If you have been down there and know how to cook Creole/Cajun, you know exactly what I mean. I got home and sipped the Hurricane and I was like oh it taste like orange juice then BAM! It hit me, it was adequately strong. And then I opened it and saw beautifully golden brown catfish and fried okra. I opened the etouffe and it smelled like the southern creole cooking I love. The taste was perfect, the okra was crispy, the catfish was soft and flaky, and the etouffe was beautifully smooth and flavorful. My only complaint was the catfish was like a filet and a half and not two filets. I just cannot believe the food is hidden in Rochester. I will be frequenting regularly!

Side of sauteed onions had zero color or salt. The roasted broccoli, mushrooms and cauliflower were good, only slightly overcooked.
