I…read morehave worked with numerous Virtuoso Agencies and have always been impressed with their excellent customer service. Not so with Destination Travel. I spoke with Paige about a cruise. I provided her with all the information she needed. She was leaving for vacation and said she would get back to me upon her return. That was months ago. Never got back to me at all. This was the identical experience I had with her several years previously. If nothing else, she's consistent! Simply awful customer service! Destination Travel is the worst! In my experience they don't qualify to be a Virtuoso Travel Agency!!

She always made herself available to answer any questions and make the trip smooth and memorable. Another nice touch, she had a letter waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel, wishing us a nice trip. We encountered problems with the transportation agency on the return flight and sent Wanda an e-mail. She immediately jumped into action and stayed on the issue until it was resolved. We have now booked our second trip through her and, as before, she is thorough and she works hard to make the arrangements and get the best deal possible I know with her on our team, we'll have another great trip. They provided insight on the different river cruise lines and made recommendations based on what would be the best fit for my wife and me. Kathy explain what to expect on a luxury river cruise. The food & wine, daily tours and evening entertainment met our expectations. Kathy's overall knowledge of Europe was also very impressive and helped us in choosing our itinerary. One of our favorite excursions was a day spent in Bruges. We also enjoyed biking from Amsterdam. We had transfer to/from the airport. All we had to worry about was making it to the airport. I made a reservation online the day of, then headed to the location. It was a simple and easy check in process. The staff was nice and helpful. They allowed me to use my luggage tags to confirm my itinerary, which was great because I don't ever use paper boarding passes anymore. Totally saved me the headache and hassle of having to lug my bags around before check in at my AirBNB. Absolutely recommend this service.
