Upgraded chairs. April 2026
Rachel S.

I've flown with JSX umpteen times as Vegas is my home airport. JSX is what I wish flying was at main airports - quick check-in, no people's first day on Earth, not having to arrive 3+ hours early for security theater, no rat race. If JSX flies there from Vegas, I'm almost always taking JSX instead of a larger airline. If they add Chicago and NYC to a Vegas route I'd be in heaven. The Vegas lounge is better than all the various JSX ones I've visited in California and Texas. It seems like they're constantly upgrading the seating, decor and complimentary snack choices. Is it Centurion lounge level food or drinks? No, but you're also not needing to sit there for hours before take off. Luggage pickup is a breeze. Staff has always been courteous. Security is quick and efficient. I LOVE flying JSX. Latest visit: April 2026

JSX is a no hassle experience. Super easy to get to their hanger, they have valet, and the check-in takes about 5 minutes. Super nice employees work both at the terminal and plane. No frills service at the terminal, free coffee, water and light snacks while you can also enjoy free soft drinks including alcohol while on your flight. Easy process and we showed up 15 minutes before we boarded. A lot better than 2 hours before. .

I'm always happy to fly to Vegas on JSX and enjoy the ride. The flight attendant is super phenomenal and I wish I remembered her name. She's so bubbly and effervescent just like the Prosecco I was sipping! It's a semi private airline and not that expensive and you can relax and enjoy the flight with complimentary Wi-Fi thanks to Starlink. Amazing experience!!

I've been flying JSX for a number of years, ever since their fledgling days as a unique semi-private airline. I've only flown their Burbank-Las Vegas route, a very popular one. Yelp also has a JSX Burbank site, so I have a review there for the Burbank terminal/hangar as well as the airline itself. I'll just post about the Las Vegas terminal/hangar here. We all know JSX flies out of their own terminal/hangar, thus avoiding TSA. They recommend you arrive 20-30 minutes before your departure time. I personally wouldn't cut it that close in Vegas. JSX has grown quickly over the years, increasing their number of flights as well as destinations. Las Vegas is clearly one of their most popular destinations, perhaps even a "hub". This was evidenced at my most recent visit. Flights were departing every half hour to various locales. The lounge/waiting area was quite crowded, even though I noticed it has been refreshed with increased seating since my last visit. This was the first time I saw a sizable line for check-in. causing agents to call first for passengers booked on the next flight to board. Boarding begins 15 minutes before flight departure. The boarding lane was reconfigured to be a greater length than in the past. This was also the first time I noticed several dogs flying. JSX clearly does not require pets to be service or emotional-support animals. There is a new (since I was last here 8 months ago) outdoor pet relief/ waiting area with faux grass and poop bags. There was one large (quiet and cooperative) dog on my flight; the seat next to his human was empty, so he had enough floor space. I don't know if JSX requires purchasing a seat for larger pets. The waiting area has complimentary snacks and beverages (coffees, tea, flavoured water), plus vending machines with more variety to eat/drink. The road into the terminal has become more restricted and congested, what with people trying to valet park, rideshare pick-up/drop-off, and rental car pick-up/drop-off. The main niggle with JSX has been its men's room. There's only one stall and almost always a line. Plus one sink didn't work. The hangar has been remodeled at least once; I think the old restroom (as well as the one in the temporary terminal shared with a helicopter company used during the remodel) had more than one stall. Note that when you arrive in Vegas, you are asked to remain seated until they unload the luggage, which you collect plane-side and shlep into the terminal yourself. At Burbank, the luggage is brought into the terminal. Despite its growing pains and increasing costs, JSX remains an easier and more enjoyable way to fly, at least from Burbank to/from Las Vegas.

Vegas to LA flight - this one is bigger and better looking than their facility in LA and much busier as well but the staffs are very friendly & helpful as always! Boarding into the flight was a breeze and the journey back to LA was as smooth as it can be with in-flight snacks & drinks! Only thing I'd like to bring to their attention is this facility only has 1 small men's restroom with an average over 100 passengers there every day.

It was good. I think they could improve on a few things but overall they do a pretty good job. Our flight from LAS-RNO was delayed but it was due to the previoius flight being delayed so, I get it. It happens. It's vey nice to avoid long lines, at TSA and have a quiet, enjoyable wait in their lounge like waiting area. There are snacks and drinks that are complimentary and they have some higher end options in a vending machine. The best thing about flying JSX is that you can go thru their own personal security line, then, after a short walk through the hangar and outside to the aircraft, walk up the steps and into the aircraft for your flight. Free drinks and snacks on the plane top off the experience

private jsx terminal which can get busy during peak hours. although the jsx wants you there 20 mins before boarding, the waiting area can get saturated with people waiting longer for flights. get here with enough time to pad. this hangar is not air conditioned which is something to keep in mind for the summer. jsx staff is great and efficient with processing all before boarding!

Here was Michael the "supervisor" sending me an email today and my follow up after: this guy try's to protect the staff even though they were the reason for the mistake. Dear Mr. Drenk, On August 23, 2025, at Las Vegas for Flight XE 302 to Orange County, you were unable to board after it was determined you did not present the required Real ID or acceptable government-issued identification. The federal Real ID requirement took effect on May 7, 2025, and is outlined in our Contract of Carriage, on our website, and during the check-in process. Your flight has been fully refunded. We also want to acknowledge that the interaction became tense. While we understand travel interruptions can be frustrating, we kindly ask that all communication with our crewmembers remain respectful. Attempting to photograph staff credentials and raising your voice created an uncomfortable situation for our team, and we must stress that this type of conduct cannot continue. This message will serve as a formal warning. Future incidents of this nature may result in denial of travel on JSX. We value your business and hope to welcome you on board again under better circumstances. Michael Customer Support JSX My response: Michael - how about you take ownership of your horrible customer service. Your team members checked myself and my spouse Delaney De La Torre in with our ID's! The flight was delayed and we sat there until boarding at which point (45 min later due to the delays) we were instructed last min that the ID your staff checked us in with was not sufficient. They took our luggage and gave us boarding passes with the very same ID we were denied boarding with. Later that same day my friends 17 year old son was allowed boarding on your 1:00 flight with NO ID what so ever. I'd love to know how that makes any sense. He was an unsupervised minor with no ID yet Delaney had her CA DMV drivers license and her CA DMV mobile app as well as a photo of her Passport. Your staff was rude, condescending and laughing which escalated the situation. I feel your email is a lack of responsibility on your part and now I see why your staff acts the way they do. His response once again taking ZERO ownership of wasting our time after checking us in (with the non real ID) and making us wait 45 min to only deny us at boarding after a 45 min delay: Dear Robert, We understand your frustration with how the situation unfolded. To clarify, we must comply with TSA and FAA regulations, which since May 7, 2025 require all adult customers to present a Real ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative (such as a passport) in order to travel. Verification occurs at both check-in and boarding, and without compliant ID we are unable to permit travel. Per federal law, customers under 18 are not required to present identification when traveling. In addition, we remind our customers of this requirement in confirmation emails, and it is also stated on our website. Your concerns regarding staff demeanor have been noted. We will be conducting internal training with our crewmembers to ensure that communication around ID requirements is handled as clearly and professionally as possible. Michael Customer Support JSX

We flew out of OC to Vegas and now we're on our way back home. The Vegas JSX is far superior to OC. From our drop off to our boarding, staff and service were phenomenal: the kind man who was handling our bags for us from uber drop off directly to check in (he didn't let us lift a finger), the lovely woman that checked us in, who was so sweet and helped us get on an earlier flight out. The ladies who scanned our tickets, also very polite and friendly. Literally, everyone had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make things easy for us. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. Regarding the facility, it is spacious, clean and well maintained. It's a significantly larger space than the OC waiting room and the seating is much more plentiful, comfortable and new. The aircraft on this leg was also newer, which was nice. We look forward to booking with JSX for our future flights! Hoping they expand their service areas.

My first time flying JSX from Las Vegas to Orange County. When our original Southwest flight delay kept getting longer, we started looking at other airlines to get us to our destination for a time-sensitive event. My husband brought up JSX and we were able to get a flight time that matched what we needed. We got to the terminal (which is located across the street from the Mandalay Bay) about 30 minutes before our flight time. Check in process was easy. Bags are manually scanned with some little device and passing through metal detectors. I wish it was a bit safer than that to be honest! Boarding was quick and easy. I was surprised by how nice and comfortable the entire trip was. Drinks orders are taken before the plane takes off. Of course I was going to order a mimosa! High quality selection of snacks as well. Once we land, your luggage is taken off the plane first. As you de-board the plane, you can quickly grab your luggage and go. Overall, I was impressed with JSX and definitely plan on flying them again in the future!

First time flying and the process was excellent! Plan to arrive 20 min for the flight and check in at the counter where they hand you a receipt/ticket which is your boarding pass. There are non alcoholic drinks, snacks while you wait to board, once you board there are a variety of alcoholic/non alcoholic drink options. The flight was smooth, the service was friendly and would definitely recommend, my round trip flight from Las Vegas to Orange County was $580 but when you use a referral code RJ7Z78, you get $100 off

Are there rental cars available?

So technically yes. They partner with Go Rentals, but from reading the reviews, they seem to stick you with mileage fees that may or may not be hidden. So we've always got a ride share to enterprise or Hertz.

Are their taxis/ubers/Lyfts waiting when you arrive? I prefer a taxi to take me to my hotel.

It is better to call when you are ready as there are many plenty of taxis, ubers and Lyfts dropping customers off. The wait time is less than 10 minutes if not shorter.

Is there any food service at the Las Vegas terminal?

Is there air conditioning in the Vegas JSX terminal? Will be traveling with baby and dog

Yes it is air conditioned with plenty of seating & you will be out of your car and into the facility in less than 30 seconds Then be at your waiting area… Read more

Hey y'all! I had a…read morevoucher of $160 I used and paid an additional $145 for the current flight I'm on. I've taken spirit a handful of times, never had a big issue. If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! Anyways once we're in the air, it's overrrrrrr, we're almost there! NOW, what I think airlines should improve, is the way we all exit the airplane. They don't give instructions. We all just get up and leave but orchestrating that at times can be messy. Passengers get so mad if you try to get off the plane before them! Like, I mean, not everyone has a carry on, so we can just walk past the ppl who need extra time to gather their bags! I wish they had 2 exits or 3 exits! That's the next level of airplane experiences, I think they need to build airplanes with a nice exit system. WWW.SPIRITWIFI.COM (A way to see the flight coverage while on the flight)

STOP DO NOT BOOK I…read moredo not recommend using Spirit airlines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are cheaper for a reason. I booked Ticket 2 days ago for a future trip. I had to cancel my trip but asked for a credit to use for a future flight. They do not honor credits or full refunds on tickets less than 250. I was charged 100% for my cancellation meaning all my money I paid 2 days ago was taken with no consideration or courtesy's of a credit for future flights to keep us as a customer. I escalated the call to a supervisor only to be told I would have needed to call with 24 hours from my original booking to be given any consideration. Supervisor Judy 361534 employee number. Explained our daughter college athlete was going to surgery and we needed to cancel as we need to go sooner. They have medical exceptions but you must provide documents and if they approve only then would you receive a credit. In my spare time recovering our daughter will we play this game. Btw the airline has 18 days before our flight was booked plenty of time to just issue credit to be used in the future. We were told no. This is not customer service this is robbery. Needless to say my family will no longer fly this airline which we had used in the past. We fly 5 adults each month often.

B9AFK2…read more That was my flight today. They are very nice on Southwest. Also the seats feel good. They are kind of soft for a discounted airline. They are larger than Allegiant and other airlines. I was all the way in the back, and I didn't feel squished in like I do with other airlines. Airline was clean. They didn't talk excessively overhead, like a lot of airlines like to do. I just love the vibe of Southwest. Stay the course!

Airlines · WN425, WN982…read more I've flown Southwest for years and have never felt as embarrassed or dismissed as I did on this flight. After landing in Las Vegas, I was one of the last passengers remaining onboard for my connecting flight. I had slept through most of the flight and woke up feeling unwell. When I asked for a Coke, I specifically explained that my blood sugar was low and that I wasn't feeling well. My concern is not that I was told no initially--it's that after explaining my situation, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. What stood out was that another flight attendant later helped me without hesitation or making me feel like a burden. That interaction showed me that professionalism and kindness were absolutely possible in the exact same situation. The most disappointing part was watching an elderly passenger be spoken to with the same dismissive attitude over a boarding pass issue. Rules are rules, but there is never a reason to speak to people disrespectfully. I come from the South, where we're taught to treat our elders with patience and courtesy, and that interaction genuinely bothered me. I understand flight attendants are there for safety first, not comfort. However, this is still a customer-facing profession. Passengers are the reason airlines exist, and basic courtesy should be part of every interaction. The pilot and another flight attendant handled the situation professionally, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, one employee's attitude overshadowed the entire experience. To be clear, I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking for a Coke after informing a crew member that my blood sugar was low and that I wasn't feeling well. There is a difference between enforcing policy and disregarding a passenger who has communicated a medical concern. I hope Southwest addresses this issue. Safety and professionalism are important, but neither requires rudeness. I would also like to sincerely thank the pilot and the other flight attendant who made sure I got home safely. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and they represented Southwest well. As for the two employees whose behavior prompted this complaint, I hope they take this as an opportunity to remember that every passenger is a person first. A little kindness can make a huge difference, especially when someone isn't feeling well. And if either of you ever find yourselves in San Diego, feel free to come see me. I do great hair, and I'd be happy to return the kindness that was shown to me by the crew members who actually cared enough to help. And please, let's remember we are the one that make you money not shitty flight attendant. learn to detail about which one is which because everybody on that flight knew who was through, but let's just say the one that had a really cute haircut that was only pretty thing about us and I don't mean that to be ugly. I mean that to be like dude we're dealing with deaths on flames right we're dealing with like really sad stuff on planes and you guys have like seriously since 2020 got so high on the high horse you forgot that some people actually do fall off and there's a long line of waiting people who are a lot more nicer. That is waiting to take your place. I hope you have the day that you deserve into the pilot. God bless you into the connecting sewer. That was there too my gosh, she was such a blessing as well, however, in the end that being Beautiful because I had a beautiful beautiful lunch at the Vegas airport I got a nice little napping and I didn't have to deal with the freaking storm that came in. That's what I said, and God bless you. May I please add Mike the probably the MVP the goat word must travel fast and I guess it's a little bit more darker than them. I mean everybody's got to get to gap right but I can tell this man was looking at me in a concerned way when I say he is a doll and needs a raise. We need more people like him in this industry. Thank you so much, Mike because out of my horrible day you really DID make it better. God bless you and I wish you all the health and wealth. For real

My 10:14pm flight was canceled and rescheduled to 1pm on May 22. The notice said I would miss my connection to Las Vegas. I found out the earliest I could get to Las Vegas would be 8:37am on May 23. This would leave me almost no margin of error should there be any additional delays, so I looked for other flights to Las Vegas from Honolulu. The only one I could find that got me to Las Vegas on Friday was Delta, via Seattle. I booked the flights at a cost of $3,528,80. American would not refund my money; I got a credit for future usage. Gee, thanks American. I went to the Delta Sky Club to relax before my flight to Seattle. This flight was on an Airbus A321Neo, with 2x2 seating in First Class. I had seat 4D (window) and the seat pod is nice but, in their attempt to provide privacy from the passenger in the aisle (C) seat, there is a protruding divider that made it difficult to get in and out of my seat. Legroom was fine and the entertainment screen was large. Luckily, flight DL 440 went off without any problems, and I arrived in Seattle ahead of schedule. When I landed, I noticed that I didn't have a boarding pass for flight DL 2880; the app said to go to the gate for seat assignment. That's when I noticed that I was seated in coach for this flight. What? I killed three hours in the Delta Sky Club in Seattle, pondering what would happen next. I got to the gate and was assigned an aisle seat, row 33, seat C. That's the last row in the plane. What else could happen? I was seated next to two young ladies who had no idea who BTS was and across the aisle was a mother with a baby and a three-year-old child. Luckily, the baby was quiet during the (little over) two-hour flight. The toddler was well behaved, though I did have to pick up toys she kept throwing into the aisle. I ordered a gin & tonic, $11. At least I was in Vegas on Friday, was the worst behind me? On the day of departure, I got to the airport before 9am and spent time relaxing in the American Express Centurion Lounge. I like the AMEX lounge, but I often find it difficult to gain entry without having to wait outside for 20 or more minutes. It's too popular and needs to be expanded. This is true at several airports, not just Las Vegas. The flight to Seattle (DL 2922) was shorter than normal; we ended up sitting on the tarmac for 20 minutes until a gate opened up for us. Fortuitously, we "parked" at gate B2 and my flight to Honolulu was departing from gate B3. However, I had 1.5 hours to kill so I spent it in the Delta Sky Club around the corner. I went to the bar and wanted something more than a call drink, so I asked for a Hendrick gin & tonic. The bartender talked me into a double (better value) and it ended up costing me $18.76. Nothing is free anymore. My flight (DL 419) left on time and arrived in Honolulu early. I don't remember much about the flight as I was asleep during much of it. In summary, I think the domestic airlines should call first class on single aisle aircraft what it is, business class, and re-price accordingly. American and Delta seem to be doing this, with Flagship First on American and Delta One. These offer lie-flat seats on wide body aircraft and come close to international business class. The issue for me is I can fly cheaper in international business class for less than domestic first class and get superior service. Domestic carriers had better step up their game.

First off, they penny pinch you for EVERYTHING!!! They only allow a personal item no bigger than 18" and it must fit in the measure thing they have at the gates prior to boarding the aircraft. However, I was surprised there was leg room at my seat. I fall asleep very easily on flights so I was knocked out as soon as I got comfortable. My short flight from LAS to LAX was scheduled from 7:45a-9:03a. The passengers were inside and the aircraft was ready to go, but somehow we were on the tarmac 45 minutes after our scheduled departure. Oddly enough, we landed about 30 minutes after our scheduled arrival time. Some people on my flight had a connection to HOU and we were asked to stay seated so the passengers can get their flight. I would hate to be them. The staff referred to the passengers as customers and it didn't sound very welcoming. Since the flight is short there is no service. Also, something to consider time-wise while flying Frontier via LAX is that you will have to take ground transportation to get to/from terminal 1 where you will pick up your checked bags.

Had I read those reviews first, I would have saved myself from one of the most frustrating and embarrassing travel experiences I've had in years. I honestly didn't think there could be an airline worse than Southwest Airlines. I thought that was as close to bottom-of-the-barrel as it gets. I was wrong. Frontier somehow manages to go below that. This was my first time flying Frontier, Tampa to Denver, with a return back to Tampa. On the outbound flight, we boarded and then sat on the runway for 45 minutes, immediately putting us behind and causing connection issues for a lot of passengers. Many people missed their flights. Then, after finally taking off, we were told there was a medical emergency. A young man became seriously unwell, and the plane had to turn around and go back to Tampa. That alone pushed us to about an hour and a half late. During all of this, the cabin was freezing, and there was no water, no food, no Wi-Fi, nothing. You're just sitting there, uncomfortable and stuck. But the part that really crossed the line for me was the baggage situation. I specifically purchased the Frontier "Business" bundle because it stated two checked bags at 50 lbs each. Not 40. Fifty pounds each. That was the whole reason I paid for it. At the airport, the check-in clerk made me take 18 pounds out of my bags anyway and kept pushing me to get them closer to 40 lbs each. I'm standing there like... what exactly did I pay for? It made no sense. What that turned into was complete chaos. Nearly three-quarters of my belongings ended up out of my luggage and in my hands. I was walking through the airport carrying a loose, messy pile of clothing, trying to juggle everything while also dealing with a roller bag. I dropped things more than once. There was no way to hold it all together. It was awkward, stressful, and honestly ridiculous. And people noticed. Other travelers were watching me struggle, and you could see the sympathy on their faces. That part really got to me. It was embarrassing. You don't expect to be walking through an airport like that after paying for a bundle that was supposed to make things easier, not harder. That moment changed how I feel about traveling. I ended up getting rid of my roller bags during the trip and switching to duffel bags and a cart just so I never have to deal with something like that again. Travel used to be easy for me. I had a system that worked. Now every time I go near a baggage scale, I'm going to be wondering if I'm about to get thrown into another mess like that. I have a massive issue with how this was handled, and I'm not going to forget this experience anytime soon. At this point, Frontier is my airline of last resort. If no other airline can book my exact itinerary at the exact time I need, then maybe I'll fly Frontier... when hell freezes over. Frontier showed me the worst side of air travel, and I will go out of my way to avoid them going forward.

One reason I selected American Airlines is they were one of the few airlines that offered a nonstop flight from Las Vegas to Philadelphia International Airport making my travel arrangements so much easier. Everything started out perfectly smooth. The check in was easy and very efficient. It was done quickly through TSA Precheck. The lines at the counter were organized, and I did not experience any lengthy lines or issues during the check in process. The boarding experience was just as smooth. The gate agent's announcements were clearly communicated and the boarding process was easy! I didn't bring a carry on since I had checked my bag. I was going to be in Philly for 4 days. As a bonus the flight left on time and arrived 30 minutes early! When you are flying across the country arriving on time is a definite plus, but even better when it's early! It was a convenient one stop flight from Las Vegas to Philadelphia, combined with a very easy check in process and the flight was fantastic! The last time I used American Airlines was to Fort Worth Texas and then to Huntsville Alabama!

I booked first class tickets from Honolulu to Las Vegas on American Airlines because first class…read morewas sold out on Hawaiian, my preferred airline when flying to/from Vegas. Hawaiian offers non-stop service to Vegas; other airlines require a stop, sometimes illogical ones. Why not Southwest or Alaska? I do not like flying on single aisle aircraft, especially the Boeing 737 which is used almost exclusively by those airlines. Thus, my alternatives are American, Delta, and United. Unfortunately, the airlines have replaced wide body aircraft with single aisle variants to service West Coast to Hawaii routes. United still flies a 777 once a day but I couldn't make the itinerary work for a mid-morning arrival in Vegas, so I ended up with American, using Airbus A32x aircraft. The route was sub-optimal, a flight from Honolulu to Phoenix, a long layover, and an 11:49am arrival in Vegas. The return leg routed through Los Angeles. The fare was $2,828.69. I was in my office on the 21st, getting ready to head to the airport when I received a text and an email stating that my 10:14pm flight was postponed due to lack of flight crew and that I would miss my connection (from Phoenix to Las Vegas). The flight was rescheduled to depart at 1pm on the 22nd. If I took that flight, I wouldn't arrive in Las Vegas until Saturday morning, assuming I could get a seat on the first flight to Vegas from Phoenix ... Unacceptable, as I had planned events in Vegas on Friday. So, I scanned the other airlines for tickets to Vegas and purchased tickets on Delta, routing through Seattle, for $3,528.80, then canceled my tickets on American. My new flight left Honolulu at 10:35pm and arrived in Vegas at 2:26pm. Okay, I'd miss two events, but I'd be in Vegas on Friday. More on Delta in a separate write-up. My issue with American is that I didn't receive an apology, just an email stating they were pleased to offer me a credit for the amount I paid, $2,828.69. Nothing else. When Hawaiian delayed a flight by a day, I received a hotel room and a $300 credit. American, is this your idea of customer service? I've flown on American since the late 1970's but haven't recently. Now I remember why.

Oh my Gosh, didn't realize that I hadn't even written a review for this airline…read more This review is for 4.5 stars. Excellent Service. The flight attendants and the entire staff is top-notch. We used this Airline all eleven times. Located at Terminal 3 at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. Hubby and I have been to the islands of Hawaii, Oahu- ten times and Maui- for our honeymoon- once, a total of eleven times. Our son was really small, but he's been to Oahu twice. We went with my mother-in-law and her husband to Oahu once. And we also went with a couple of friends to Oahu once too. The first time, in 2004, we didn't know anything about it, we didn't use the Red Eye, so we missed on almost the entire first day because we arrived at 2 or 3 pm-ish. From the 2nd trip on, we always flew on the Red Eye. Always had a good meal, but it was late. Started using sleep aids so we missed out on those, but I think that rest was more important. Every flight attendant extended the Aloha Spirit to every visitor, they are all smiling, are all very nice, as well as very helpful. I think that one year we got a logo freebie bag, which we still use and have to this day. To date, I believe that these flight attendants have the best demeanor. The luggage policy was one bag checked for free, weight limit of 55 pounds, unless that has changed. But please do check the website. The website is user-friendly. You can book your trip using their site. You can also check your miles. On the Rewards Program, recently, the airline eliminated losing your miles. I currently have enough to book a one way flight for free. This would be the second time, that I earned this as a Rewards member. Hubby became a member after I did, but he lost his miles. Not so good.

You'll take transit over to the D gates from Terminal 3. I typically don't get too many delays with JetBlue, especially flying to New York City. They offer non-stop flights every few hours. I try to book the early flights if I can when going to New York City to avoid any potential delays. Most of my flights arrive early, typically by 20-30 minutes when flying into JFK! The seats are spacious on JetBlue. Each seat comes with a TV that includes free movies, music, and DirectTV. Some planes have charging capabilities too! Throughout my flight to New York City, JFK, the team at JetBlue offers drinks, like soda or water, as well as free in-flight snacks. I always get their pop snacks and pretzels! If you need more legroom, you can upgrade to different seats on JetBlue. When you check-in for your flight, you can change your seat easily through the mobile application if there are open seats available. Now, if only JetBlue offered a non-stop to Orlando Florida from Vegas!
