And turns out while you can work here, it's definitely more of a restaurant vibe than a cafe vibe. While the above details were all still true, they had a server that walked around refilling water and clearing plates, etc. So while still a nice spot to grab some coffee and food, I wouldn't really recommend working here. Anyways the food was really good here and really filling. The drinks are more hit or miss. The honey oat shaken espresso was really good. But I wasn't too big of a fan of the iced strawberry latte. It just tasted like milk with mashed strawberries. But one consistent thing was that everything was so aesthetic and plated so beautifully.

Some unique topping options and nice, quick customer service. It's worth the try!

The good: I ordered the Root it Up juice which had a good blend of the beets and other ingredients and tasted delicious. The business is clean inside and conveniently located off of Baymeadows. The not so good: About a quarter of the cup wasn't full and another two inches was the foam from the juicing process. For an expensive juice that costs as much as a meal I'd expect to get the full 16oz. When I entered the business there were two ladies who looked to be friends of the worker sitting at the front desk crowding the pick up area. I completely understand when business is slow that the worker might have friends visiting but they should be seated at the table and chairs. Overall, I probably wouldn't visit again and would end up at my usual spots.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly person and they did their best to give me more information about the products that they sell. When I found this place, I google searched for healthy smoothies, expecting to find organic fruits and veggie based smoothies. But I was a bit disappointed when I saw that they are serving Herbalife products which is linked to an MLM, which I personally do not support. So the protein drink you are buying is basically just an Herbalife protein shake. They market their drinks as healthy, however Herbalife products include oils such as canola and artificial sweeteners, and a variety of other ingredients that are linked to gastrointestinal upset, and other health related issues. This is not a product I'd define as healthy. Regardless, I was already at the establishment and as I mentioned, the staff was very nice and kind. I was already really craving a blended drink so I just ordered the churro shake. The taste was not bad at all, it was topped with whipped cream and cinnamon toast, crunch cereal. All in all, I personally don't think this business is for me, but I am willing to admit the drink was at least good. However, the pricing also caught me off guard coming out to a whopping $11 and change. To be more transparent they should disclose they exclusively use Herbalife products and I was unsure if they used anything fresh or organic.
