In a Pizza saturated area (not just the suburbs, but the whole freakin' state it seems like), its hard to do something new. It's also hard to pick a favorite and easy to get sick of not just one, but all of them. Jules Thin Crust seems to buck all these trends. It not only has delicious, fresh food, but the Pizza is practically like none I've ever had before. It is Thin Crust, yes, which of course isn't new or anything. But the Crust itself is super thin, almost like a thicker cracker. The toppings and variety are where it really shines though. They have a wide variety of Organic pies, like the Greek Salad one, the FANTASTIC Eggplant, Arugula, Mozzarella, Parmesan one, or my personal favorite, the Roasted chicken, chopped tomatoes and onions, mozzarella, lime juice, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil slice. I've been there 17 times in the past 6 months (I kept track), and I've had almost every kind of pie they make. The Pies are long and oval shaped and one slice is essentially 2 pieces. I usually get two slices (4 pieces) and that fills me up. It doesn't stop with the Pizza though, they also have Soups and Salads and Cookies. I never got the Soup or Salad, but they looked pretty good as well, and they have Homemade Organic Dressings also. The other nice thing is that they can make Gluten free Pizza and Pizza on whole wheat crust as well. I've had the Whole Wheat, its good, I just prefer the regular Crust. Anyways this place rocks and is worth a visit if you want a quick delicious meal or want to order a whole Pie for LOST viewing party your having for 9 people. Came here on a fecommendation and glad we did. My husband and I were unaware of the portions so we ordered enough slices to feed a family of 4! The pizza selections were very unique and everything tastes great. We also realized that the place is byob which is great. Definitely will be returning with wine next time! read more

The flatbread pizza here is delicious. Super uber thin and crispy, with really wonderful topping combinations. I really loved it. Very satisfying and filling, yet light. Love the crust and the variety of pizzas. However I got the Veggie #14 with dairy-free cheese and there was hardly any toppings on it at all. Mostly tomato sauce. Very stingy with the mushrooms and dairy free cheese. Not sure if I would come back. read more

The customer service was phenomenal. I really felt welcome there. Great staff that is well trained. As for the pizza, I thought it was extremely satisfying. There's thin crust and then there's pizza on a cracker; Jules is the latter. They do have some inventive topping combinations, and the proximity to our home makes it appealing. But someone explain to me how a pizza place can shut down at 8 pm? Seems every time we call, the surly person who answers the phone (and they are ALL surly) informs us that we have about 8 minutes to get there because they are "closing soon". The work ethic at Jules is as thin as the crust. And the attitude is terrible. For overpriced pizza, I would take my business elsewhere. read more

It's refreshing to see people actually incorporating the green movement into their restaurant and making it work - for the most part. Limited hours are kind of a bummer, but the toppings are put into some nice combination pizzas, and the service is friendly and super helpful. What I really love is how they make everything organic and they make it work. Pretty tasty - even vegan options! The cups and napkins and plates are all made from recycled goods or from plants. Love it. It's a pretty wholesome place for a fresh take on pizza. My bet is that to survive, they will have to expand their menu a bit - maybe calzones and some more salads. As someone who cannot eat gluten, I have always felt just fine after eating pizza here, and all staff are trained to understand food allergies. Not your average-inexpensive pizza place, but well worth the splurge if you're feeling like creating your own pizza or trying some of their unique, seasonal combinations. (For example: Butternut squash, caramelized onions, apples, ricotta, mascarpone, mozzarella or my personal favorite build-your-own: Tomato pie with goat cheese, garlic, shiitake and portabello mushrooms, caramelized onions and arugula.) I love this place! I went vegan a few months back and it's been hard to find a local pizza place with vegan options! Their V5 is amazing and you can add extra toppings for a very low additional charge. The workers there are incredibly friendly and so are the owners. I give them a lot of credit, this place can get very busy! The prices differ depending on who takes the order- there's been times where my order was $16 and times where my order was $12. One of my favorite places to grab a couple of slices with the kids. Kim's pizza is always delicious, as well as the white with spinach. I don't get it? I love thin crust pizza, the toppings Jules offers are good. But it just doesn't come together for me; the pizza just isn't that good? My palate is not so discerning as to determine what it is I find disappointing? But I believe it's the tasteless crust and the stingy toppings. This bothers me because I really want to at least like the pizza. After assigning someone the task of snagging a dirty, just vacated, table and waiting in the cattle shoot to order the pizza should at least be decent. But sadly it is not. During dinner hours Jules has a hurried, hustle bustle, kind of feeling, a little annoying but still amusing! Other then dirty tables the place is clean and has a nice city pizza spot kinda feel! It's sometimes tough to get a table but during the summer there's outdoor seating and that's a help. The kids manning the pizza trays manage to take your order without ever making eye contact; this sometimes means you get the wrong slice. I don't say anything, being happy that I'm further along in the process. Being an assembly line operation you never really see how the pizza's made. The pizza kid will take the slice and throw it in a crappy warming oven and soon after it pops out the other side, lukewarm for your enjoyment! The pies are made in the back behind doors. From the confusion I see at the front assembly line I imagine what goes on in the back isn't pretty. I can only give Jules 2 stars. I can forgive the hurried pizza kids for not acknowledging I exist, their busy. But the skimpy tasteless pizza is the deal breaker. Take that pizza up a few notches and I'd give it 4 stars. I was so hungry for a crispy thin crust pizza with lots of flavorful sauce and thick, drippy, gooey cheese. My husband stopped at Jules in Cherry Hill, which we had never been to before. What he brought home could not have been further from the pizza that I was dreaming of. Just looking at it made my mouth stop watering. The 4 small, flat squares in the tiny box looked and tasted more like pizza flavored crackers than like real pizza. The completely tasteless matzah-like cracker crust held a micro-thin, almost see-through layer of hardened, not gooey cheese, mixed with an equally miniscule layer of sauce. I am not exaggerating. There should be a law against calling these concoctions "pizza". It's too misleading for the unsuspecting. What Jules serves is not Pizza. It should not be called that. Those 4 crackers cost about $15. Tremendously disappointing and tasteless. read more

You're paying for the fact that they have organic and hormone-free as the standards (and other health conscious options which cost extra, like gluten free). Jules is a chain of thin crust pizza. I've come here many times and they always serve good food. The thin crust pizza is very unique thing, I had never seen it before. Their pizzas are rectangular, and very, very thin. Another unique thing Jules does is they do have gluten-free pizzas available when you request it, which is cool for people who have a gluten problem. Jules definitely gives a "trendy" feel about their food and restaurant. Their salads are all microgreens and they serve organic products and all the like. They are at least trying to be healthier than just another pizza place, and that and the taste earns Jules a four. read more

Jules has really great thin crust pizza. These aren't classic pies, though; they're rectangles, which are surprisingly easy to eat. You walk up to the counter and pick a slice - I recommend their delicious pesto one, but they have tons of great options. You can also order whole pies. The staff is really nice, too, and will bring you your pizza when it's out of the oven. Bonus: you can bring wine and have a nice dinner italiano. read more

I have Celiac and unfortunately, I've tried both the Newtown and D-town location and have been Ill each time, due to cross contamination. My family and I went there this past Sunday. We ordered our pizza from a nice girl, I think maybe her name was Danielle. Then we go to find seating. We went outside since it was a nice day, but we had to clean our table before sitting. (One star lost). We decided to go back inside since it was a little too cool outside. We came back in and our pizza was ready. At the time of ordering, I asked to have one slice cut into bite sized pieces for my toddler. It wasn't done, but when I reminded, it was done. It wasn't that busy in there when we arrived and ordered. The water fountains they have placed all around the dining room - some were empty. I might go back. Very good pizza! It's crispy and crunchy. And the toppings and flavors are interesting. The have your standard pizzas and they have weird choices like fig Brie and apple. Manager is very nice And He Asked me if I wanted to try a sample of any pizza. I tried the Brooklyn( I think this was it). It has mozz sauce and basil. Wow this was a pretty damn good pizza. My other favorite one is the #3. Which is chicken, cilantro, lime juice, mozz chz, and onions. My only complaint is the prices it cost like $5 for 2 slices of pizza and it's 15 to 20 for a whole. their pizza is shaped like a boat so they slices are weird. But overall I love this place but I won't be coming here everyday because of the prices. I am however going to take a whole pie home one day. read more

Thin thin thin is definitely the word for this pizza experience. If you love thin crust pizza then you won't be disappointed. They have different menu's for the seasons which is really interesting for a pizza restaurant. Lots and lots of different toppings that are really different. I had a number #3 Roasted hormone-free chicken, chopped organic tomatoes and onions, mozzarella, lime juice, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil. The lime juice was wonderful on the pizza. Who would of thought? The only reason I give them a 4 is because the chicken was dry. I am all about Roasted Hormone-free chicken but it has to be juicy and this was not juicy. I'm sorry to say that this place has changed. We moved to town almost exactly a year ago. It was my first meal when looking at houses. We used to eat here at least once a week, but now we have been disappointed the last few times. I think it's a new owner or new management, but their food is not as good. The crust seems like it's been overworked bc its too chewy. The portion sizes vary widely from too big which is great unless you are the one on the too small side. The service is not nearly as friendly. Sucks that our go to place in town has become a place we try to avoid. read more

While there pizza is very good, their customer service/employees are rude and unprofessional. I ordered a large plain pizza on the phone, walked in, was told I would be helped after they were done with the current customer and then they left and went to help another customer.
