They've created a quaint little shop on Southside Boulevard that delivers up some of the best healthy eating in Jax. They've also recently just opened up a second store in Riverside. The staff, they're always friendly. After you've ordered, you can expect to wait some time for your food because everything is made to order, and meticulously put together to present an overall fantastic aesthetic. During the wait and your meal, it does get pretty loud because the crew is always blending shakes, bowls and smoothies with no noise divider. In addition to the noise, the furniture isn't the most comfortable as the seats don't appear to be extremely sturdy or big. But the wait, and uncomfortable seats are worth the wait. The smell of the fresh fruit and veggies as you walk in was so refreshing. I ordered the Super Green smoothie (which I finished by the time I drove back to work). I'm visiting a friend in Jacksonville who lives just a few minutes away from JuiceBox. After a long night of drinking, we both decided a juice was in order to start our day. We were greeted right away upon entering. The gentleman with the really nice beard provided some great suggestions and we ended up ordering the Green Machine smoothie with vegan protein powder. It was delicious! We've gone back two more times. Today I got the Peanut Butter Açaí Bowl which was very well priced and also filling and yummy. Sadly I head back home to Texas today so won't have another chance to visit JuiceBox, but I think my friend has now found her new local juice spot! read more

This place is either on point with their drinks or waaaayyy off to where you just want to throw it away & get your money back. I've narrowed it down to who and how you get your drinks. I feel as though the ones that are younger are very much rude & if you don't leave a tip you will definitely not like your drink. They are children working for Juice Box basically. Disappointed. I got the Beach Bowl, my friend got the Acai and Mango bowl and we decided to eat it in the car since the customer service was not inviting. The young woman taking our order (brunette with a braid) had an attitude whenever I asked for other details regarding the bowls. She was very short with us and seemed annoyed whenever her response had to be more than "mhmm" and "yup". We started as soon as we got in the car and should've grabbed a straw on the way out. It was thinner than a smoothie. Not sure if they put too much liquid in both of the bowls or it was just them blending it for way too long. Realized there also wasn't any pineapple in my bowl (which is in the description). We had a better, cheaper bowl and better customer service at the food truck Big Island Bowls. read more

I love this place. Being a juicing expert ( certified and all) this place have really good combination of there ingredients. I like the fact that there a menu is simple and east to read. I was once a frequent customer and would take friends along as well. I accumulated quite a few punches on cards. I hadn't been in a while and decided to stop by today and attempted to use one of my "free bowl" from the punch cards and was told they don't do that anymore. Okay so I decided to pay with a gift card a friend gave me for my birthday pre Covid. The card comes up not valid at that location. I asked how is that possible when she bought it at this location. I was in the mood for an Acai bowl and Juicebox has great reviews, so I figured I'd give it a try... I walk in and the gentleman had amazing customer service. I was torn between 2 Acai bowl choices on the menu and he came up with a great compromise of the two. The ingredients were fresh and the Acai part was thick, which I prefer over the watery one I've ordered at other places. It seems so simple....but I am hooked! I tried juice box based off of yelp reviews and it lived up to the hype. Since my first trip I've tried a few different juices including, the floridian, the juicebox island and the energizer. They have all been delicious. The acai bowls are so scrumptious and filling. They have become something I crave for breakfast now. The wheatgrass shots are surprisingly sweet and can be added to your juice or smoothy or taken straight according to your preference. Most of the acai bowls come with honey, but you can tell them that you wouldn't like that, and they're more than happy to comply. I ordered the beach bowl acai bowl with some plant based protein powder and it was seriously amazing. Their staff is awesome as well, super sweet, super helpful. Answered all questions that I had. The place itself was impeccably clean. The counters were clean and in array, all their food that they were actually using was on display so you could see exactly which oranges, bananas, strawberries, etc. that they're using in your food. The cherry mint smoothie was delicious! I was looking for a healthy spot on my way out of Jacksonville and thought this was an interesting find. I really enjoyed the store set up and atmosphere. The only negative I'll say about the smoothie is that I got many small pieces of mint (the middle hard sections) in my smoothie where I'd wished they just ripped the leaves off and just blended those into the smoothie.
