This establishment is really behind on payment options. I walked in went to pay, the guy at the front said he had no chip reader so he manually entered my card number. It took him four times to tell me that his machine wasn't working so I basically drove ten minutes for a broken machine that couldn't take my card. I also asked if he could tell me what was vegan on the menu and he said nothing. There are several options that are vegan by the way. read more

Enjoyed my acai bowl and will be back to continue to sample the menu. The fresh granola (made in house) smelled and tasted fantastic and the colors of the bowl made it very appetizing. I expected more flavor from the acai smoothie base but the fruit toppings made up for it.. mostly. $10 for a bowl was a bit much given the size but I wouldn't have wanted a larger portion to justify. read more

This place is amazing. My favorite acai bowl is the rainbow bowl, I always get it with vanilla almond milk and I request to have my base made a little thicker. From time to time I also request a extra scoop of the homemade granola, which is so yummy. Its hard to believe that something so good in taste is good for you, but it is :) I only have one question, is there a way to find out the nutritional info for the Rainbow acai bowl, like number of calories? Acai bowls are so good! I had the rainbow bowl it wasn't too sweet and I was feeling full when finished. It's hard to find places when you're trying be healthy and everything around you has added sugar or just isn't good for you. Juice Box is clean, friendly, and fresh! I haven't found many places that offer Acai bowls here in Jacksonville so I'm glad I found this gem. This was a horrible experience, the atmosphere was cool but when we spent 10 dollars on a bowl, it was absolutely horrible, it obviously wasn't real açaí, multiple people tried it and agreed that it tasted disgusting. We also got smoothies which turned out that one was decent but the other was literally warm! (The smoothies were 12 dollars btw) for this price, it was a horrible experience.
