And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

Iron Caz owner, Daniel, is a professional welder - he used to do welding on skyscrapers in San Francisco. Daniel can custom make just about anything out of metal! Iron Caz has almost completed a massive iron fencing, pillar, concrete slab, and gate project - in our yard and our neighbors yard. In the neighbors yard, they had to take down about 450 feet of a 3 foot high brick wall. They put in 8 cinder block/brick 7 foot pillars, added 600-700 feet of commercial grade iron fencing, four large concrete slabs reinforced with rebar, and a bunch of commercial grade LiftMaster automatic openers and iron gates. This project is massive and the quality of workmanship is superior. They have done a terrific job. IMPORTANT: We got several quotes and Iron Caz Fence and Gate Company was the most competitive quote out of all of them. If you want great value choose IRON CAZ FENCING AND GATES. The steps in front of the house needed to be replaced. A number of contractors asked me to take…read morepictures of the steps with my smartphone and text it to them. It would be very difficult to give an accurate estimate that way because there's a lot of dry rot underneath the steps which needed to be inspected in-person. R&B Framing was the only company which showed up to take a look at the steps. Two days later, Jose Cedillo emailed me an estimate and thoroughly answered my questions. His company uses Redwood or cedar wood for Victorian homes, though cedar does cost extra. We were surprised by how fast his crew finished the job. They showed up on April 9th, early in the morning and worked until the evening. They arrived the next day to finish the rest of the steps and the banisters. He also painted the banisters according to the original white creme color. If it's a legacy house, they'll stick to the originality of the Victorian architecture. (Per building code regulations, when a house is considered a legacy house the paint must be the original--or close to the original color--of when the house was first built.)

I had found it after my husband had left so he would have to drive all the way back home and all the way back out there and then home again. The board was $5.50 so nothing to break the bank but their customer service was bad AND they sold me a piece of crap. Soooo disappointing. I needed some help fixing a few things in my trailer that I didn't have the time to deal with…read more Roman took care of fixing some leaking PEX fittings under the kitchen sink, adding silicone to the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, as well as fixing many of the cabinets in the trailer that had the glass fall out of them (the hot glue used at the factory degrades quickly and the glass just falls out!). There was a lot of water damage to the base of the island from the leaking PEX fittings, and I hired Roman to replace it, but instead of charging me for the bigger job he told me that it would be a lot easier to just cover the water damage with additional boards since finding the matching color would be really difficult. It looks just as good, and it saved me some money. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future needs.
