Emzo is very good at what he does but has no tact or professionalism with clients. this small shop will use only text messages to schedule appointments and assumes that all correspondence sequences are well understood. You text us, you get a verbal confirmation, we accept, and finally we receive and appointment. Text message is not the best way to treat appointmen management and if you continue to use this you better understand that things in text and how things are said can be clearly read but means something completely different. Enzo did not demonstrate accountability for mis communication and mis interpretation. My son was going to go to see Enzo for a confirmed appointment, he is very knowledgeable in the proper way to text as most teens are. I will not recommend this salon based on their unprofessional behavior and based a lack of taking accountability that we experienced. If you cannot take that ownership for business interactions via an ambiguous scheduling platform and work to respectfully mad things right, than how can you represent you will take ownership of people's hair. read more

I was so nervous and she went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She literally brought donuts to my appt and had snacks and beverages galore. Let's face it: The quality and fashion of your hair style matters. It can age you if you haven't updated your style and it can age you if you aren't treating it with good coloring. So finding a stylist who is talented, knowledgeable, and works to understand how you feel about your hair ( Energized ? Excited? Ambivalent? ) matters. Cassie is that rare ( in my experience) combination. My hair is pretty easy re: needs. It's not dry, it's not dull, it doesn't really have issues. That's not to say I don't want to make it look it's best though. I get a cut and balayage. The colors are gorgeous and might just be the best I have ever had. The cut is super good and the length and style is spot on to what you say you want. My hair grows relatively fast, so I appreciate a cut that can keep up and grow out well. I have been going to Cassie for over 10 yrs and she is amazing. I actually drive 45min because she's so talented in both cuts as well as color. And don't be thinking I've kept my hair the same all those year. I've done long to pixie, all black to balayage and back again. Aside from her mad skills, I appreciate her honesty when I bring a new style I want to try and she will tell me "this is way more time than you want to spend on your hair." Or she will tell me that my hair is naturally wavy with a cowlick so NO, I can't do blunt bangs because she knows I won't flat iron my hair. She's a gem! read more

I spent the last 8 years with my stylist who moved to a new salon that is very inconvenient for me to get to. Because of this I was in the market to find a new salon. Found Cassie at Jean Audrey salon and couldn't be happier with my experience! I have long thick hair and my balayage was woefully out of date. I asked for a balayage and cut with the parameters "blonder but not too blonde" (you know because people can obviously read my mind). Despite providing no photos and vague description of what I wanted, Cassie did not disappoint. I LOVE the balayage and it looks very natural which is what I wanted. From the beginning she was honest about price, work, and styles that would fit my hair best and she hasn't steered me wrong yet. She's realistic and only wants the best for you. Cassie is a Fantastic hair stylist! I have been seeing Cassie for about 2 years, and let me tell you, I have put her through the ringer!!! Haha! I have a ton of hair.
