I just moved to Harrison, and Juicy! definitely did not disappoint! Fast delivery, and amazingly flavorful meals. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken platter with extra chicken and they absolutely doubled it (sometimes restaurants claim they double, and they add an extra piece or two) but not Juicy! Our daughter is a vegetarian and she loved the falafel platter. Everything arrived hot, and neatly packaged. The customer service gets 5 stars. I love Juicy! The food is soooo good. I usually get a mixed platter and I add tomatoes (free) and falafel ($1.18). My hubby get the chicken platter and always a side of sweet plantains. I work in NYC, where there are plenty of halal carts all over. I've tried many over the years and I have to say this is the BEST halal chicken and rice platter, hands down! So much better than the"other guys" that are much more famous. I used to drive 20 minutes to Fair Lawn or Hackensack just to pick up lunch or dinner at their other locations. I'm so psyched that they're finally here in my neighborhood! The chicken lives up their name. JUICY! It's seasoned just right. The rice is fluffy, the pita is toasted just right... I gave this place 3 stars, i like this place's layout, cleaniness, friendly staff and the way you can order through the screen. I ordered thru the screen which has all the options , i had the gyro pita with fries. The thing that i wasnt pleased with is that the menu doesnt explain that the griiled chicken is pre seasoned very spicely.I know this is a halal place but its name has mditeranean in it. And to me theres nothing Mediterranean about it. The menu has to be more clear on what items are spicy and what isnt, the chick peas toppings for example. They add a very mouth on fire red sauce that isnt mentioned in the menu, i had to return the gyro sandwich. It was uneatable. Since this is a new place in the area i just wanted to suggest to the employees to mention to the customers what it is they are exactly ordering. Pretty good food. Best one is the beef and chicken combo. Getting addons is totally worth it, I love the green addon with sauteed spinach and kale.
