It's official, I'm addicted to this place. I was introduced to Juicy a bit over a year ago. I totally forgot about it until I was in the area a couple weeks ago and I was in the mood for Mediterranean food. Since Covid, they have the option to make online orders. It was really easy to order my chicken gyro, wings (spicy and lemon pepper), and can't forget my side of sweet plantains. Once my order was submitted it gave me an estimated ready time. Once my order was ready, I was able to collect it from the pick up area and head out all the while social distancing. Once I was able to indulge in my take out, I was completely happy with my meal, will be stopping by again in the future when I'm in the area or time permits.

This is my favorite spot to get falafel in the area. I don't know what seasoning they put on top of it but it's delicious. I usually order the Falafel Bites to satisfy my craving. It comes with pita, lettuce and 5 pieces of falafel. Free parking.

I decided to write this review after my fourth check in at this place. This is one of the best Mediterranean places you will find in the neighborhood if you are in Harrison. The owner of this place must have thought through well to paint this restaurant with Red (happens to be my favorite color too) as its bright color almost lays out a red carpet invitation to a clean and well maintained place. The cashiers make sure to make the 'Welcome to Juicy' notice just when you are opening the door and they keep a warm smile throughout your time at their restaurant as if it's their second nature. They take the order patiently and offer suggestions when you ask them. The over-the-head banners are simply designed with the various choices they offer. I've always had good regard on restaurants that keep their kitchens open for people to see, as it requires special efforts and confidence to show off that it's neatly maintained. They have some great showpieces at display too. Now coming to the food, I'm a regular to the Falafel rice platter and I get some good top up additions. The order time won't take long and you get it picked right after the wait device buzzes. They have a nice way of arranging the food around in the box. To me, their celebrity folks are the white and hot sauces they offer for you to add indefinitely and adding them to the platter, just makes the taste explode in all directions! Since I see the owner/manager being actively responsive to messages, two tips for you mate- 1. Look towards paper bags as an environment friendly option to shy away from the plastic bags. 2. Start taking phone numbers for the rewards program as it becomes painful for someone like me to recite my whole email ID, every time. Cheers!

Glad I tried this scrumptious spot! The vibe was cool -- decided to dine in. Music playing and clean! Important! Ordered chicken pita with all the goodness that comes with it and the white sauce! My friends love Juicy Platters while I'm a Halal Guys fanatic. However today I decided to try Juicy Platters. I got the falafel platter without any toppings. The falafel balls were fried to perfection and fresh. Also, there's a special Juicy Platters seasoning on the falafels that exemplify the flavor and adds a kick of spice. The rice is cooked al dente and has its own unique flavor. While eating any type of platter, it only taste good if you add excessive amounts of white sauce and red sauce, and it was the same situation here. The pita bread was soft and warm. At Halal Guys, I usually add tomatoes, lettuce, onions and bell peppers. But at Juicy Platters, the onions are caramelized. In addition, the portion sizes are perfect. When I went to the location yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with John, general manager. His hospitality and work ethics are superb. One of the most genuine persons I've met in a very long time and has a strong motive to successfully serve his customers and employees. He spent 20-30 minutes talking to me and asking for feedback. We chatted for a while about the restaurant's goals, customer service, and food quality. We need more people like John in the fast food industry who's sole intention isn't about making money, but ensuring that customers are satisfied and constantly searching areas for improvements.

The staff here was very helpful, friendly and attentive to all their guests. It was also nice to see how clean and well kept the restaurant was. Everything was stocked clean and made for a nice dining area. The food itself was tasty. All of the individual ingredients were spot on temperature-wise and the flavors were very enjoyable as well. I was glad I had the opportunity to pick and choose which add ins were in my platter. What was a bit odd were the random components of the add-ons that didn't seem to really go together.Some ingredients seem to have a Mexican fusion were others were definitely more of a Halal feel. It seems as though they could've benefited from having pre-set bowls that you can choose from. Very nice event and tasty food overall!

I don't know why it's been this many years and I haven't left a review. But hands down my favorite wing spot for halal wings. Now that I've moved to New York I take it for granted. I guess the Hallal Guys have got some competition here. Great food personally would prefer this place over the Hallal Guys in NY anytime. Perfectly marinated chicken.. the falafel crisp and not mushy. The best one was the spiced chickpea perfectly cooked. I would definitley like to come back again here. The place is brand new. Making it easy to order through the touch screen iPads or at the counter. Options are the same as the other train location Juicy Platters restaurants. Food was great and fresh just as expected. We dined in and it was great to see there were usb and plug in outlets for available for customers to recharger. Wow ! I stopped by today after searching for a place to eat while working in Harrison. If you like flavorful but healthy foods please do yourself a favor and run to Juicy ! I ordered the falafel platter with chickpeas, cabbage slaw and tomatoes. I am highly impressed this has to be the best falafel platter/bowl I've ever had. Everything is FRESH and flavorful. The sauces are very good but be careful of that hot sauce lol it has a kick but a good one. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish you guys much success. read more

I tried it for the first time yesterday and was slightly impressed. It didn't taste that good and was more expensive than halal guys, where I usually buy these types of platters. I just moved to Harrison, and Juicy! definitely did not disappoint! Fast delivery, and amazingly flavorful meals. My boyfriend and I ordered the chicken platter with extra chicken and they absolutely doubled it (sometimes restaurants claim they double, and they add an extra piece or two) but not Juicy! Our daughter is a vegetarian and she loved the falafel platter. Everything arrived hot, and neatly packaged. The customer service gets 5 stars. I have already ordered twice, and will continue to make this our weekly take out place! Amazing food! read more

I love Juicy! The food is soooo good. I usually get a mixed platter and I add tomatoes (free) and falafel ($1.18). My hubby get the chicken platter and always a side of sweet plantains. You add your own sauce at the end and they have to go cups for the sauces if you want to add a little extra as you eat. The place is clean and the folks are friendly! read more

I work in NYC, where there are plenty of halal carts all over. I've tried many over the years and I have to say this is the BEST halal chicken and rice platter, hands down! So much better than the"other guys" that are much more famous. I used to drive 20 minutes to Fair Lawn or Hackensack just to pick up lunch or dinner at their other locations. I'm so psyched that they're finally here in my neighborhood! The chicken lives up their name. JUICY! It's seasoned just right. The rice is fluffy, the pita is toasted just right... And the red and white sauce? Sooo good! They don't skimp out on flavor. I love my food spicy and having it cool off with some of their signature white sauce. read more

I gave this place 3 stars, i like this place's layout, cleaniness, friendly staff and the way you can order through the screen. I ordered thru the screen which has all the options , i had the gyro pita with fries. The thing that i wasnt pleased with is that the menu doesnt explain that the griiled chicken is pre seasoned very spicely.I know this is a halal place but its name has mditeranean in it. And to me theres nothing Mediterranean about it. The menu has to be more clear on what items are spicy and what isnt, the chick peas toppings for example. They add a very mouth on fire red sauce that isnt mentioned in the menu, i had to return the gyro sandwich. It was uneatable. Since this is a new place in the area i just wanted to suggest to the employees to mention to the customers what it is they are exactly ordering. Its basically catering to customers who love spicy food, i wish this place all the best but its not for me read more

Pretty good food. Best one is the beef and chicken combo. Getting addons is totally worth it, I love the green addon with sauteed spinach and kale. Only thing is I think that they need to keep the bbq sauce containers separate from hot sauce containers, every time I get hot sauce it has a hint of bbq sauce, don't know if its intentional. read more

The taste and atompshere was decent. For the price I can't complain, but the flavor wasn't as prononced compared to other foods similar to this. You expect a unique taste, but it was pretty much rice with seasoned meat. I would order again, but will have the expectations of delivery type food. read more

This place always has the heartiest most delicious platters, whenever I have a tough exhausting moving day or know I need to pull an all nighter for work or whatnot else I know their platters will fill me with fuel. The staff is not shy with the white sauce which really glues the meal together. I just moved away from the area and will miss juicy platters more than anything else. read more

The white sauce was almost flavorless and was VERY watery. The chicken wasn't as well-seasoned. No distinct spices or aroma. Every bite left me with a very greasy and salty taste in my mouth. The side salad was just okay. I was disappointed. The only saving grace was the rice... it was fluffy and the best part of the whole platter. Not sure if I came on an off night or...? Happy to have tried it, would come back (while grumbling about the cost under my breath because I'm a crabby old man).
