Visited this store three times. Good product, however the the wait time and customer service are sub-par. The last time I visited the store, the staff seemed annoyed when I placed my standard order. Possibly because it was 30 minutes before close? Regardless, I decided to leave. Instead of JuiceRX, I would recommend 24 Karrots, which is a few blocks away and is more reasonably priced. read more

First off, I would like to say thank you to Juice RX. I love the concept, I loved my acai bowl, and I am super excited to try out some of the juices and other goodies in the cold case. The reason I can not give this place 5 stars is the service and the wait time on my bowl. I waited around 20 mins for my bowl (ended up being worth it, but still, kind of long). I'm not sure if the folks working in there were stressed because it was moderately busy on a sat am or what, but I found them to be cold and a little put off. No greeting on the way in , straight to biz at the register, a little put off when they had to walk the bowls near the seating area and we said thank you and goodbye on the way out without a response. Not a deal breaker, I would definitely go back, but I'm hoping my less than stellar service was just a fluke thing. It wasn't the greatest first impression. read more

Being local to the neighborhood, I always want to frequent small businesses and support the community. I have been here half a dozen times over the past 3 months and with each visit my experience (and satisfaction) declines. It started out great when I first visited in July and stocked up on 6-8 juices for the coming weekend. Now $12 for a juice in a plastic bottle is a little much, so I prefer to go during "Happy Hour" on the weekdays from 2-4pm when the juice is $2 off. The Happy Hour Rules change from day to day though and each day is a new surprise. Meanwhile there are copious amounts of juices and nut milks in the fridge with a "Best By" date of today (10/26). They offer those at 20% off, which isn't much given the fact that they will need to be pitched at 7pm when they close. read more

I got the PB acai bowl and it was delicious; however, I think there are just too many toppings. I wanted to love this place, but as I was finishing my bowl, I found a large chunk of frozen banana that wasn't completely blended in. I hate frozen bananas on their own so this was a major disappointment. With how much I paid (pretty steep for an acai bowl), it was not worth the value. read more

Really delicious juices and great customer service! I am on the second day of a 4-day cleanse and have been loving nearly every juice I've tried. They have a great variety of different flavors and nutritional profiles, so you're sure to find something that works for you. The nutmilks are really, really good, and the ones with coffee are an amazing start to the day (especially the Hazelnut Mocha-- hello, delicious!). Green Radiance and The Evening Green have been my favorite green juices so far, and Winter Root is also super tasty-- almost like liquid pumpkin pie. When I stopped by the store today with a question, the woman working didn't know the answer, and offered to call the owner to find out-- super helpful and very much appreciated. Most tasted ok but a few were disgusting and not just taste but freshness wasn't what I was expecting either. I recently did a 5 day juice cleanse from here and absolutely loved it! I've done many juice cleanses in the past from various other stores but the juices from JuiceRx were much tastier and the last one of the day (mint chocolate chip) was very filling and delicious. The delivery of the juice cleanse was also super convenient - two separate deliveries so the juices were always fresh. Great experience overall! read more

This review is strictly based on the acai bowls as I did not try anything else. My summary of this place is that it is a little overpriced, the service is slow, and the bowls had way too much going on. Each acai bowl comes with an acai smoothie blend (Acai + other fruits/superfoods) and a bunch of toppings. I got the fruit alchemist and when it came out it looked amazing as it was topped with all sorts of treats - bee pollen, blueberries, coconut, bananas, granola, goji berries. As I dug in, though, these toppings just became overwhelming - and honestly didn't taste very good. They also completely overwhelmed the smoothie base which I found didn't have much flavor to begin with. I found juice Rx online by accident. I'm a newbie vegan and I've been searching for information about my chosen lifestyle. I learned that juiceing is recommended as a way to cleanse my body.
