I've been enjoying Juiceland for a few months now. The his was the first location I tried, and I especially appreciate the drive thru. I am now in love!! My favorite is Honey Bearry add blended dragon fruit. The Home Run add ginger is also on my go-to list. Originator and Rehydrator are my other two preferred ones. I choose based on how I'm feeling and have these as meals. Highly recommend for real, fresh, whole food that feels amazing in this hot climate! Listen up: JuiceLand has hot food now! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better. They have wraps, grilled cheese, egg bites. Tried an egg/spinach/pesto/sun dried tomato wrap and it was delicious. The best part was the yellow serrano pepper salsa it came with. Some of the best salsa I've had, seriously. I brought the rest home and am now dipping random stuff in it (like the meatballs my toddlers refused to eat). The smoothies are consistently great. Delicious and properly blended. In a sudden change of events, I found myself getting my wisdom teeth removed this past week, and because of that I lost the ability to really eat food for a few days. So what if there is a Texas freeze coming. What do they expect me to do about it. I believe the Honey Beary smoothie at JuiceLand is one of the best smoothies ever. It is simple. Honey, berries, peanut butter, almond milk. Yesterday evening, I drove to the Round Rock location of JuiceLand off I-35 and got myself a large one. Frankly, I should have bought a second one for the next day knowing I would not be able to reasonably leave my house, but it is what it is. They told me it would take about seven minutes to make the smoothie, but it took no less than five. It felt like just a few minutes for them to whip it up and bring it to me. Their customer service is always great, and the Round Rock location always seems to be on top of it. Regardless of my wisdom teeth being removed, I adore JuiceLand and wish there was one slightly closer to me. The person taking my order was very helpful and pleasant; she offered to split the smoothie into two cups for us which I appreciated. Juiceland, I love you. Please don't shrink the portion sizes anymore. The acai bowl is $8 and used to be much larger. I came to this location today with Thing Two for some Sunday Funday treats! This is the newest location in 'The Rock'. So, let me be the first to welcome this new spot to 'The Rock'.. This location is situated in between Velvet Taco and Tyler's. In addition, it is one of many additions to this diverse mix of places to dine in this area (Ramen Tatsu-Ya is also coming soon to the shopping center). For those folks who ain't from round hur, Austin-bred JuiceLand is known for its delicious superfood, smoothies, organic juices, and plant-based meals. If you find yourself in Austin, Houston, or Dallas, pop into one of the locations and grab a healthy drink or bowl. I placed an order in the drive-through for two smoothies to include the Cosmic Charlie & The Wild Child. What's funny about the names of these two smoothies is that they both aptly describe Thing Two in namesake and personality. Cosmic Charlie This is one of the newer smoothies that have graced the juiceland menu (it was added about a year ago to the Juiceland line up). The Cosmic Charlie is made with almond milk, apple juice, raspberry, strawberry, banana, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and whey protein. I like using whey protein in drinks as it may have some benefits of helping with weight loss and lowering cholesterol. I also appreciate the fresh fruits and peanut butter addition to this smoothie as it meets my daily fruit requirements and because of the protein that peanut butter offers. The protein content ranges from 22-30% of its total calories, making peanuts a great source of plant-based protein. All these power-packed ingredients provide a thick and filling smoothie. Wild Child This smoothie is made with pineapple, dragon fruit, banana, mango, lime, pea protein, maca, and coconut oil. Overall, this is a sweet blend of fruits with a protein boost derived from the pea protein. While you can make your own smoothies as well as add extra protein and fruits to the standard menu items/smoothies, these add ons can get pricey. This location has a drive-through and a small walk-in store front. Also, these drinks/smoothies and bowls come at an above average price tag without add-ons. For the two smoothies (with no add-ons), the price tag was more than $21 dollars. I finished the whole thing before realizing they brought me a Wild Child instead. it was good, but I really needed the Rehydration. FINALLY. There is a Juiceland in Round Rock! I have been patiently waiting for YEARS. And it's such a great bonus that there's a drive-thru. I always try to switch things up and sometimes just order the day's special. My son and I stopped by after church and ordered at the drive-thru. He got his usual Homerun - banana, apple, and strawberry. I got my got to juice the Ninja Bachelor - pineapple, celery, kale, parsley, spinach, jalapeño, sea salt. The staff at the window and the person who brought out our drinks were nice and pleasant. The drive-thru area is fun, cute and it's covered which is nice for the Texas summer. They have a mirror ball hanging in the covered area. I am so glad that Juiceland is finally in Round Rock. read more
