This is probably the best my nails have looked! Not only is the polish exactly how the picture I showed was, but April was so gentle in removing my busted cuticles! I hadn't gone to a salon to get a manicure in maybe 6 months so the skin around my nails was so rough and thick and always causing me cuts from picking at them, but she removed each and every bit of excess skin so well and not once did I get nicked! Also, in the photo you can't even tell which nail was broken but my middle fingernail was to the point where the nail didn't even go past the tip of my finger and it definitely didn't match any of the others but she made the acrylic blend with the rest of my real nails so well! Definitely recommend this place, I'm sure the other nail techs are just as great, but April definitely took the time to make my nails something I was so happy with!! The second time I went, I got Tina and I only got a manicure with a design. I asked for yellow flowers and she did an amazing job. My regular nail place sadly closed down during the pandemic and I scrambled to find a new one. I randomly searched for one nearby (on a Friday afternoon no less) and I called ahead and Judy's was able to get me in with an appointment within an hour. I am always afraid to try new nail salons because I feel it's so hit and miss but I ended up loving this place! It's very affordable prices with HIGH quality nails. The ladies are extremely sweet and friendly. Parking is free in the front and in the back, super easy to find. This has become my favorite nail salon! Highly recommend! read more

Found this place through yelp reviews since I was in the area after eating weak-sauce food at Ajisen Ramen. Pros: CHEAP ($15 for pedicure and french tip), clean tools, fast workers, polite, doesn't rush you out Cons: No appointment, so had to wait awhile to get someone to service you. Also, not very happy with how they painted my french tips. I'd probably come back here to get the pedicure because it's cheap, and get solid colors instead of french tip. read more

Been coming here for many many years. The main owner is very kind and normally things have been well. But the past few times I brought my 2 daughters and girlfriend here the service had been complete garbage. I can't even be kind about this. Came here and the place was empty at the time thinking awesome! We are gonna get in and out quickly instead of spending the normal 2 hours here. WRONG! Had gf go first and she needed a manicure and gel done. The lady who was helping her literally just took off half her old polish then stepped away for almost an hour before returning..... in the meantime someone else was helping my 2 daughters and they were both done before the lady even returned. Someone else came in while gf was getting old polish removed and then she was just ignored.... what is the deal with that? Mind you I tip very well and anyone in the shop can vouch for this. And this is actually the 2nd time in a row this has happened... To the owner if you're reading this, this is not acceptable. You don't start helping someone then leave them for an hour then attempt to comeback and finish without any apology or reason? If the other lady had shove in first, no problem! But we were there first and it's just ridiculous. Please provide me a reason to return? Today's charge was $53 and I gave the lady who helped my kids $100. Not gonna let the rude technician cost your other employees money. Then I would be on the same level or rudeness of that same person who cost this place. Rude rude rude. That's all I can say. i love it here. for what i come here for (full set and a pedi) i don't spend too much. i get white tip almond shape very short and a regular pedi. $50 or $55. when i've went in for a fill it was only $35 for both the fill and pedi. super affordable. they're so friendly too. they also offer to pay with zelle. read more

I got the same color on my pedicure but the lady was terrible. she just slapped the polish on my toe nails and my big toe was clearly messed up and she start putting her things away like she didnt see it. I really wanted this place to be good, but I was sadly disappointed. I like that they have a nice sized tv, but that's about it... I got a mani/pedi. The pedicure was done by a different lady who did an okay job... The pedicure was done by one of the most incompetent manicurist I have ever come across! She had short black hair and was on the slightly heavier side. I got a french tip...bad idea. first of all, she made almost all my nails crooked, did not clean up my cuticles, and made my french tip look super sloppy. I get my nails done almost every week and this was by far the worst manicure I've ever had. Maybe they have better manicurist working there, but I will never go back! read more

I was disappointed with my experience because I was up charged for "having long nails" when I was getting a fill. They didn't need to replace any of my nails so I didn't understand why I was being up charger for a small amount of new acrylic on the base of my nail. They wanted me to pay almost $50 for solid colored nails when my friend payed $35 for nails that were the exact same length as mine and has a design on every nail. THE +'s: it's not a huge salon (or storefront even) because it's run by two sisters and their brother(?). therefore, you get one on one attention. if you're there on a not-too busy day, the very personal attention means decently shaped and painted nails for tres cheap. decor is kinda hole in the wall. huge polish selection from brand-names like opi to i-aint-never-heard-of-that. THE -'s: on busy days, well, i've ended up with off-kilter nail shapes and/or uneven polish finishes. though, to be fair, their polish finishes have been consistently better than other pricier salons that look more professional. quite a few bottles of their polish selection can pass for finely aged wine, so bring your own to be safe. their spa pedicare is just soaking your feet in a tub -- there aren't spa chairs here. but again, way cheaper than the average spa pedi. SUM: if i'm able to make it here early on a non-busy week day, i end up with a decent mani/pedi. never as perfect as i want it but better than most and for a reasonable price. read more

Their nail polish selection could use a huuuuge makeover-it's a random collection of cheap brands, and I've seen some bottles that are so old the liquid inside is separating! They always know when to carry a conversation or when to leave you alone. Happy Nails down the street on Garfield has massage chairs and better nail polish (I think they use Essie but can't quite remember), but they can't match the quality of the pedicures I've gotten at Judy's Nails. They take their time, it always looks great, and another important factor, they last a long time! My pedicures usually last-no chips!-until the new nail growth starts showing at the base of the nail...about 2 weeks. I've been to Happy Nails a few times and after less than a week my pedicure needs some refreshing. The salon is popular but I've never had to wait too long. I usually don't have to wait at all. (I rarely get manicures so I'm focusing on the pedicures here. But I've gotten a mani here once and the mani was great too.) Like the other reviews say, their tools (file, buffer, foot scrubber) are brand new each time-they open a new disposable package in front of you. As far as these ladies being rude, that is utterly untrue! They couldn't be friendlier! If it's busy, you might wait a while because only two ladies are working. I usually go to this place in Diamond Bar, but it was the day of my cousin's wedding and I had not planned on getting my nails done, and at last minute, I wanted my nails to match my dress. First of all, the workers constantly talk about what's lawful and what's against the law. Then they boast about how their place is so clean...when really, it's not. They use new supplies for everyone, but everything is lower quality. I went yesterday and the tips of my full set are coming off on two nails already. I will definitely never come back again! I went to this nail salon really hoping it work for me since i live pretty close by. I must say the customer service was pretty good and I went on a non busy day so I was helped right away. However this is when it all went wrong; I had an eyebrow wax and not only was the wax they used way too hot for my skin, they don't even bother to give you a mirror to see how your eyebrows turned out. Needless to say my eyebrows were done horribly bad, one was thicker than the other and a different shape! This is really not the worst part, the worst part was at night when i saw my face i still had redness and i found a burn right on my eyelid!!! Then Once the lady was done with my eyebrows she began on my nails, The service she provided was so quick that you don't even feel like you are getting a mani. No hand massage, no detailed cuticle cuttings and the worst part, no fixing the nails that had nail polish on the actual finger! The job that this lady did was not only something i could have done myself, its something that my 5 year old niece could do!!! I had to come home and try to fix them myself and honestly they still look horrible. For both the eyebrow waxing and the mani the lady took a total of 30 minutes. If you ask me that is not enough time to do not even a decent job. I really did want this place to work out but after a horrible experience I will never go back to this place. I liked this nail shop, I had been to 4 places in the mid-afternoon in 90 degree weather; and THIS nail shop in Alhambra was the ONLY one that had the A.C. on. The Manicurist I got was very nice & personable and has a lot of experience; she is great with the cuticle cutters. I like that their open on Mondays, unlike other Nail shops in the area. read more

I found this place here on yelp thanks to Ericka S. who gave them a great review. I would say that overall my experience was good enough to go back, but not glowing. Here are the good things: no waiting, they were on time and attentive. Oprah was on, relaxing atmosphere. clean and new tools with every customer and that is so important to me. My nails and toes look flawless. Some things that could use some work: The polish selection is unprofessional and not diverse (there were a lot of similar and random colors that are no name-even saw a wet and wild in the bunch....i like the polish at a salon to be professional quality.) Also, on the pedicure, I felt that she could have done a better job with smoothing my rough spots and the massage was very weak and done half heartedly. I will seek out a place with he same quality of service and cleanliness but with nicer polish and a great massage is important to me. But hey, for 20 bucks, I shouldn't ocmplain. read more
