The business charges an extra $2.50 for maybe a tablespoon of gluten-free granola, but doesn't adjust pricing if ingredients are removed or unavailable. I understand most businesses don't do this but it sometimes evens out when items are removed and unavailable. For example, I was told after ordering that they were out of coconut, which was supposed to come on my item. I was asked if that was okay, but realistically, what's the alternative in that moment? It just felt like another instance of paying for something I didn't receive. At one point, the employee preparing our order walked past us multiple times without acknowledgment to speak with her coworker, which added to the overall feeling of being ignored.
