I had such a great experience at honeygrow and wanted to recognize Camila and Harmony for truly going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. I ordered the Apple Pie from Honeybar along with a create-your-own noodle bowl with chicken, red curry, and a bunch of other delicious add-ins, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The balance of flavors was amazing and you could tell care was put into the meal. Camila and Harmony made the entire experience feel personal and positive. This Honey grow location recently opened, and I decided to try it out. There are many restaurants in this plaza, so the area is always busy. There is a lot of parking, but I can see how it can be packed with how busy it is. There are plenty of tables inside the location, as well as outside. It is clean and organized. There are multiple kiosks where you can order food. The workers are very nice and ask if you need help. The portions are not big- they come in takeout box. There are pre selected bowls for options, or you can make your own with protein such as chicken, meat, tofu, shrimp turkey meatballs. I was disappointed after getting my food. Everything tasted like it was made several days ago and just heated up. Noodles were a little tough, little mushrooms, small turkey pieces. The next time I want stir fry, I much rather go to a Chinese restaurant. read more

The service and ingredients get a 5/5, but the portion sizes are a bit of a let down for the cost. We came on opening day because I never tried Honeygrow since there were none nearby and was pumped when I heard one was opening up in this plaza. The staff was super friendly and helpful - even though all ordering is done on a kiosk screen, the staff was there to help with any questions and ask if everything came out okay. There is also a lot of indoor seating. The guava lemonade was delicious and they had a fountain for free refills which I love. The bowl tasted great - ingredients were fresh, vegetables had a nice crunch, and I loved the noodles with spicy garlic sauce. My sister got the cheesecake dessert but would probably skip out on that next time, it was basically just a parfait. I finished my whole bowl and was still a little hungry. For $15 I think that's a bit of a bummer. I would come back though, maybe there's an option to add an extra portion of noodles. read more

My recent visit to honeygrow was the first time I had been to this shopping center in Kearny. Based on what I saw, a lot of this is fairly new construction. honeygrow has a really beautiful space. Large windows in the front allow for a lot of natural light to flood in. The interior has a mixture of counter seating at the window and many tables with chairs. Towards the back is the rest room (I believe, I didn't actually use it). On the right side is the counter where you order. It is lined with several touch screens to order and a large screen in the back shows the menu. The staff is super nice and was hard at work the entire time I was there. There was a consistent influx of online orders coming in and I saw several people come in to pick up to go orders while I was waiting for mine. I ordered two different stir fries to try. Unfortunately neither of them appears on their online menu so I don't recall their names. The good news is, the stir fries are made to order, so they are fresh. The orders were surprisingly small given what you pay (in contrast, a Chinese take out lo mein or Thai Drunken Noodle near me would be about 10% bigger). The dishes *looked* great and the textures were great. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the meats were good and the veggies were good. Unfortunately...the flavor was only okay. Frankly I was surprised. The sauces looked great, there was some good basic flavor. But the flavors needed to be more robust. Both dishes I tried were seemingly muted in flavor and I honestly was surprised. This was a nice space, the service was great and the food was okay. I wouldn't make a special trip to try it again, but if they open one closer to me maybe I'll try it again in the future. read more

Got a cob salad, both sides available the brownie and the bread slices . The salad was good but the chicken didn't have flavor at alllll. The brownie was more fudge style, it was ok. I'm visiting from California and had to leave a review for honeygrow -- this place is so good! The portions are huge, and the flavors are absolutely outstanding. We don't really have anything like this back home, and after just a few bites I immediately looked up if they had locations near me. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order, and I love how many options there are on the menu. I also tried the fruit cups -- super fresh and delicious. My boyfriend customized his bowl, and I got the buffalo noodle bowl -- both were amazing. Small portions - flavor is good but portion is so small - it is considered as medium size of chinese take out food (nowadays everyone downsize the food portion due to inflation understandable). For the price we pay, I think it is too small the portion. read more

I had a positive experience at Honeygrow. Maria was very helpful with the menu and offered me to try a couple of the sauces. I ultimately tried the garlic butter chicken noodle dish. Even though it was a little salty, it was enjoyable. The spinach and snap peas were made to perfection. I look forward to coming back to try out their honey bar!! read more

You can only order via an iPad. I know it's 2026 but that was kind of annoying. Overall food was good. Couldn't finish it in one setting. If you get the noodle option they cook it after you place the order. read more

Take out review. The chicken stir fry was tasty but my sesame noodle salad was not tossed in the dressing i asked for . Got home and it was completely dry. I left a survey as they asked for and i was replied we will try better next time .
