I finally got a text about 5pm "my pets were ready". When I got there only one got a haircut and the lady was somewhat rude saying "my dog was aggressive". Something about the way she spoke to me and walked away, I mean maybe she was having a bad day, but why do that. They only managed to give him a bath. And really not sure what happened, but I really didn't need the attitude, plus they charged me $166.00 in the end. When I first called they told me two haircuts and nails for (2) dogs would be $175.00 (I thought it was pricey) but they really needed haircuts so I was grateful that I got the appointment. But the experience I received today, I'm never taking them there again. Honestly I feel like I got robbed and my dog Chase still needs a haircut, Wag Your Tail in Lakewood here we come. I usually take my dogs there but like I said "they needed haircuts bad and this place was close by NEVER AGAIN. Nik, I rec'd a text after the fact. I called at 4pm because I was worried, the person on the phone said "everything was fine" and the reason for the delay "a groomer had went home". I get a text at 5pm they are ready. When I arrived your groomer came to me irritable. She looked like she was having a bad day. Chase only rec'd a bath, he looked untouched, no attempt of cutting his hair. And the part that blows my mind is, I still get charged as if I got full service. She was going to charge me $175 STILL, until I started saying "he did not get a cut" and they only took $10 dollars off. Unbelievable. I wanted this to work. I was excited to see my dogs groomed. I also want to mention that I gave both my dogs melatonin before I took them. Why did I get charged so much? What would you do or say if this happened to you?

The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! This daycare really impressed me with how professional and well-managed it is. They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

My dog is so scared of the groomers every single time and they've helped me each time and I appreciate it so much. Always friendly and they fit me in last minute. GROOMING 5/5: Oakley is always clean and they actually file his nails down really well. Other places I feel like are so lazy and just clip them and they're always so rough and hurt when he's done with the grooming. OVERALL 5/5. Adorable. Consistent. Friendly. Amazing job! I took my dog in for his full grooming appointment. At my arrival I was greeted with a "I would have wanted him brought in earlier", sorry but it was the time I was offered KNOWING I have a doodle. The guy asked me what I wanted done, I explained "a small trim almost nothing since it wasn't long, and a face clean up". I got a call later that afternoon to pick up. When I arrived I was SHOCKED to see they had completely shaved my dog and his face was practically the same as when I dropped him off. They left dry poop on his butt, his ears were all tangled as if they attempted to brush but couldn't finish the job, his tail wasn't trimmed or brushed, and they claimed that he had 4 fleas! Mind you, I never got a phone call to explain the need for a shave, no phone call about the "fleas" found and no heads up on the price change. NOTHING, until I was surprised with how he looked, the charge for the service provided was a joke. Upon getting home I checked his skin for signs of fleas, I didn't trust their word since he's been on monthly flea medication since he was 4 months old (now 13months) and i discovered no signs of fleas or redness on his skin. I will never step foot in that place again with my fur baby. I will no longer recommend it, do yourself a favor and take your precious fur babies somewhere else!

She and Maritza actually have several clients in common through referrals. I've been sending Waffles for daycare at least twice a week for a year to Maritza and sometimes overnights and holidays if I'm leaving town. She is an amazing sitter- not just at being flexible with scheduling and communicative with pictures, videos and updates but goes above and beyond accommodating last-minute emergency situations and is so conscientious and aware of where every dog is at all times. All the dogs play well with each other and even have regular naptimes. She updates me on any possible behavioral/physical changes she notices and makes sure my pup is always safe and happy while staying with her. I have to book at least a month or two before the holidays come around because everyone is fighting for a slot to get their dog in with her. On a more personal note my Biscuit boy got run over in a hit and run two months after he first started going to her and I'll always be grateful to Maritza for making his last few months so joyful. He loved going to her place and she was one of the first people I called that day to come say goodbye to him. She even gifted a sweet memorial picture of him because she knew how hard it was for me to have such an unexpected sudden loss. I got Waffles the next month and Maritza has been a lifesaver in helping with her training. She really understands dogs and is a one in a million find since she does it full-time. Socialization and structure is SO important with puppies and I couldn't ask for a better more patient person to care for her through her puppyhood and now adolescent years. It was a happy accident that I found her but now I can't imagine sending my dog to anyone else. I have backups of course, but Waffs is the most tired and happy after a day at Maritza's! Highly recommend~
