    I want to give Frontier a good review, but it's rare that this airline is on time! Again today the flight was delayed. I guess you get what you pay for? But this flight from Ontario to Vegas and back was not cheap! Well I just hope we are still flying out of this gate! I'm just glad I don't have a connecting flight!

    Honestly, I know everyone has complaints about this airline but I think it's fine. I always find direct flights. They're cheap. The staff is always been friendly and yes, it sucks that they don't give you anything for free at all, but I don't think people know that they give you at least a couple of water for free.

    "Survived the Budget Airline Gauntlet--And Would Do It Again (Kind Of)" Okay, I get it now-all the memes and horror stories about this airline make sense. We booked the famous $99 special, which, after hidden fees, surprise charges, and what I assume was a convenience tax for breathing air on board, cost about the same as a small used car. Expectations were low. I'm talking "spending the night at a Greyhound station" low. The South Terminal in Austin? Let's just say if airports were siblings, this one would be the forgotten middle child who lives in the garage. It deserves its own Yelp therapy session. But THEN... a miracle. I upgraded to the emergency exit row-extra leg room for a "big-boned, charmingly husky" gentleman like myself-and it was glorious. The armrests actually went up, which made all the difference. Suddenly I wasn't wedged in like a Tetris piece. For that alone, this airline earned a little sliver of my loyalty. Yes, the seats were still uncomfortable (my backside hasn't spoken to me since), and one flight attendant had the kind of attitude that said, "I'd rather be literally anywhere else than serving you pretzels at 30,000 feet," but you know what? The flight was smooth, I got there on time, and my knees weren't crying by the end of it. Bottom line: If you're mentally prepared to fight for every inch of comfort and emotionally ready to be judged by gate agents, it's actually not bad. I'd fly with them again over other budget airlines--at least here, the pain came with extra legroom.

    If you're flying to or from Las Vegas and thinking this airline will save you money, don't. This was hands-down the worst travel experience I've ever had. The ticket was cheap... until it wasn't. By the time I checked in, I was charged for: * A carry-on * A checked bag * Seat selection * "Oversized" bag fees (for a perfectly normal suitcase) * Gate fees that somehow cost MORE than paying online I paid more in baggage fees than the actual flight. Complete bait-and-switch. Customer service was nonexistent. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like passengers were an inconvenience. When my bag didn't arrive in Las Vegas, I was told to "check back tomorrow" with zero accountability or apology. No updates. No help. Just attitude. The policies are intentionally confusing, clearly designed to trap people at the airport when they have no choice but to pay. Families, elderly travelers, first-time flyers--everyone around me was shocked at the extra charges. This airline turns travel into a stressful, humiliating experience. You're not treated like a customer--you're treated like a walking wallet. Save yourself the headache. Pay a little more upfront and fly literally ANY other airline. Vegas is supposed to be fun--this airline ruins the trip before it even starts.

    I came here to catch a flight to Burbank. Should have been routine. Was there 2 hours early its was morning. I like to use the lounges so it's not really time wasted. However, the app wouldn't let me check in. Normally you just press a few buttons and bingo you're in and ready to go. This day I was in for many surprises, I went to check in at the Frontier flight desk and Mohammed informed me that the flight had been over-booked. But over 28 people. That those people were already in the airport and because of that I couldn't be given a boarding pass. In these situations where it's clearly the airline's fault you're just complimentary rebooked and that's that. I don't know is my man was in a bad mood or just didn't like me but he straight up had disdain for me. I had a veteran's hat on and he just kept staring at it and then giving me a dirty look. Then he charged me to rebook my flight. My flight I had booked over a month ago. That they overbooked which bummed me out. Long story short, I ended up renting a car because the delay was so long. I got to my destination in 3 and a half ours instead of waiting till midnight. The airline didn't even refund my ticket or booking fee. Overall a horrible experience

    Baggage Fees and Baggage Sizes are Ridiculous, and by the way your Seats are Hard as Rocks! You have lost two customers + everyone I know. If there was a half star rating I would have selected it. I wish I could speak to the current CEO... Frontier, this is your rating

    I had a better experience flying with Frontier thanks to using their app and speaking with a customer service specialist. Before you fly, be sure to read all their fine print, check the TSA wait times for your airport, and plan accordingly. I'd recommend getting to the airport 2 hours ahead of time and give you time if you have to connect to a tram or shuttle bus to get to your gate or connecting flight. Check in with the airport staff and ask questions! Sometimes they make changes to their flight and don't update it or let you know with enough anticipation. If there are ever delays, expect to be at the airport for 2-3 hours. Plan accordingly! They charge for snacks and any refreshments (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, tea, coffee, water).

    my family and I landing today March 31 at Atlanta airport, at 8:09 am is almost 9:30 am and we still inside the airplane waiting for spit cabin at the airport because it airline doesn't have assigned spot as others and they have to wait until the next available spot to the passengers. the worst airline company . don't waste your money in this company you gonna lost more losing your reservation, flight connection etc.

If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! Anyways once we're in the air, it's overrrrrrr, we're almost there! NOW, what I think airlines should improve, is the way we all exit the airplane. They don't give instructions. We all just get up and leave but orchestrating that at times can be messy. Passengers get so mad if you try to get off the plane before them! Like, I mean, not everyone has a carry on, so we can just walk past the ppl who need extra time to gather their bags! I wish they had 2 exits or 3 exits! I had to cancel my trip but asked for a credit to use for a future flight. They do not honor credits or full refunds on tickets less than 250. I was charged 100% for my cancellation meaning all my money I paid 2 days ago was taken with no consideration or courtesy's of a credit for future flights to keep us as a customer. I escalated the call to a supervisor only to be told I would have needed to call with 24 hours from my original booking to be given any consideration. Supervisor Judy 361534 employee number. Explained our daughter college athlete was going to surgery and we needed to cancel as we need to go sooner. They have medical exceptions but you must provide documents and if they approve only then would you receive a credit. In my spare time recovering our daughter will we play this game. Btw the airline has 18 days before our flight was booked plenty of time to just issue credit to be used in the future. We were told no. This is not customer service this is robbery. Needless to say my family will no longer fly this airline which we had used in the past. We fly 5 adults each month often.

They were soft, squishy, had good flavor, and the garlic bread was good also. The bottom slice got soggy but that's ok. Every other part of the flight went smoothly. Pilots were experienced and professional. Was a great flight besides the one flight attendant. Good job Delta, but I still like United better.

    Delta and Air France Need to Get It Together…read more It's incredibly hard to even leave a proper review for Delta and Air France, but what I experienced July 2, 2025 shows they desperately need to fix their communication issues. And it's not just me--another woman I know also had a Delta/Air France connection this week; she arrived in Paris, and her luggage didn't even arrive with her. These problems clearly aren't isolated. My trip started in Las Vegas, where a dust storm kept us sitting on the tarmac for a long time. That delay caused my flight to land late at JFK. I had to sprint from one side of the airport to Terminal 3 for my international connection. While I was in the air, Delta automatically moved me to the next Air France flight because I wasn't going to make my original connection--but the Delta app never updated my ticket. So when I arrived at the terminal, I had no valid boarding pass for the new flight. The woman at the counter refused to print one for me, and by that hour, the self-service kiosks had already shut down for international flights. Even though there were still about 50 minutes before departure, they simply would not let me on the plane. Meanwhile, my luggage made it on board. Because of that, I was forced to stay overnight in the airport. The desk attendent claimed there were no hotel rooms left due to storms along the Northeast coasts that caused a lot of canceled flights. Not one worker was willing to stay later to help any of us from that flight. Is overtime not an option? Delta did provide meal vouchers when I called, but JFK was a miserable place to be stranded--filthy floors, nowhere clean to sit or lie down, and no way to rest. Being alone made it even worse. The next morning, I tried to shower in the Air France lounge, but the day rate was ridiculously high. Thankfully, a kind employee took pity on me; I didn't shower, but she allowed me to grab some food and a drink before my flight. My luggage--supposed to go from Paris to Marseille--was already moving on without me. My family had to call and place a hold on it so it wouldn't leave Paris, since we were supposed to meet in central France for a wedding. When I finally arrived in Paris, with limited French, I had to navigate retrieving my luggage on my own. And despite being told "everyone speaks English," that was not the case. Thankfully, my brother's girlfriend's family in Paris helped, but I still had to take an hour-long taxi to their home, costing almost $100--all because Delta and Air France failed to communicate properly. The entire experience was exhausting, expensive, and completely avoidable. These airlines seriously need to improve their systems and communication, because passengers are the ones paying for their mistakes. This was my first international flight, I had hoped to join my brother and his girlfriend on that flight to France instead I was stuck navigating this alone.

I arrived early to the airport due to TSA problems and there was no Gate assigned for my return flight. Luckily, I was at a small airport and did a process of elimination of the other gates listed on the board and decided to sit at Gate six. Eventually, my ticket was updated and I learned I needed to be at Gate 5. I didn't appreciate lugging my bags around the airport with a new back problem trying to find Allegiant when not one Gate was showing the Allegiant icon.

One reason I selected American Airlines is they were one of the few airlines that offered a nonstop flight from Las Vegas to Philadelphia International Airport making my travel arrangements so much easier. Everything started out perfectly smooth. The check in was easy and very efficient. It was done quickly through TSA Precheck. The lines at the counter were organized, and I did not experience any lengthy lines or issues during the check in process. The boarding experience was just as smooth. The gate agent's announcements were clearly communicated and the boarding process was easy! I didn't bring a carry on since I had checked my bag. I was going to be in Philly for 4 days. As a bonus the flight left on time and arrived 30 minutes early! When you are flying across the country arriving on time is a definite plus, but even better when it's early! It was a convenient one stop flight from Las Vegas to Philadelphia, combined with a very easy check in process and the flight was fantastic! The last time I used American Airlines was to Fort Worth Texas and then to Huntsville Alabama!

The plane wasn't full but I didn't want to risk being in a middle seat. The movie selection was dismal but it helped pass the time. American Airlines didn't charge for sodas or cookies. The Doritos were $7. (It is what it is). The flight attendants did a great job of taking care of us. I had to download the app to check in. That allowed me to easily print a baggage tag at the airport. The luggage arrived quickly at DCA.

I came up to the desk polite, calm, minding my healing-from-surgery business, and you couldn't even look up from your phone. I don't know what you were doing--texting your ex, googling sad love songs--but it was giving strong grouchy don't talk to me vibes. Now let me say this clearly: I had a doctor's letter. I am recovering from breast cancer and a double mastectomy--which, in case you didn't know, is not a light little spa day. I can't carry more than 5 pounds right now. I asked for a medical baggage waiver so I wouldn't have to pay $50 out of pocket which United in LAX granted easily and not only did you refuse to even look at the letter, you threw in a snarky comment about people from Los Angeles? Maybe that's where the man who broke your heart is from, or better yet the woman he left you for. Kecia it may not be your location. I think it's all about your energy and attitude because I can't see anybody wanting to deal with that nasty mess. Ma'am, read the room. Read the letter. Read anything. Because the lack of compassion was easy for anyone who is paying attention to Reid. Good day you salty chick.

We used this Airline all eleven times. Located at Terminal 3 at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. Hubby and I have been to the islands of Hawaii, Oahu- ten times and Maui- for our honeymoon- once, a total of eleven times. Our son was really small, but he's been to Oahu twice. We went with my mother-in-law and her husband to Oahu once. And we also went with a couple of friends to Oahu once too. The first time, in 2004, we didn't know anything about it, we didn't use the Red Eye, so we missed on almost the entire first day because we arrived at 2 or 3 pm-ish. From the 2nd trip on, we always flew on the Red Eye. Always had a good meal, but it was late. Started using sleep aids so we missed out on those, but I think that rest was more important. Every flight attendant extended the Aloha Spirit to every visitor, they are all smiling, are all very nice, as well as very helpful. I think that one year we got a logo freebie bag, which we still use and have to this day. To date, I believe that these flight attendants have the best demeanor. The luggage policy was one bag checked for free, weight limit of 55 pounds, unless that has changed. But please do check the website. The website is user-friendly. You can book your trip using their site. You can also check your miles. On the Rewards Program, recently, the airline eliminated losing your miles. I currently have enough to book a one way flight for free. This would be the second time, that I earned this as a Rewards member. Hubby became a member after I did, but he lost his miles. Not so good.

You'll take transit over to the D gates from Terminal 3. I typically don't get too many delays with JetBlue, especially flying to New York City. They offer non-stop flights every few hours. I try to book the early flights if I can when going to New York City to avoid any potential delays. Most of my flights arrive early, typically by 20-30 minutes when flying into JFK! The seats are spacious on JetBlue. Each seat comes with a TV that includes free movies, music, and DirectTV. Some planes have charging capabilities too! Throughout my flight to New York City, JFK, the team at JetBlue offers drinks, like soda or water, as well as free in-flight snacks. I always get their pop snacks and pretzels! If you need more legroom, you can upgrade to different seats on JetBlue. When you check-in for your flight, you can change your seat easily through the mobile application if there are open seats available. Now, if only JetBlue offered a non-stop to Orlando Florida from Vegas!

You picked a fun city to visit…read more Las Vegas is one of my favorite vacation spots because it's in the same time zone (PST) plus it's a short flight from Seattle. I tend to fly to Las Vegas every year because Alaska Air makes it so easy to fly out of Sea-Tac Airport. Harry Reid is a fairly large international airport. Bathrooms and walkways are pretty clean. One thing that's unique about this airport is that they have slot machines near the gates. Whenever there's a major event at Allegiant Stadium or The Strip they usually put up photo ops near baggage claim to hype people up. They have a dedicated rideshare area; you have to cross a pedestrian bridge first. I hope you packed your luggage with the right wardrobe for the weather and temps. Summer can be brutal so if you forgot to pack your sunblock or sunglasses you can visit an ABC Store or drugstore along The Strip. Terminal 3 at Harry Reid is pretty easy to navigate when flying back home. I usually wear comfortable shoes because I like to walk around before hopping on the plane.

TSA-pre check was great. No taking out of laptop or tablet (LAX - yes if you carry more than one :( ) Overall this airport is not bad at all!!
