The service was absolute trash. The waitress Cynthia would go outside and smoke and leave us to our devices, which was nothing. I say that because, I had to go get my own napkins plastic ware and and plates. I ordered an Arnold Palmer, and at first I got received a unsweetened tea. I told the server and she brought back a warm sweet tea and a lemonade in separate cups. Then the clam chowder was horrible. Tasted like mop water. The calamari was fried too long and was rubbery. And so were the eggs. The only good was the okra. I believe in leaving tips even if the service is hot garbage. read more

We arrived to the location about an hour and a half before closing. We eat pretty fast so I assumed it would be fine, we ask for a table and the waitress checked her watch saying they'll start cleaning up in about an hour. That's fine but now we're uncomfortable because it doesn't feel welcoming. Whatever, we sit down. Another person comes to take our order but very rude tone and almost rushing. It was very awkward. When he came back after he was actually very polite and probably realized we weren't going to sit inside forever. The food was actually amazing but the initial hostility made it strange. Make sure you go right when they open LOL! read more

Is a good place nice people good customers service so sweet would recommence give you everything you ask for

Amazing Food, Busy Night, Still Worth It We visited Juicy Seafood and ordered Combo D (1 lb snow crab, 1/2 lb headless shrimp, corn, and potatoes) along with raw oysters, and the food itself was excellent. The seafood boil was hot, flavorful, and generously portioned. The snow crab legs were meaty and sweet, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the corn and potatoes were soaked in rich, buttery seasoning. The raw oysters were fresh, cold, and clean -- a great contrast to the bold flavors of the boil. That said, they did seem a bit overwhelmed during our visit. Service was slower than expected, and we needed to ask for assistance more than once. However, it was clear they were working hard and doing their best during a very busy time, not ignoring customers or being careless. Despite the wait, the food more than made up for it. If you're willing to be patient on a busy night, you'll be rewarded with a satisfying, flavorful seafood experience. I'd definitely return -- especially during a less crowded time. read more

This experience was completely unacceptable. My partner came in a little before 10, over an hour before closing, and asked if they were still taking tables. We were fully prepared to go somewhere else if not, but since we knew we'd be in and out within 40 minutes, we figured we'd ask. A gentleman said he wasn't sure if the older Asian female server would take us, but she did. From the moment we sat down, her attitude was off. She rushed us to order, which we didn't mind, but then less than ten minutes later our food came out wrong because she clearly rushed through taking the order. When we tried to fix it, she came back argumentative and insisted I was the one who ordered incorrectly. That was simply not true. I've been vegetarian for over 15 years and just recently started eating fish, so I'm very aware of what I ordered, and what was brought out was not it. Especially because I didn't even know the name of the crab she brought out!! Instead of acknowledging a mistake, she tried to put it on me, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Then, while we were still in the middle of eating, she came over and told us to pay because the register was closing, even though the restaurant itself was still open. I've worked in restaurants and my family owns them, and there is no reason to ask a table to pay mid-meal unless there's a legitimate circumstance. There wasn't one here. She wasn't leaving, she wasn't transferring the table, it just felt like a weird power control move to assert her dominance and make us feel bad. When I addressed it, she suddenly acted like she didn't understand and switched to a performative "you can stay and dine, it's fine," which completely contradicted how she had been treating us the entire time. If taking a table an hour before closing was an issue, we would have understood being turned away. Instead, we were seated just to be rushed, blamed for her mistake, and made uncomfortable the entire time. We spent around $100 and ended up packing our food and leaving because the atmosphere she created made it impossible to enjoy the meal. This wasn't just bad service, it was outright rude and unprofessional. I have been a server I know the struggles. But if it was socially acceptable to curse her out I really would've and she would've deserved it. Instead we just tipped her 15 percent instead of 20. I genuinely hope she sees this and realizes how rude she was and takes a moment to figure herself out, because she completely ruined my partner's and my day. It honestly pains me that I even have to question whether those weird interactions were because my partner and I are Black, or if she's just a genuinely unpleasant person. read more

Seriously, we went to Juicy Seafood with very low expectations based on reviews - my in-laws wanted to go here, as it was near their hotel, so we took a chance. Don't let the bad reviews deter you! If you just want a no-fuss seafood boil, come here. The food was very, very good and extremely reasonably priced. Plus, our server Deangelo appeared to be the only server. He was working his tail off and gave us excellent service! Very happy we took a chance here tonight. read more

server was deangelo he was nice in the beginning but never came back to check on us. good thing my mom has water bottles in her purse she carries during emergencies. he put automatic gratuity and we were a party of 5. was very hesitant on removing the auto gratuity and very unpleasant at the end of our dinner. very displeased. read more

The gumbo and the fish fry are absolutely fantastic. We go here regularly and are always made to feel welcome. The decor is fun. It has a lot of grilled, potato and rice options if you're gluten free. I di wish they used silverware and plates, not the plastic basket type thing. read more

I am a very easy going, and can just eat about anything. I have had crawfish boils just about every weekend this season in my two 100 qt pots. So I decide to make it easy and just order some to the house along with some crab for my girlfriend and I. First, crab was great!!! Just wished we got more than a pound (2 legs). For the crawfish, I can tell immediately they are over cooked by looking at them, but still excited because I am a crawfish fanatic until I tasted pond water. The meat was tough and wouldn't come out of tail. I just have never had such a watered down batch before. I called asking if they forgot to add our "Cajun seasoning" and they responded with "that's it". Poor attitude with me calling with a great attitude and just rudely stating "that's the Cajun seasoning flavor" . We may try and put them in the oven to get flavor, but that doesn't fix the crawfish being already super dry. Overall, the fried okra was amazing, king crabs delicious, and the crawfish is probably going in the trash. First post and had to download app. Spent well over $100 and still hungry. read more

We received the best service here!! The fried catfish and the shrimp was hot and fresh too! read more

After a long day of driving, we checked into a nearby hotel, when checked out Juicy Seafood. I ordered a beer and a pound of dungeness crab. Oh my word, the crab boil (cajun spice) was outstanding!! Came with corn on the cob and potatoes. I had them add broccoli. What a pleasant surprise, to be in Tennessee and have such great crab. Our waitress was extra special too. Not really sure that the issue is with the ppl who actually work the counters but I would rate them a zero if possible. Bad enough getting no greeting after standing there but once they did acknowledge me it only got worse. They have zero customer service skills Needless to say after that experience I get home with my fish basket and the fish was not even close to being done and after driving all the way home I called to let them know and I quote I was asked "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" well for starters let's actually care. Then after explaining that I live across town well if you can't come back then that's just that. So if rude workers that act as if you're bothering them by choosing to spend your money there for undercooked food is your thing. This is the place to go... read more

Very authentic and delicious. Seafood was really fresh and high quality. Went two days in a row

I do NOT recommend this location. The shrimp was over cooked ,the seasoning was less to be desired and they don't have a liquor license and they were out of oysters and the quality of seafood was NOT good . I recommend the STORMING CRAB if you really enjoy seafood!!! Horrible experience read more

We have tried this place twice and the food is fantastic!! We love fresh seafood and travel to the ne beach regularly. This place rivals some of our favorites when at the beach. The food is great but these two asian girls are really rude. One time me and my friend came to eat ,no one else was there and they told us they couldn't seat us. But while our food was gettin prepared she seated this couple that walked in. Another time they just had an attitude the whole time made. Other than that food and others workers there are great. read more

The food is always great but the service is terrible!!!! I come to this location all the time and I always have a problem. I tried ordering food to go and Asian women on the phone was so rude!!!!!!! She was rushing me to order and interrupting in the process and talking so fast I couldn't understand her and just that she yelled at me for not understanding her question and told me I would have to come there to place an order!!!!! That's ridiculous I was working and couldn't come in so I asked to speak to someone else and she yelled at me and refused to take my Order, she is super unfriendly and rude ! It was a terrible experience and I never got to order my food. I don't think I'll ever be back. read more

So I read the reviews and almost didn't come, but I'm glad I still did. My server was so sweet and the food was fresh and I got so much for the amount. I saw a lot of reviews about how small the crab legs were but they were a decent size and for half a pound I got two clusters. The seasonings were great! Just a really good food experience. read more

10/10 food was still hot after driving back home 25 mins. The spice, the flavor, immaculate. Got 1/2 shrimp, 1/2 black mussels, and 1/2 sausage. The sausage is good but doesn't flow with the full boil as I've have other places. read more

Always a hit or miss when ordering. Crab legs are usually tiny and they make excuses as to why that is although they know they're sacrificing size for quantity. The sauces are good and make sure to ask for broccoli or it probably won't come with it. Service is typically fast. They still DON'T have a liquor license or full bar so don't expect much. They leave a lot to be desired or I'd order from here weekly. Very unfortunate. read more

Ordered the Cajun garlic butter snow crab meal thru door dash and it showed up hot and delicious. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

It's not cheap, and you don't get a lot of seafood, but what you do get is worth every penny. I ordered blue crab and snow crab in the juicy special sauce. If no one was looking, I would have put a straw in the bag and drank it. I'm glad that I accidentally ordered extra potatoes and corn, because that was what made me full. Overall, very happy. read more

I just placed and received my first Juicy Seafood order via Grubhub and it was an awesome experience! The order was delivered 20 minutes early, the order was accurate, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! We will definitely patron this restaurant again!!! read more

I will never come here to get another veggie bag ever. I ordered to go and the girls at the front have the worst attitude. I called first and she yelled at me because I asked her to repeat herself because she was eating. After I got my food she basically threw my bag at me , because let me guess I didn't tip her to take my order and do her job she's already getting paid to do? THEY ARE A JOKE. The food smells good but there's other places I can go obviously. I had to check my bag......immediately like what's the problem? Definitely uncomfortable experience. read more

Very disappointed. I was craving seafood and didn't want to drive to my usual place (Storming Crab), so I gave Juicy Seafood another try. The shrimp was overcooked. The crab legs were tiny as my fingers. Safe to say I will not ever go here again. I'll keep making that drive to Rivergate. read more

Our go-to seafood boil spot! Having moved from alaska and hawaii we love seafood. So glad we found one here in nashville! We always get the special juicy sauce in hot with a side of rice is the way to go. Spicy without being overbearing and with flavor. However, the second time we ordered through Grubhub I felt the sauce wasn't as flavorful, maybe because of to go order but I would still rate it 4/5. read more

Very very very expensive and its not wow or yummy its very regular the taste bad and the portion very little comparing with the prices

I'm upset because I ordered half pound of shrimp with eggs, broccoli, and potatoes with juicy special seasoning and hot. I get home to eat and instead I have crab legs and my food not spicy. I called back and left a message because the place is closed. I hope my food is replaced because this is not what I ordered. Update: Still haven't heard anything from the restaurant read more
