You text us, you get a verbal confirmation, we accept, and finally we receive and appointment. Text message is not the best way to treat appointmen management and if you continue to use this you better understand that things in text and how things are said can be clearly read but means something completely different. Enzo did not demonstrate accountability for mis communication and mis interpretation. My son was going to go to see Enzo for a confirmed appointment, he is very knowledgeable in the proper way to text as most teens are. I will not recommend this salon based on their unprofessional behavior and based a lack of taking accountability that we experienced. If you cannot take that ownership for business interactions via an ambiguous scheduling platform and work to respectfully mad things right, than how can you represent you will take ownership of people's hair.
