Thank god for these entrepreneurs of JSX finding a niche market within the regional airline business. They are small, nimble, and address a great need in the travel marketplace. They are not competing with the Big Three airlines that serve a customer that wants to get to secondary regional markets fast and efficiently. Good for them to establish this important and often forgotten client base. United Airlines is smart to partner with them, Mileage Plus Points too. JSX takes the hassle out of travel with friendly associates and an experience of flying "Private". They are expanding their routes and popular destinations are seasonal. I would highly recommend using (and supporting) them. They are the "Little Engine That Could"! Bravo!! read more

Once again that Lady went for a curated flying experience, as we were going to Las Vegas for business and a little pleasure. Well the updates and changes since our last experience was even better! Facilities are upgraded and the staff is really fined tuned, both pleasant and professional. The planes are spotless and the flight staff are true professionals. The ride to and from are like being on a carpet ride. Avoid the hassles and go for a more curated experience - you deserve JSX. read more

Great service, easy access, on time. Way cleaner than Harry Reid. What more could you ask for!

Honestly I feel bad for my boss for booking this flight for us. We've been stuck for 7 hours. The staff is absurdly rude. Commercial is faster. I'd rather go through security. They're actually threatening us right now that we will have to book our own hotels if their jets won't work. This is the Vegas location if anyone at jetsuites reads this. Never flying with them again. Update: we are on a bus home. Jetsuitex wouldn't provide rooms or any kind of accommodation. Kara and Akilah are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very surprised at this experience. read more

JSX - 6 hour delay and counting - Airlines Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've flown JSX dozens of times and have always appreciated the time saving elevated experience. I choose JSX when the locations I'm traveling to are served by the airline. Surprisingly and sadly, today was worst air travel experience of my life. Katie, who reported to be the general manager, though she certainly didn't behave as a GM, and Daniella were rude, curt, unprofessional and unkind...terrible representation of the brand. read more

Amazing service, kind helpful staff, I would highly recommend this airline to anyone traveling between LAS and other nearby cities. I especially would like to give a shout out to the staff member in Las Vegas who was willing to drive me home after I missed my ride. So grateful. They also allow pets too which is highly unusual for flights these days and kind passengers have helped when I needed to bring two pets on the plane at once. read more

JSX has been flying me around the southwestern United States for about three years. I use three cities they fly from/ to:Burbank, Phoenix and Las Vegas. What's so wonderful is you only have to arrive 30 minutes before departure, 2 checked bags are free, complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with free snacks. Every employee from the desk clerks to ground crew to flight attendants are all pleasant and professional. The jets are 30 seat with a 1/2 configuration of 10 rows. read more

I recently booked a trip on JSX. I have flown them multiple times in the past and had no issues until now. They eliminated my return flight from Reno and wanted me to fly back on them a day early. Well, that won't work. They refunded me the money for the return flight. When I contacted customer service they and expressed my concerns, this is the canned response I got. "Thank you for contacting JSX. Unfortunately, we are subject to unexpected maintenance, weather related issues and operational changes the same as any other airline which can cause delays and flight cancellations. Our intention is never to ruin passengers' travel plans, our whole concept is to try and simplify travel arrangements. With operational changes we make every effort to get the changes to our customers as soon as possible allowing time to make travel adjustments, There is no way to anticipate when such changes will be necessary. The best we can do is give as much notice as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact us." I asked what they could do to compensate me for my inconvenience and was told that they don't typically don't do that but were happy to give me $100 credit. That is fine and all but here is what I have an issue with. Others on the same flight, in the same situation received $400 for their inconvenience. My case was escalated to their customer support supervisor "Paul" and I explained again the inconvenience this caused. He also said they don't typically do this and then replaced the $100 credit with the $200 credit and said that would be it. Again, it appears that not all passengers are equal in the eyes of JSX and other passengers' time and inconvenience are worth more than others. That is the "JSX Experience." I will be flying to Reno on them and returning on another airline. This will most likely be the last time I ever use them and can't see myself recommending them to anyone in the future. read more

I have been a loyal customer of JSX from the day I met the CEO at the opening of their John Wayne Airport location, years ago. And today, after seeing how poorly they treat their employees at there Las Vegas terminal, I can no longer support them. I don't know if it's their general management style or a low level manager, but they are always understaffed and seem to lose employees almost as fast as they hire them. When I ask about an employee, they always say they are no longer with us...and that makes me uncomfortable in trusting them. Having employees without depth of experience, especially in an airline business is foolish. Figure it out JSX. read more

As far as airlines go, they are much better than the alternatives. Their terminal is easy to get to and valet parking is a great addition. But... there are no food, snacks or drinks available other than water, coffee and tea. why don't they at least have vending machines? read more

Disappointed. The site showed on time, I check in and they advised me we are 15 minutes late. No announcements or communication. I look at the site again and we are now more than 2 hours late. The "lounge" has coffee and water. Not even a vending machine. I asked for ice and they said they didn't have any, as she stood in front of an ice machine. Went to sanitize my hands, there isn't even a bag in there. I asked to get on the earlier flight since there were seats available and was told no. No soap to wash my hands? I'd rather fly Southwest. First and last time flying with JSX. Flight to Las Vegas was delayed, and now our flight back to Burbank has been delayed as well. Also, there is no air conditioning in what is supposed to be a "luxury" lounge. I can't believe how much I paid for this, and will never do it again. Just like it's name....joyful, simple, experience! From the time it takes to checkin in to boarding it was an easy experience. Literally 2 minutes to checkin and with your ID and checkin your carry on bag since there's no overhead bins. Closest experience to flying private in my opinion! read more

I've flown with JetSuiteX many times and it seems like it's really been going down the drain as far as service goes. On my flight back from the OC today they gave me my brand new RIMOWA suitecase back all scuffed up AND WITH A MASSIVE DENT IN IT. I haven't even had this RIMOWA suitcase for a full week and it's already dented and scuffed by how careless they are with our belongings. You would think we were paying for ATLEAST a SEMI decent level of care! This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. And on top of all that , they didn't even have a working bathroom on the plane!! It was locked with a sign on it labeled "In operable", and they did not make it aware to any of the passengers until several people wanted to get up to use the restroom and then were told they could not. read more

This is an update from my earlier review of JSX from 2 years ago. The Las Vegas terminal renovation is essentially complete at this point. The accommodations there are better than one would find at the gate waiting area of most large airports. Posh and Plush it isn't, there are very limited food and beverage options in the terminal but there is WiFi and restrooms for passengers. You no longer need to sit on the concrete floor in Las Vegas on busy days. Some of my previous issues with JSX stand - namely, be prepared to venture into the Las Vegas Heat/Sun etc., when boarding. If you are mobility challenged, this is Not the airline for you. The planes by and large are narrow and seating is designed for the smaller-than-average sized person. JSX staff is usually friendly and you shouldn't have issues there. There is a rudimentary baggage screening process, but generally no need to remove shoes, belts etc., so if you detest the TSA and it's worth the significant cost difference to avoid that hassle - then you will appreciate JSX. Candidly, JSX is a good alternative from conventional airlines, but I for one, like a bigger seat (even in Economy Plus), the benefits of an airline club lounge and options for food and drink at an airport terminal. So for me (and for my money) it's probably another commercial airline's business or first class - TSA and all. read more

Trying to get details to pick up someone. Ambiguous details. Felt like pickup will be a hassle. So I called the customer service. Sure enough, getting shifty answers with a time of irritation for asking her questions she already knows the customer will not like answers to. So the pickup is apparently valet only. She knows this is an answer people don't like. Her tone said it. Not expecting anything smooth tomorrow. read more

GREAT Airline but parking situation in Vegas is a disaster. They only offer valet, which is fine, but only seem to have room for 10 cars or less. Big problem if you're a Vegas local. Not so bad if you're a tourist but there's a Uber/Lift shortage in Vegas so its a real issue getting to/from JSX. Fix this and i'd give them 5 stars but as it stands now....BAD NEWS!! read more

Always a pleasure to be on their flight on time with great service relaxing lounge and snack on board to boot!

IMPORTANT: Even though the plane leaves from Atlantic Aviation, you have to check in at 105 E Reno Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89119. From there, they will shuttle you to the terminal. The place can be difficult to find (our taxi driver didn't know how to get there and it was dark). It's actually located in the same plaza as an Asian massage place. So give yourself enough plenty of time to locate the facility. --------- We were told to arrive 45 minutes prior to our departure. The check in process was easy. Dropped off our bags, gave the guy at the counter our driver licenses, and he then issued us our boarding passes. The entire thing took less than 5 minutes. The lounge had plenty of chairs. Free WiFi. Chips, fruits, and various drinks (from hot cocoa to fruit infused water) were available. Wall outlets so you can charge your tech gears. Clean restroom facility. A bus was used to transport us to the actual terminal. The ride there was short. (I want to say under 5 minutes.) The bus literally goes onto the tarmac and drop you off right in front of your plane. Once we boarded, we practically had the entire plane to ourselves! There were only 7 passengers on this large charter plane. After we got seated and the flight attendant did her safety announcement, we were off! In fact, we departed earlier than scheduled! The plane itself looked relatively new. The leather chairs looked well taken care of. (It did not look worn down like some JetBlue planes whose seats have seen one too many bottoms.) There was an actual wall outlet so you can charge your electronics during your flight. Free WiFi on the plane. Free booze. Free snacks. Free entertainment available via your mobile device. The flight itself was smooth but a bit loud. I recommend bringing some noise cancelling headphones for your flight. JetSuiteX is the way to go! You don't have to arrive at the airport 90 min early for a 45 min flight. No TSA line. And you sure as heck don't have to wait on that guy with a pocket full of coins and keys in front of you who thinks he can walk through the metal detector without setting it off. Definitely wouldn't mind flying with them again! read more

After nearly a decade of monthly air travel, this has been by far the easiest and most convenient flight I have ever had. I love flying this airlines. No stress dealing with the big airports. Very friendly staff. Comfortable seats on the plane!

JetSuiteX is a godsend - a really easy, quick, friendly and accommodating way to get around some of the Western areas. So how does this work? Like any airline, you buy the tickets online through a normal system. The day of, you simply get to the loading area (usually located near a major airport like the Burbank Airport); give them your ID/name and wait in an interesting area whether it's an air conditioned hanger or part of a travel agency with comfy chairs. Bags are easily checked in and you're given some water while you wait. You're given about until usually 30 minutes before the flight takes off. When the time comes, you walk out to your plane, usually not too far off and board. It's a small plane (not super tiny) that fits about 20-30 people if I'm not mistaken? There's even a whole aisle dedicated to single riders which is appreciated. I was afraid with the small airplane size that you'd feel absolutely everything and would make for a bumpy ride. However, after getting past the takeoff and only near the landing, the ride was surprisingly smooth and quick. Even better is the snacks. It's a short trip but you're given free drinks/alcohol included and a small snack. There's effective WiFi and even plugs. Service was super friendly and otherwise, everything was super smooth. My only thing I would like to bring up is security. Don't get me wrong - I'd hate to wait in a line for hours like in a standard airport but there was little I noticed in terms of checking for anything on people (or their bags as well I'm assuming)? The JetSuiteX site lists that it is up to the discretion of staff and that they do check so of course, I give them the benefit of the doubt - but it's admittedly something that crept into my thoughts. I only hope (knock on wood) that the prices stay where they are at now, the service/speed are just as good and the service stays around. Good stuff to JetSuiteX. read more

Swanky, chic + swagger infused lounge that feels fresh out of Hollywood. High backed velvet lounge chairs, blazing fast wi-fi, and a personal and simplified check in process without having to show up hours earlier just because you decided NEVER to drive across the desert again... and that's when you wake up and realize that you're just hanging out at the JSX lounge instead of fighting the funk at the main McCarran terminal. And you're still nodding your head to the smooth deep house beats at the ideal level that everyone just seems at peace. No crazy taxis honking at you, no more searching for your terminal in a lost muck of street signs, and flashy lights. This isn't your usual jet experience and it's you're still on the ground. You walk right out to the tarmac, and board an interesting Embraer with 2 seats on one side, and only one adjacent. This is the only thing that may seem a little different other than completely blowing the roof off how you used to travel to Vegas... it's soon a distant memory. Free drinks all flight, warm + compassionate attendants from check in to landing, meanwhile shaving a boat load of time off. And the pricing because it's "semi" private and sharing it with a handful of other smart people - is very comparable to what you'd pay the big guys for an extremely lesser experience. JSX is the hit and my go to for the western cities they service. Thanks guys. read more

Being that I got a 24 hour transit ticket the afternoon before. I realized I might as well take the bus to the JetSuiteX "terminal" rather than pay more money on an Uber/Lyft. From the Bellagio, I got on the Duece Southbound Bus and got off at Excalibur. Then, I had to walk about 3 blocks on E. Reno. The entire trip took about 30 minutes. You just have to wear your walking shoes. Everything was a great experience! I was greet by friendly flight personnel to check me in. The waiting room was large. The only downside was that they were limited in beverages to just coffee, cold water, and hot teas. They did have plenty of snacks and even freshly made donut. Once they were ready for our flight, we boarded a luxury charter bus. And they drove us to the JetSuiteX tarmac. The bus pulls up right next to the plane and then you glide up the walkway to the plane. Take off was smooth. It was a quick 1.5 hour trip. And then I was home. I don't mind flying with JetSuiteX. My round trip was roughly the same amount as any other airline. Especially since I was looking for tickets at the last minute for a spur of the moment getaway. But, I would pay an extra $30 just to show up 30 minutes prior to my flight for check in, being treated like VIP, and not have the anxieties of being in a packed airport terminal. read more

This has now spoiled me rotten for all air travel going forward. I can't bare the thought of getting in the TSA security line when I can walk up to a counter less than 30 min before take off and checkin and then chill in a lounge less than 50 feet from the jet that I'm going to board. Both ways I had a celebrity sighting on the flight. The seats are roomier but really what you are paying for is really the convenience of not going through security, the traffic at lax, and very little chance of a screaming baby. read more

Service is terrible. A step up from commercial but that's it. The pick up and drop off at the Vegas location is an absolute shit show.

Extremely rude customer service ladies at the Las Vegas location- I was very surprised- the way they talk to not just us but other passengers- given that this is supposed to be a smooth experience I think some customer service training about not only the way they announce it is time to board but also the way they talk to passengers will help keep customers coming back - not sure I will travel on this airline again read more

The last three of four round trip flights were terrible. The latest, today was a cancellation 30 minutes before the flight 1:45 from Las Vegas to Scottsdale on 6/24/24) with no options for the remainder of the day. The prior flight (last summer same flight was 4 1/2 hours late getting into Phoenix but no luggage was put on the plane in Las Vegas.
