This is a great team that is easy to work with! I highly recommend. My trex deck is beautiful.

The entire experience of having Nick and his crew replace my porch with Class A fire rated decking was excellent! I submitted an inquiry on his website and he responded very quickly, came out the same day to look at the job and sent me the estimate quickly, and was ready to start work very soon after we signed the contract. The project only took about a week for the crew to completely replace the porch decking, stairs and railing, they were punctual, worked hard, and the porch is gorgeous! read more

Nick and his team were prompt, on time and worked hard. The price Nick quoted was what we were charged. We had good communication with Nick and his team and love our new Trex decking. Thank you Cademartori Construction for a great job. read more

What a great experience working with Nick and his crew! I was impressed with the process from beginning to end. My original deck was old, wood and larger than I wanted. Nick helped rework the design and it better suits my needs and budget now. There was some minor dry rot which was quickly repaired and they moved on. I appreciated being informed and asked for my opinions on any issues that arose. Nick was very patient with this woman as I looked at the various color options with the Trex decking and railing but I ended up with an absolutely beautiful deck that adds so much value to my home and pleasure to my morning coffee! Nick was recommended to me by two other family friends who also had Cademartori build decks for them and were also just as pleased as I am. If you're looking for experience, quality workmanship, hard workers and a great crew, this is the one to call. read more

I contracted with Cademartori Construction to replace 2-30 year old decks. I interviewed 7 or 8 others and selected Nick because I felt he was honest and the bid was very fair. I wasn't sure just what I wanted and he was very patient telling me what was available and the pros and cons of each, redwood or composit. I chose Trex and I'm so happy with it. He did such a professional job and the clean-up was perfect. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone that has seen the new decks are totally impressed, as am I. To say I'm very happy would be an understatement. Thanks very much Nick. Betty K. read more

Nick and Gary are a great team - very professional, very efficient. Starting with initial communication - my preferred method of communication is email - Nick was very clear and concise in his communications. He replied quickly to our many questions and really helped us hone in on our final choices. As the job progressed, we had some minor dry rot problems reveal themselves as the original decking was removed. As others here have noted, Nick and Gary immediately let us know, suggested a remedy, and got on with the job. As the deck started to take shape, Nick was happy to answer questions and was very tolerant of our curiosity! The final result (Trex Transcend in Spiced Rum with hidden fasteners, Fortress powder coated railing with Trex cocktail rail, pressure treated wood substructure) is all we could have hoped for. We trust Cademartori and would recommend them without reservation. read more

Nick did an amazing job on our deck! Our deck was a bit challenging due to layout and trying to tie into an existing patio and Nick did a great job of coming up with the best sollution to meet our needs. He was always open to listening and to making changes to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted out of our deck. The products that he reccomended are also incredibly high quality. I couldn't be happier with our new deck and with Nick's work. I highly recommend him for your new deck or next construction project! read more

Recently had a deck replaced by Nick and his partner Gary. They worked hard all day for 7 straight days until it was finished. When I asked him to modify the stair design, he willingly did so. They are total professionals in their jobs. They also did some on-the-fly dry rot repair to the house. When all was finished, they cleaned up the yard exceptionally well. I have had many compliments on the deck already. Highly recommend! read more

I can't recommend Nick highly enough. We shopped around for different options for our deck, and received four quotes. Nick's quote was neither the lowest, nor the highest, but we were impressed by his professionalism and his willingness to listen to our needs, and so went with him. At the outset Nick was aware that we were hoping to hold our wedding at our house, and agreed to do all he could to make sure that the work was completed in time... ...as things turned out we had less time to complete the work than we'd hoped for. To make matters worse, we discovered extensive rot under our siding, and a lack of weatherproofing. We decided to replace all of our siding and weatherproof our entire house ...thus massively increasing Nick's workload in what was a fraction of the time! ...it would have been completely understandable if Nick would have been unable to complete the work in time for our wedding ...but he did it! ...he pulled out all the stops, worked longer hours than we could have expected, and did an incredible job. As I said, we can't recommend him highly enough! read more

Nick did an awesome job on our deck! He listened to what we wanted and any concerns we had and it turned out amazing. We are picky and wanted to make sure that everything was right and Nick was very patient with us. Mr. Cademartori was extremely professional from beginning to end. He helped us pick out the exact style of deck we wanted and was beyond helpful making our dream deck come to life. He did exactly what he said he would do in his estimate, and didn't add on any hidden costs/fees in the middle of the process like some contractors can do. We have worked with many contractor over the years and he is by far the best. The hunt is over, we have found a contractor for any project, big or small. read more

Nick repaired our redwood deck this summer- he was clean, careful and professional. We've had a lot of work done on our house lately, and we were definitely most impressed with nick's quality of work. His bid was competitive, and he showed up when he said he would. Highly recommended! read more

It took my wife and I close to a year to decide on the right contractor to completely rebuild our front deck. We met with close to 6 different contractors with two of them never even returning a quote. After meeting with Nick Cadematori we felt very comfortable with his quote and his professionalism. What you see is what you get from Nick. Nick will come over get the details on your project and give you a quote in a timely manner. Nick is also the one who does the work along with his partner. Nick was very efficient professional and showed each day just after 7:00 to start the day. If he noticed any additional work that needed to be done he immediately gave me a call to discuss some options. Our project was not an easy one. We have a wrap around deck that extends from the front of the house all the way around to the left side. Nick gave us a couple of different options to choose from and in the end we went with Trex Transend flooring with Trex Colonial railing. It turned out beautiful. They knocked it out in about a week. Can't say enough about Cadematori Construction. I'm already planning my next project for him. read more
