Jazmin is super rude, not friendly at all, I come here so much, and there's only one person who is warm and pleasant, and I think she's the manager. All these other young girls that work here always have an attitude, and when it comes to ordering my regular order, they seriously argue with me! Easy to find at the corner of Trabuco and El Toro, this Juice it Up! isn't my favorite. * There were two people behind the counter. No greeting. Both insisted on finishing every drink they were making (4?) or so before helping me. It's kind of weird to hover by the register while they're working. * Maybe it's just the Pineapple Punch, but it didn't taste so great. This is one of the best Juice It Up I've been too. It's clean and they make their drinks really well. I love getting the Zone Protein smoothie, and they make it by far the best. I've been other places and they get the peanut butter proportion and taste wrong. It's packed with banana , peanut butter and protein. It's a cross between a dessert and a protein drink. We have a toddler who doesn't eat much so this tends to get the protein down her. Family hack, order the largest drink and split it amongst two kids or adults. Rewards: if you get the loyalty card you will get a free drink after about $100 spent. Which goes quickly here. read more

I am the one who got glass in my smoothie on Wednesday. Just little tiny pieces probably just somebody broke something glass and you know how it flies all over so I was not that worried except I'm not gonna drink it because obviously it could kill me. When I went back there, the woman who was working on the counter was completely rude. I'm pretty sure she was the owner because an employee would not be so haughty and rude. It used to be a very good juice It Up but with the new ownership, it is not so much. She is not the only employee that is rude and I am not the only person complaining. I will either go to Jamba Juice or I think I have a juice place right across the street from my work which would be nice but I don't know how they are yet. Or I will find a different Juice It Up! in the area that I would not go back there just because of the attitude and the disrespect you get from the people who work there and the people who own it. Juice it up is a franchise, so I don't expect them to all be consistent. However, this place has kept me coming back and craving their evergreen smoothie! They make it the best at this location! I've been to other locations and it's never as good. This place always puts the exact right amount of ingredients to make it super tasty. I've also tried their acai and their pitaya smoothies and they are yummy but my favorite has to be the evergreen smoothie. Super refreshing, sweet, and tart! Perfect for a warm day. Came by at 6:35 pm (close at 7 pm) on 3/17 and tried to order a large OJ, and the lady said sorry we already cleaned the machine and we can't make fresh OJ now. The oranges are sitting right there!! They should then change their hour to just 6:30pm and not 7pm! read more

After being around the area, I stumbled across this spot and decided to give it a try. IT WAS GREAT! Better than Jamba Juice! I was helped by a young lady with black lens frames and she reccomended the Peanut Butter Zone as i have an aquired taste for more sweet than fruity based drinks. It was PERFECT. Wasn't overly sweetened as I hoped it wouldn't turn oit. She got my order out in fast and gave outstanding customer service considering it was a quick pit stop on my end. Highly reccomend! I rarely get smoothies anymore since they are so full of sugar and expensive. The only time I usually ever get them is when I'm sick. They are my go to comfort drink/food when I am and they serve their purpose well. This particular location has been here since I was in High School and it's always been my go to smoothie place. Most of the time the smoothies are good and tasty -- only a handful of times I didn't like what I ordered. My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Wave. It's mostly perfect. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I love everything about this location and will keep coming back every time I'm sick -- which is not often, I hope. I rarely get smoothies anymore since I'd rather avoid the sugary, diabetic coma that comes after finishing one. The one thing that does get me to come in is their selection of protein drinks. They've got one called The Zone which is similar to the awesome 800-lb. Gorilla that they offer at Robek's. Since I don't have a Robek's near me, this is the next best thing. They load it with yogurt, peanut butter, bananas and 35 grams of the protein of your choice, either soy or whey. I always go with whey since soy is mostly useless for men. In General: I don't like going to juice places because no matter the company they always put too much crap in a drink. And when you tell them want to extract ingredients they look at your like you are crazy. I just wanted a simple and tasty acai smoothie. It was a hot day and any drink probably would have satisfied my needs. I got the Mango Acai smoothie after the register guy recommended it. I felt rushed when I was ordering and there was no one else in the store. I felt like the guy couldn't understand why this was a monumental decision. I am sorry you are only used to customers that always come prepared with your whole menu in their mind, but what about the rest of us. And seriously there was no one else there! When I got it, it tasted good, but also had a weird aftertaste. I couldn't figure out what was the taste until I looked at the ingredients -- yogurt. I don't understand why you need to put yogurt in a drink. I make smoothies all the time at home and never add dairy. (I was visiting someone on this trip). The guys here were friendly and patient. If I am in the area again, I would come by and try something else. When I was leaving the gentleman who made my drink saw I was struggling and offered a to-go-tray-carrier. Will not be going here again. First off i paid $14.50 for a large acai bowl and a large smoothie. I thought that was a little expensive, but i didnt think too much about it. I come back a week later and order the same exact order and go to pick it up and its $16.50, I ask the girl there and she was disgustingly rude. I asked her why it was so much, she laughed in my face and told me the prices for each item, i explained to her that i came in here the week before and it was $2 cheaper, she laughs again and says the prices havent changed. I go to various Juice It Up stores and this store gives the least amount of raw juice. I ordered a medium raw juice with ice. They gave me the least amount of juice and more ice. At the Juice It Up on Jeffrey, I order the same order and they give me a large cup with 3/4 of juice and 1/4 of ice. I will not support that store! read more

Oh my gosh I love this place. Juice It Up serves their smoothies in a bowl with granola, fresh fruit and honey. And the fruit looks fresh and tastes so good. My new favorite! I've gone with my usual standby, strawberries and banana but the melon smoothie is good too. I've also tried the raspberry smoothie but it was a bit too sweet for me. I usually add some protein and I'm good to go. The young ladies who work there are always friendly and seem to do a good job. It's a great alternative when I need to eat but am not very hungry which is most of the time. read more

So I went in today. I had purchased a Groupon. I tried using it, I asked the girl if I could use 2 or only 1 per visit. (Some places let u use more than 1). She said only 1, which is totally understandable. She did not know how to process it , so she asked a man that was also working there and he said. "No we don't take that". I ordered the rejuvenator. It was good but the service was irritatingly rude. I've been to juice bars where the employees are friendly & helpful taking good care of their customers. The girl making my juice was friendlier than the cashier and more willing to listen to me but the cashier had zero enthusiasm for her job, looked bored, would not engage in conversation, acted irritated when I explained light on the ice. Instead she suggested a larger cup with more ice. Obviously anyone asking for something different than what she wants to provide is cause for irritation. Finally I told the young lady to have some more enthusiasm, crack a smile, or show some energy otherwise I'm going to think they are putting sleeping pills in the juice. Her annoyed attitude wore off on me. I became annoyed. I would fire her if I was her boss if I observed her immature and unfriendly service she was providing my customers. There are plenty of other people who want a job. Hire employees who actually want to be there. To the young girl: it's obvious you don't like working in public and providing decent service to customers. But you do have the energy & enthusiasm to run outside and put a note on a boys car. I frequent juice it up ALOT. I take wheat grass shots like it is a ritual. This is the closest juice it up near my work so I stopped by on my lunch to grab a 2oz shot. My first time here and the service was HORRIBLE. There was two young girls working, laughing and joking around the whole time. The place was completely empty but yet they took almost 20min to make a wheat grass shot. Then the serve the shot in two one ounce cups. They proceeded to laugh at me when I explained I don't drink the Orange juice with the wheat grass since it basically ribs the point of taking wheat grass. So UNPROFESSIONAL.
