The dresses are stunning but beyond that it was the help of Melissa and April that made my entire experience not only seamless but very enjoyable. Melissa helped me find the right dress for me. Made me feel like a true princess but in the most genuine way (I can't tell you how many fake interactions I had prior with other shops). Melissa went above and beyond to answer my questions, send me pictures of items I requested so that I could match accessories and kept me in the loop for tracking of the dress from Spain. Then I had the pleasure of meeting April to complete my alterations. She is a master at what she does and put my mind at ease in altering my dress. I'm one of those "need to know what the two options would feel like" (cups sewn in). April didn't pause for a second but simply said "I can take those ones out and put in the others and you let me know what feels best". Archive bridal is where dreams and manifestations come true! I scheduled my appointment and Kamaria was so sweet and called me the day before to get a sense of what I was looking for in a dress. She then told me she has the dress here and asked if I could stop in. Unfortunately I couldn't and they were supposed to ship it out the end of the day back to the designer. Kamaria kept telling me this is your dress and you'll be saying yes tomorrow!! And proceeds to tell me she'll contact the designer and see if they can keep it for one more day. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just had to find it. After scouring every website imaginable, I found the dress I wanted-with a few minor changes. I tried to call the dress maker and change the things I didn't like, but they wouldn't make a dress with the changes I was requesting. After more internet searching, I found a website for a woman who makes wedding dresses. I called her, and the rest is wonderful history. I met with Rose and showed her the dress I wanted, and explained to her what I wanted changed. Without hesitation, she said she could do it. She went over every detail to make sure she was 100% sure that we were on the same page, and she even made suggestions to make it better; afterwards I was able to choose the exact material and lace that I wanted. Over the next 8 months I went in for multiple fittings, to make sure it would fit perfectly, and finally received my dress a few weeks before my wedding. My wedding dress was incredibly beautiful and fit me like a glove. Rose was able to replicate the exact dress I wanted, and make it spectacular! Although I had ordered my dress to my measurements, it still needed some tweaking. The waistline say too low for my natural waist. Jean redid it and you would never know it was redone!
