Well, if you want fresh juice or a shake you might get it here? The fact that the employee sniffed all the ingredients before making my drink totally put me off. Especially since it looked like she was questioning the freshness of it all. Just really wasn't it for me. My drink was a saturated color than it normally was so it made me feel like the fruit I had wasn't of quality... It tasted "OK" but it didn't make me want to come back. Placed a mobile order for two large vital protein BLUE smoothies. Once we walked in no one was to be found. My husband had to open the front door again to make noise for the girl cashier to finally come out. 1. As soon as she walked out, she had on a tube top that made her seem naked behind the apron which gave off an unprofessional vibe like she didn't care about her job.. which I get but when you're handling food, you need to appear clean and put together. 2. After she came out from hiding in the back, she hadn't even noticed that a mobile order had been placed. 3. She makes the smoothies and they're orange because she forgot to add the blue spirulina.. aka the whole purpose of this smoothie and why it's considered a speciality smoothie. 4. My husband requested for the smoothies to be made again with ALL of the ingredients but now they've put so much spirulina that the texture is just chalky and the taste is nasty. At this point, we had wasted enough time and I asked for a refund and placed an order at another location nearby (where upon arrival it was ready for pick up.) She couldn't give me a printed receipt for my refund so I hope it processes if not I'll be in contact shortly, can't waste my time AND money. read more

Went in , and not happy with the purchases, got 2 bowls, the strawberries were soggy and not even a half a banana, paying $22 for bowls and doesn't really meet the quality of what are known for (fresh fruit). The guys didn't have good service, they were in a rush while we were ordering & we were the only ones in the store. This location has gone downhill the last 1-2 years. Smoothies are decent at best. Lots of ice in them. Açaí bowls are watery and you pretty much need a straw to eat the bowl or slurp it off the spoon. Restroom is closed to public when it hadn't been. Not a voice thing just their policy. The girl said I could go next door which is pretty stupid to send your paying clients to go use the neighbors restroom. The açaí berry bowl does not come with berries on top like the picture shows but instead has the berries mixed in with the açaí. I was informed from the employee working this morning and I was very surprised to learn this as when I added banana and cacao nibs, strawberries were listed right there beside it. I could have added the berries for an extra charge but it was my second time coming into the establishment to ask why my bowl was not topped with berries like it seemed to show in more than just the picture on the app plus I didn't bring my purse the second time I came in. I really wish it was stated that the berries were mixed in and not on top. It was not a great tasting bowl like I'm use to having at smoothie and vegan shops around San Diego and it was a disappointing first time for me. To the comment from the owner it wasn't about the price I just didn't want to keep going back and forth to my car to your establishment since I parked pretty far and I was wearing heels that day. If you read my comment it would have been a third time. I respect your opinion about your bowls and hope your business does well. Came in on Monday the 17th after my dental appointment next door during lunch hour and the service was fast. There were a few customers in line and sitting for their orders. We happened to come across Juice it Up during their soft opening. Usually in a brand new store the staff is still trying to figure out the menu, the register, how to work as a team, and customer service in general but we were pleasantly surprised to see the staff on top of it all. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the smoothies were on point. I ordered the pina cool-ada, my husband got the mango mania, and my daughter the acai bowl. All were fresh and excellent! We will definitely be back to try the other flavors. read more

When will employers learn.... The two totally inept kids running this place at noon today... ridiculous. I was traveling from OC to Lake Arrowhead with my husband who had JUST had surgery... they said they didn't have a key to the bathroom so it was 'out of order'. I ordered two juices and then assisted my husband to the Subway to use their bathroom. We we returned, they hadn't even begun our juices and I get it, I should have paid.... But I was dealing with a situation and so... anyhow, I got my husband back into the car and returned to a young woman who rang me up rudely, made my juices like she HATED her job, and then placed them on the counter in a snit before turning to the next unfortunate customer. The energy in that place was definitely bad. If my husband wasn't in such pain I'd have told that young lady what I thought of her ugly attitude! She needs to be released from that job! read more

The products offered is one of the best of its kind. The staff is nice but particularly at this location its always a struggle to get the app working with the scanning device.
