Needed something healthy and came across this smoothie location during my stay here in Jacksonville There was an interesting overripe banana smell emulating upon entering the establishment, also the fruit from the display case looked way overriped(borderline expiring), got the mango pomelo smoothie which looked the freshest and it was decent, the smoothie itself wasn't to flavorful unfortunately, but it was refreshing enough. read more

Just popped in here for a quick lunchtime smoothie and I was greeted by the wonderful regional manager named Michele. I have never met anyone in my life so passionate about nutrition and smoothie king, and let me just say it was quite refreshing to see someone who actually enjoys their job. Her staff was also equally friendly and passionate about their jobs. she let us sample the avocado toast with eggs and let me tell you, it's delish. Will be back very soon! read more

The Town Center is the BEST place in town for a smoothie! It rates higher than the other locations or other Tropical Smoothies, when it comes to friendly staff who introduce themselves, always ask about your rewards and always tell you what you have and can use. Never have an issue if you prefer a styrofoam cup over the plastic flimsy ones. They remember names! Ashley manages this particular store and she takes her role very serious and is very professional as well as her staff Meagan and the other girls too! It is a clean and well stocked store and always has new products posted with great descriptions of new flavors. I highly recommend skipping the drive thru at other places and enjoy the counter customer service at this location! read more

My first visit to this location was just a few days ago and the last time I was at any SK was years ago. Super fast and friendly service!! Customized drinks - all gluten free!!!!! Pina colada with tart cherries added is beyond amazing!! A bit pricey, or is it? 12$ gets you a protein and YUM filled drink that replaces a meal-that means it's rather inexpensive. And if they make a bit extra it's yours!! ZB read more

I just wanted something super simple for the night as I ate earlier in the day and was still kinda full, so who else but Smoothie King? Super simple meant a Green Tea Tango (Matcha Green Tea, Dairy Whey Blend, Turbinado, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt) because why not? Matcha is my soul tea and to have it in smoothie form would satisfy my snack/dessert craving. I decided to throw in some Wild Blueberries for funzies. I was pleasantly surprised to see it delivered in a to-go drink cup bag, sealed up for your protection. The blueberries gave it a slight purple hue. I probably shoulda requested extra matcha though as the tea taste was canceled out a lot nevertheless it tasted fantastic. Thanks SK for coming through! read more

Smoothie King can be hit or miss, but I'm happy to report this location is often a hit. It never is too busy and the staff is friendly and quick with orders. I've come to really enjoy the nutty super grain which is a vegan option. The Hulk is also another good option that allows you to really feel full. If you want some nutrients they have quite a few veggie full options. Prices can go from kind of pricey to I could have bought a meal at a restaurant, but I use my wife's Smoothie King app and it gives you coupons and deals every 2-3 visits. On Friday they have deals on almost every item so that is pretty nice. read more

One thing I really like about smoothie king is having the option of different protein powders and add ins. Normally I get the lean one strawberry and add blueberries. This time in the interest of trying not to catch what is going around, I picked the below option. It was a nice juice based, berry packed smoothie that helped me stay well this weekend. Immune Builder® Bananas, strawberries, wild blueberries, raspberries, immune support enhancer and more provide antioxidant support and key minerals like zinc and selenium and vitamins C and E. read more

Not the best Smoothie King ive been to. They never asked if i wanted Whey Protein only assumed. I ordered a Banana Boat 44 oz with peanut butter. Never asked if i wanted whey protein or anything else only assumed. Took one sip and i knew there was something wrong as my heart was beating pretty fast. I went in to get a refund and the lady said that they don't do refunds so i asked for a remake and i said "no whey protein, i know yall added it bc my heart was beating pretty fast" and it took her two tries to get it right. Got it right on the third try. Im never coming back to the St Johns Town Center location ever again. The location on Atlantic Blvd by San Pablo, been going there for 5+ years and never had any problems. It doesnt hurt to ask. Id rather be asked a thousand questions than for you to assume i like certain stuff. Only took 1 hour & 10 minutes to get in and leave bc of how busy and how long it took to get my order correct. Im not negative nancy but i sure as hell don't like my heart beating a million miles an hour. read more

The people that works here too are very friendly and very quick! Basically I was in and out there and that's what kind of service I like! This is place is highly recommend for me! read more

I love smoothie king! It's always a quick grab and go place for me. Whether it's a protein shake or snacks too. I've been coming to the town center location for about five years and can't believe this is my first review. Parking - its a plaza right after chick fil a in the town center area. Smoothie king has 1 spot for curbside pickup. No matter what time of day I come, Ive never not found a spot. So that's very nice considering it's in town center area! I'm dairy free and gluten free so my go to is the vegan pineapple spinach. My friend had the daily warrior and loved it. Looking to maximize protein and minimize carbs - check out the gladiator smoothies. Looking for something tropical - try the island impact! Looking for something new - be sure to check out the secret menu! Don't forget to download their app. You get a $2 sign up bonus, rewards and the option to mobile order. They have 3 step text ordering now too, grubhub delivery and online orders. Snacks range from peanut butter pretzels, veggie chips to beef sticks and chocolate covered nuts. The store is always clean and the customer service is top-notch. read more

Smoothie King - Shh!! It's a secret! Secret menu for the win! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

The smoothie was phenomenal, staff is always nice when I go in person! Their one miss that brought it to five stars? I order delivery every now and then, I only order from that specific location. They seal it in a bag which is awesome, but their tamper proof seals they put on the lids are not tamper proof... other than the exception of me ripping it off fast and tearing one side it was all in tact without voiding the label. Just suggesting real tamper proof stickers! read more

When I used to live near the town center this was my go to Smoothie King. I haven't been back in a while, but was delighted when I walked in to a couple smiling faces this morning. I found a coupon for two dollars off a specific smoothie and reluctantly decided to come and try it. I know, you're thinking so what a good coupon why would you be reluctant? Well... I'm a total creature of habit and haven't ever ordered anything other than a 'lemon twist with berry no sweetener', to be exact. But today marks a new era of a new smoothie! I tried the vanilla high protein coffee smoothie and it was everything I needed for this slow Tuesday morning! Emily helped me figure out the coupon and the add-in's for the smoothie. She was phenomenal! Guess I'll make it a point to visit the TCSK more often! read more

I organized a school supply drive and have been in contact with the manager, Daniel, at Store 0238 in St. Augustine for awhile now but he went above and beyond for me and donated some sample smoothies for me for the supply drive to pass out along with some coupons to help those in need! Absolutely incredible and always am pleased with the smoothies I get from this location, my go to is the Pineapple Surf. The workers have always been awesome and super friendly:) Would highly recommend this location read more

This is my go-to place when I want a quick lunch because I can't decide what to eat, want to do some shopping, or more likely, I'm swamped with meetings and don't have time to,sit and eat. I normally get their medium high protein gladiator as it fills me and gets me through dinner. The staff at this location is friendly and fairly knowledgeable, more importantly, they're willing to help with the many nutrition content of the numerous choices smoothies they have. My next adventure will be to try the veggie smoothies, they look interesting, but I have not been able to pull the trigger yet. I wish they would hand out samples. So, if you're looking for something quick and (hopefully) moderately healthy, then I suggest stopping by to try one of their many flavors. read more

Wow! Very knowledgable, attentive, & efficient staff! My boss sent me on a five-minute smoothie run for "something with strawberries and blueberries" and the staff really took time to explore the options, available supplements, and any potential chemical or allergy issues all in less time than it is taking me to type this. I never thought I'd have such a memorable smoothie run that it warranted a review, but this place was great! read more

Could've been better. I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie that had been ordered 7 minutes before. When I showed up there was only one person in line. The guy making the smoothies messed it up and had to remake again, which was fine. 5 min later, he tells me I "should probably sit, it'll be a while". I didn't mind, but then people who showed up after I got there started getting their drinks, and I was so confused. I never said anything. He was very friendly, and the young woman working with him seemed incredible. It started to get busy, and she took care of absolutely everyone the best she could. I will say though, it sort of icked me out though how the guy making the smoothies had long hair and hovers over the smoothie blenders. I feel like long hair should be tied back or put in a net or something but I was sort of grossed out only because his hair hovered over the smoothies the entire time. read more

I used to love this place! I would stop by at least 3 times a week to get a smoothie and the staff was super friendly and super fun. I would even try new smoothies based on their recommendations. But now the new staff is extremely unfriendly. They don't greet you. They don't smile. They talk to you as if you're a nuisance. Honestly I thought about walking out once time because the girls were so unfriendly. But I really wanted my smoothie. Well. Now I know not to come back here. And no this wasn't just one incident. It happened 3 times these past 2 weeks. Please change the staff and get friendlier people so I can come back to my favorite location. read more

This location unfortunately disappointed me very recently. I was the only one in the store mid afternoon and bless their hearts between three employees it took probably 10-15 minutes to get my smoothie. Maybe they were new... maybe they were just slow in the head... But after spending $9 and 15 minutes in the store I was aggravated and my smoothie wasn't even a good consistency, much too runny. Probably check out a different location next time because I have never had a bad experience at SK before now! read more

Staff so great, makes me say "woah, this staff is so great" *SPOILER ALERT* Best smoothie you will ever have, these aren't your mamas smoothies, these are the real deal, lots of options, many many options, so many options. Did you know they have banana? Well they do, and you can get it in your smoothie. Like, woah, bananas? And did you know you can mix peanut butter and coffee in it? I did. That's why I get it every time. Some people don't like these smoothies but I think that those people probably can't smile or feel love. I mean, that's pretty much the only way you couldn't like these smoothies. I mean, like, geez man, these are good. Staff always says hi when I come in and makes me feel like Tom Cruise except I'm taller than Tom Cruise and I don't believe in Scientology. But that's not the point, the point is they make me feel like a celebrity and feel good about myself, which my MOM NEVER DOES, but the main point is there smoothies are great, go buy 6 of them. Yummy. read more

First of all, plastic cups instead of styrofoam? That's nice, now your smoothie can melt super quick. Second, I paid over $17 for 2 smoothies. We didn't try them until we got in the car and as I'm already at the light, we both notice a very unpleasant after taste. I swear it tasted like mold in my mouth. It was absolutely disgusting and we proceeded to throw both of them in the next garbage can we saw. I was really annoyed and disgusted. read more

I'm at a Smoothie King daily after work and have been coming to this location 3-4 times a week at least. If not here, then I'm at the River City location. Very friendly staff here as well and always have recommendations. I usually get the same thing for the most part. They know me here now and are putting in my order as I walk in the door. Smoothies always taste good and service is quick. Sometimes I will make a quick stop here for breakfast or lunch and service is quick during those times as well. read more

I needed $1.50 for a bus fare and asked if they offered cash back. The employee said they didn't and when I explained my situation, he went to the back and got $1.50 out of his own pocket for my bus fare. I usually only grab smoothies once a year and for my annual stop, I'm glad I picked this store. I walked in and was greeted by two associates who helped me pick out my smoothie. It is the pineapple one with vanilla protein. The store was very clean and the employees were very efficient. They even asked me what my shopping plans for the Black Friday were going to be.
