Everyone from the TMC crew was great to work with, we had a rather large project and we did not mind seeing the TMC crew every morning bright and early! From the very start, their team was professional. The sales process was transparent, insightful, and educational as we had to discuss what our vision was for our home while the TMC team helped us put a plan together to make it happen. As for the work and team, every member was meticulous with every detail of our project (siding, windows, and covered wrap around porch), and really took pride in their work. Special shout out to Joe and his crew who bring years of experience to the job site, Scott who helped us with estimates and working through pivots in the plan, the wonderful office staff who helped keep the project moving forward, and even the owners who came out and checked in to make sure we were happy with everything! TMC is and will be our contractor of choice for future projects.

Levi was one of the few to call me back, come out for the quote when he said he would and provided additional detail when the insurance adjusters asked. And the work they did was amazing. I also hired Levi and crew to paint the whole exterior and will have him replace ducting under the house, soaked by the water run off and some other concrete work I need done. I can't say enough about Levi, his crew and the quality of their work.

My husband and I hired American Eagle Painting for an exterior deck framing project. We loved Steve…read moreand after interviewing several painters, we decided on him as he was so personable and knew his craft: his 2 helpers, however, were a disappointment. One of them lied to me about something he had done, even though the helpers were told by us and by Steve to not do. They delayed the job by 1 -2 days as they didn't listen to Steve's instructions, and they left parts of the deck framing unfinished. We paid a fair price for the job, but unfortunately, we had to have them come back and ultimately my husband finished doing the touch up work. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I believe it's important to comment on the not-so-good work as well as the good work performed by companies. Because it isn't the front man that oftentimes does the work, it's the people who are hired by the front man who do the job and you don't always know who that is. If it was just Steve, I'd hire him in an instant.

They have been one of the best contractors we have worked with on large projects. We just wrapped up two projects with them, two custom trellises, (2000 square feet) one in front of our house and a huge one by the pool. They turned out better than we imagined. From the start, they were super easy to work with. They didn't just do what we asked, they brought ideas to the table that actually improved our original plans. It was clear they cared about the design and making sure it fit our space perfectly. The whole team worked hard, and it shows. The finished product completely transformed the area, everything looks clean, solid, and well thought out. A few days before the appointment, Kyle, the technician, called to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the process and arrived on time for the inspection. Kyle thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof and then walked me through his findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. He showed me the photos he had taken and explained what he was seeing. He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. I really appreciated the professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and transparency. I would highly recommend Straight Line Roofing, and especially Kyle, to anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

They set clear expectations from the start and communicated well throughout the entire project. They worked hard and were completely responsible and accountable. At one point they accidentally broke a skylight, but instead of cutting corners, they went above and beyond to get it repaired properly and made it right. They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. He respected my budget and kept it at the forefront the whole time, which made me feel truly seen and heard. Anytime I had a question or needed help with financing, he was there for me. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!
