Their coffee has great flavor, with lots of options. It's bold, flavorful, and coming here is a great start to the day. They're also known for their açaí bowls. All their flavors look amazing. I've tried the classic and the one with Lilikoi and it did not disappoint. For such an amazing coffee spot in a prime location, be prepared for long lines and wait times for drinks during peak hours. Go earlier to beat the rush and also try their pastries before they sell out. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and the space itself is quite spacious. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly. I know $8 for a latte is a bit pricey in theory, but I would choose Waikoloa Coffee literally any day over Starbucks.

At the time we went, there was only a couple of customers in front of us so we didn't have to wait long. The family decided on their Lava Flow pre-created treat. It was so good and definitely hit the spot. The funniest part was seeing people's faces as I took the shave ice to the indoor food court next door. It seems they struggle with the sweetness levels of their lemonades/iced teas but the milk teas is where they get it right.
