden you're calling about this. We could have corrected this months ago!" So I said "I'm sorry maybe I'm not articulating myself properly", b/c I just automatically assumed I said something wrong to her to receive that type of response. I was so confused so I explained myself again on the reason why I called. She says, "You are articulating yourself but you should have received an invoice that would have told you what the bills is." I said "Ma'am I don't work there with you. I do not know what your office should have sent me. How would I have known to call about something that I know nothing about?" She cut me off and began yelling saying well I'll give you a number for you to call if you want. To make a long story short, the number she gave me is incorrect and I refuse to call her back for the correct number. read more

Dr Tabby is an excellent neurologist. He takes his time and doesn't rush through appointments. He listens to your issue and works with you to determine the problem and a solution that is right for you. He was the only doctor that ordered tests to rule things out and treated me as an individual rather than simply subjecting me to the standard protocol for "cases like mine". Dr. Tabby is a wonderful neurologist. He has been taking care of my headaches for 8 years. He is constantly looking at new medications and techniques to improve patient care. I went to him for infusions for my headaches for years. We came up with a new treatment for me 9 months ago, and my headaches have never been so well controlled. I came here for an appointment just for a yearly as a new patient. It was a bit shady on appearance and I waiting for 50 minutes. I never saw the doctor and left because of how poorly the office was run and how gross it was. It smelled and was not clean at all. I never saw him and am never going back again. read more
