Live life juiced. I've frequented this particular location for years for a juice fix after soccer games, yoga class, or to just get my açaí on. As far as beverages go, my go-to smoothie has always been the Strawberry Wave, which includes Strawberry Juice, Non-Fat Yogurt, and banana. This drink isn't overly sweet, and can be paired with a boost - I typically pick energy. I've also ordered the ginger shots in the past for an additional immune boost. Not the tastiest, but it does the trick! Outside of smoothies, Juice it Up also serves tasty açaí bowls! I've ordered both their traditional Açaí Bowl and the Vital Proteins Blue Bowl. Their blue bowl blend includes collagen (great for your hair, skin, and nails), spirulina, Greek yogurt, pineapple, and mango. It's also topped with chia seeds, granola, banana, strawberry, and honey. While Juice it Up is a quick fix when you're looking for an açaí bowl, I'm never quite satisfied with the texture of their açaí blends. Since they use the regular blender to create these bases, your açaí bowl is typically served like a smoothie in a bowl - you might want to grab a straw. read more

I placed a pickup order about 30 minutes before I actually got there & by then I had gotten a notification saying my order was ready. There was only 2 people working and a line ahead of me and once I was able to talk to one of the workers they hadn't even gotten to my order yet. I ordered an açaí bowl and it was super runny and tasted artificial. I've worked at coffee shops before to understand that this is definitely a management problem. Hire more people and train them to make the orders right. Especially since everything is so expensive now, it sucks to buy something that's $15 and it turns out gross. read more

Ordered acai bowl and small smoothie, took 20 minutes to get order. The girl kept taking orders but not making the ones already ordered. This is the closest location to my home so I do frequent it, especially during my work week and almost every time I have been greeted by a shorter black woman, her name could be Hanit G based on my most recent receipt/trip. She is efficient and always very friendly and even while training a newer male employee this day, she remained her usual great, customer service first-self. Which I so appreciate! Another recent visit, it was her and another black woman who appeared to be a manager during a very busy lunch rush, and they both showed me great service, explained the new app process and my order was delicious and correct, like usual. Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate you and I hope your team does too! See you soon. read more

I'm really disappointed that twice in a roll we came here and our smoothie was not up to par. The first time we came and ordered the lava flow with immunity boost, it was perfect. It was thick and had lots of coconut flavor and pieces in the each sip. The last two times had no coconut flavor or pieces and it was more like a juice. Smoothies should be thick and not liquidity. We decided to give them one more try today and it was the worse we've had. We had big chunks of fruit left on the bottom and it did not taste like a lava flow at all. I would have given them one star but because I've had a good smoothie once before I will give them two stars. I think they need to make sure they train their staff better so that it is consistent. Not sure if I will come back to this store. read more

Rude customer service from the moment I walked in- they got my order wrong and when I told them they had a horrible attitude. They did offer to remake it but with a horrible tone and attitude. I just said it was fine and walked out. We where the only customers inside so there shouldn't of been "we where slammed" for the excuse to treat a customer like that. Plus a customer that tips. Find a better juice place to go to since they don't care about the customers. Find better staff, the place is extremely dirty and the staff are wearing sandals. Idk if that is an OSHA and food health issue. read more

This is the WORST juice it up in Corona . The workers here are so bad it's not even funny . Today 10/19/2022, I ordered a açai bowl via the app at 4:12 Pm . The Order stated that it would be ready for pickup at 4:37 . I went in at 4:40 and it wasn't even STARTED . Are you serious. The worker gave me the excuse that she just got there that's why it wasn't ready . I asked for a refund and they refused to even give me that. This is ridiculous and I didn't have time to wait an extra 30 minutes for a bowl. Very unprofessional and the worst experience I have had at Juice it up . Take a look at the other reviews for this location. Everyone says the same thing 0/10 read more

No stars for this location. I was not able to remove the one star,, click accidentally. I never do any reviews on yelp, but I had to down load the app, and take my time for the bad experience. SERVICE Is HORRIBLE!!!!!! First, this place is dirty and I notice the they use old bananas dark brown , I'm sure other fruits as well to save money. We had a promotion from Juice it our rewards app, and the cashier scan our promotion and advise that we had to buy another smoothie. The promotion said , ( free smoothie with any other purchase). I was buying a Acai drink (Can) and he said that was not valid. I told him to read the promotion and he said his boss who was in the phone with him ( Elmer Tolentio) owner advise him that we had to buy another smoothie. I told him that we will go to another location instead, we don't want two smoothies. But since he scan our phone, the promotion was not there anymore. It was redeem by him.... We ask to honer the promotion since he scan our promotion and it was no longer available to go somewhere else. He advise that his Maneger Elmer, told him there was nothing they can do , to deal with customer service from juice it up. I never experience a horrible service in any Juice it up, Or other juice places., Definitely never going back. read more

This place is like right next to my house and In my 8 years I never really went in to try it out and I have never been to any of the locations either. So, overall it's my first time everrrrr. My Friend was like, you need to start eating healthy let me take you too Juice it up, I was like sounds good. I been too "Jamba Juice" but never to this place. I walked in and it wasn't super crowded and she recommended me to get the "Açaí Berry Bowl" (which had: honey, granola, strawberries and bananas) which was a about $7.99, so we each both got it. When our order came, it was so pretty and and good amount. The taste was awesome. I recommend sharing with another person cuz it was a lot. Not too sweet, the granola made it sweet, the fruits were not too sour. I loved it, plus it was healthy, right?! Lol Do try it out. read more

- I'm their regular customer and they are always pretty consistent. When they have rushes of customers they tend to get through the line pretty fast. - My favorite, is the ever green smoothie and I love the taste every time. - The app was much needed from a competitive standpoint. DO NOT EAT HERE! If anything, save yourself the fucking headache and go to the Juice it Up on E. Ontario Avenue instead. This location has the WORST customer service, the orders take for-fucking-ever and it's a complete waste of your money because the bowls are shit every single time. Three weeks ago I ordered a bowl from here--the smell alone was vile. Clearly, the bananas were rotten, but instead of getting FRESH bananas, they decide to blend up the yummy rotten bananas and serve them to customers. My bowl took well over half an hour to be made, yet it was missing three other ingredients I paid for (besides yummy rotten fruit). For example, I asked for extra peanut butter and guess what? No peanut butter at all. I had to throw the entire bowl away because of how disgusting it was. I attempted to contact the manager multiple times with no response or acknowledgement. No apology, no refund, NOTHING. I decided never to come here again. Today, I accidentally(!!!!!!!) ordered from this location instead of the one on E. Ontario one. I ordered the bowl at 4:12pm and the app said it would be ready by 4:37pm. Not only was it NOT ready by 4:37, they hadn't even STARTED on it when I arrived at 4:45pm. The manager refused to give me a refund (I needed the bowl asap, I'm on a time crunch), she said I could come back to pick it up TOMORROW?? Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. No wonder it's always empty--everything about this location is complete shit. And manager: a fucking response to your customers would be nice. read more

I just wasted $10 I asked for a protein açaí bowl and i think the used old bananas wish made the taste horrible, never had that problem before but their customer service is horrible as well, every time I come to this location not even a simple hi or smile to welcome customers and when they talk to you they seem bothered by you just being there! management please send your employees to get a customer service work shop please! as of for me, is the last time i'll be there! read more

Don't do it, and we won't either! Came in for our favorite drink just before our long overdue girls spa day. We ordered three of the watermelon madness drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't try the drinks until after we left. Something was off, definitely didn't taste like melon. Then our drink began to separate, the blended portion floating atop the liquid section underneath... not very inviting. I decided to call the store to let them know our drinks weren't good so they could correct it before the next customers. I spoke to Cassandra who was apathetic and couldn't care less that our drinks weren't edible. She suggested we shake up the drinks to mix the layers together! What?!! She did tell me it was the store policy not to replace any drinks after the customers leave. Customers beware, make sure to taste your drinks before leaving. I hope this small business owner knows how poor their customer service is and that as previously loyal customers, we will not be returning. read more

Updating my review due to disappointment after disappointment. Today was the final straw. The only good thing was that my order was ready on time. When I opened my bag when I got home, I saw why. The bowls were absolute slop with the fruit strewn about. I had ordered the cold brew bowl and the toppings were wrong and peanut butter had been added for some reason. I can't stand peanut butter, so the bowl was inedible to me. The second bowl had mushy bananas and hardly any granola. The texture of both was more liquid than soup. There was a sign about training new people and I understand there may be some growing pains, but this is pretty unacceptable. When you're paying around $10 for a bowl, you expect it to be what you ordered. I honestly should be refunded for the mess I received today. Skip this location if you want to spend your money wisely--I will be going to a different location from now on. read more

So bad it's (sort of) funny. We don't usually go to this location but definitely won't in the future. The smoothies tasted completely different than other locations, basically gritty juice with fruit chunks, instantly separated and even my kids didn't like them. Extremely loud music blasting, about 10 people waiting for their drinks, and one employee stops what she's doing, sees her friends are there, tells them to "pick anything on the menu, just pick something. No, you guys don't have to wait like everyone else just tell me what you want." No payment, jumped the line. Clearly just a bunch of kids who don't care about their job/company, just a bummer to waste money. read more

I go to this juice it up a lot. I like that they enforce their no mask policy, but I do think it's a roulette depending on who's on shift in terms of quality. Today, I ordered a drink with a substitute from yogurt to sherbet. I'm not sure if the guy making my smoothie was new. I saw the person taking my order specifically instruct this guy to make my special order. Anyways they messed up my drink even though I paid extra for the substitutions. I didn't realize til I was in my car and drank it. With COVID and social distancing, I just didn't feel it was worth it to take my drink back but I'm sure they would remake it. In the future I hope the workers are more careful about this since some customers could actually have an allergy. read more

I ordered a juice for pickup the other day but when I got there the girl told me it wasn't ready. But then she said that the juicer wasn't working so I ended up having to cancel my order. Go to another location!!!! I came in here today to grab 2 smoothies. There were 2 people ahead of me who already ordered. When i ordered there was one girl working. She told me when i ordered my small size it would be 5 minutes because they didn't have the size... ( not sure why she couldn't of just put it in a bigger cup) i said no problem I'll wait. Well 10 minutes go by she still hadn't finished the people nexts to me order. Then more people come in, instead of finishing the people's order who had been in front of me she kept taking orders. She did not clean the station or change her gloves after using the register. 5 more minutes and she finally finished the people in front of me order. She made 2 more bowls and smoothies for someone who came in after everyone..... Then another worker comes in from outside and started helping her immediately- HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS, he didn't put a mask on or put on any gloves!!!! Are you kidding me?! So now he starts helping her make drinks- there was NO system to any of the orders she had just taken, meaning she was doing whichever receipt was in front of her...at this point it's been 20 minutes. I walked up and said i am so sorry I'm not trying to be rude but you have made several other peoples drinks and i have been here waiting before all of them... she said she was working on it... 5 minutes pass and she finishes 1 smoothie... still waiting for my other drink. I asked again... The man got an attitude and said they were working on it even though none of their mixers had anything green inside... i explained to him i had been there now 25 minutes he was rude, put me off, didn't care i had been sitting that long and as hes talking he continues to make someone else's drink.... So i wait a few more minutes and she puts the drink posted below on the counter.... I said who's is this; the girl said it was mine. I said my drink is green i think this isn't right... with an attitude she said do you want me to remake it? I mean by this time it's been almost 30 minutes and I look like a jerk because i spoke up and said something so I said it's fine... the man told me to taste it and see... whelp tasted it and it tastes like a totally different drink. He asked if i liked it i said not really but I'm done waiting.... I understand workers are short on help right now... i even understand mixing up drinks... but the attitude and the cleanliness for me is not Ok! I have a juicer and a heavy duty blender. Both damn good ones. So why would I be going here? Well, it's not for me. My baby, all 35 years of him, is sick. And his Mama will buy him anything he wants...he looks so pathetic right now. Besides, I didn't have the ingredients. So, he called me while I was out shopping. "Get me a Seabreeze Squeeze....pause....pause....moan..... cough cough....please?" Well, that probably wasn't the name, but it sure had lots of things in it that could soothe his pathetic little body (OJ, cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry juices plus yogurt). I think he said something about being ready to die, or was it ready to puke? Bad connection. So they quickly whipped up that magically super duper, icee, juicy, sugary drink (and you know it's got to have some form of sugar, it's way too sweet for natural sweetness), adding a free scoop of Echinacea for good measure, and I flew home to keep him from dying. Super mom saves the day, and baby boy will live to see 36. Oh, and the parking there is ridiculously horrid. 3 stars because I dissaprove of this business disguising a product as "healthy" when it can easily put you into a diabetic coma. 3.5 stars because it tastes good but makes you want more. 3.25 stars. read more

I'm not a person to write bad reviews but I do feel like I need to say my honest opinion about this specific juice it up store. I've been here multiple times and majority of the time I always had an issue with my order where either they misunderstand me and give me something different or the order just isn't done properly. The service is good I'll give them that but a lot of mistakes are often being made at this store. I stopped by today and ordered a protein acai bowl but instead was given a normal acai bowl and it was fine at first, they took it back and gave me the correct order however it wasn't properly blended so it was super thick and it still had chuncks of banana. My boyfriend ordered a smoothie and it also wasn't blended properly. All the fruits were at the bottom of the drink and there was ice chuncks as well. Normally I'd just go on with my day when minor mistakes are made but it's honestly getting pretty annoying especially because it's only this store that has this issue. read more

Just placed my order for this location. First, there is a note on the door at 2:56 that says "will be back at 2:30". The other girl then came to the door and walked in rushing. She looked upset or concerned. I stepped up to the register, the gal asked if I had an online order. No. Placed my order. Next guy placed his order. The online order person arrived. Both girls seemed confused what the online order request was. Didn't realize there was more than one drink request. At one point, it appeared the drink was made incorrectly since the girl rushing in Simple's the drink back into the almost full blender. I felt back me & the other guy had our drinks before the online order. Not sure what's going on.
