JetBlue is the only flights I fly when going out to Boston or New York City from Las Vegas. JetBlue's Terminal, Terminal 3, is a lot smaller than Terminal 1 in Las Vegas, but I like it a lot! You'll take transit over to the D gates from Terminal 3. I typically don't get too many delays with JetBlue, especially flying to New York City. They offer non-stop flights every few hours. I try to book the early flights if I can when going to New York City to avoid any potential delays. Most of my flights arrive early, typically by 20-30 minutes when flying into JFK! The seats are spacious on JetBlue. Each seat comes with a TV that includes free movies, music, and DirectTV. Some planes have charging capabilities too! Throughout my flight to New York City, JFK, the team at JetBlue offers drinks, like soda or water, as well as free in-flight snacks. I always get their pop snacks and pretzels! If you need more legroom, you can upgrade to different seats on JetBlue. When you check-in for your flight, you can change your seat easily through the mobile application if there are open seats available. Now, if only JetBlue offered a non-stop to Orlando Florida from Vegas! read more

I often hear people say positive things about JetBlue. That they enjoy the flight experience and the planes are nice, etc. I decided to book them for a business trip. They cancelled the flight outright because of a blizzard at my destination. I get it, totally reasonable to cancels flights in this case. All airlines cancelled flights because of the blizzard, anyways. The problem I have is that JetBlue did nothing to help me. Their policy states a full refund to your original form of payment in the event that the flight is cancelled, or you can get travel credits. I waited for callback for at least 6 hours to see if there's any flights available whatsoever. They told me "nothing available to book. We will just give you travel credits." I asked about the refund to my credit card and they said "we don't do that."well, clearly the cancellation policy in the email is a lie. Meanwhile, my coworkers who booked with other airlines all received an instant rebooking for another time and date. They didn't have to sit on the phone for hours to be told there's no options. JetBlue is the absolute WORST. read more

I'm a fan of JetBlue, esp. in Las Vegas. I LOVE flying out of terminal 3 as its less busy and easier to get in & out of. Its easy to drop your bag(s) off & check in. Of all the times I've flown JB out of Vegas my flight has never been delayed or canceled so I've been lucky!! I am a JB CC holder so I love how I get one free checked bag & 50% off purchases in the plane. You do have to take a Tram over to your gate once you go thru security so give yourself some extra time to do this. It is a little bit of a hike. I have CLEAR though I've never seen it open when I've been in the airport & have TSA too so that probably helps a little bit even though it was a little busy when I was flying out but then again it was a holiday week too. read more

Meh...oh yeah heads up, the airline lists free entertainment but they fail to mention to hear anything on the screen you must first purchase their headphones! This wasn't a hopper flight! I have to ding JetBlue after my latest experience with them. This was my third time flying with them and the first couple of times were 4-5 star experiences. This time was a lot closer to a 2-3 star experience. (+) I love the Tvs in the headstands for domestic flights. This is seriously HUGE. Being able to watch Direct TV and Movies (plus games and music) makes it so much easier to distract yourself to make the flight go by faster! (+) Planes were pretty clean and the seats are slightly wider than average. Every inch of seat is precious real estate when you fly in economy like I do. lol (+) Complimentary snacks and drinks are much appreciated. (-) Before Covid, airlines would reasonably try to allow travel companions to sit next to each other. Not anymore it seems. My travel partner and myself were assigned two middle seats in separate rows. How much would it cost to sit together? $147 each. That's $294 additional just to sit next to my travel partner, whose ticket I booked at the same time as mine. That feel pretty dirty. It just wasn't worth the extra $300 when that could be used towards the trip itself. We got through it just fine, but what used to be the standard now costs a pretty penny as an upgrade. It was just real off putting. (-) Flight out was 45 minutes late, fwiw. (-) Carry on bags are $65 each. Yes. You read that right... $65 freaking dollars for a carry on. Yikes! That's ridiculous. 1 large, checked bag for the whole trip was worlds cheaper than 2 back packs. Makes a whole lot of sense. For the right price I would use JetBlue again, but their reputation has been severely diminished by this last experience. 3 stars. Ok. read more

I've always liked jet blue, unfortunately they've gone the way of most low cost airlines and offer a tier of service that allows no seat selection, carry on, or checked bag without additional fees. It's fine if traveling alone but if flying with other people the ability to book seats together is probably a priority which brings the price point back to that of the major airlines. That said, where I live, Jet blue has pretty good routes to where I travel to most and their seat entertainment is pretty good. Before they established the mosaic program I flew them weekly from Boston to San Francisco for about a year, I wish that I could have gotten credit for those flights. read more

Worst customer service service!!!! No respect for customer when theirs a delay, when they a question, when they need help of any kind especially in JFK. They do not refund due to missing your flight connection due to their own flight delay with no apparent weather issue . They give you credit to be used with them in a certain frame: who in their right frame of mind would use them again. Flew from Boston to Las Vegas. All their employees from the check in to the flight crews especially Joe is so rude (flight 777) won't allow you to swing to an overhead cabin before your assigned seat since the cabin above my seat is full. That's fine with me but the he/she said was so rude. This airline company should give their employees anger management seminar from the ground check in nobody is willing to help, boarding crews is letting everyone go even when the assigned group is not called. I recently upgraded my credit card to receive more perks with JetBlue. I'm starting to think that was a mistake. I expected more fro jetblue at least customer service. Both of my flights delayed to Vegas as was told the airport was closed, hard for me to believe Las Vegas closed their airports, the. Was told waiting on another pilot, which is it. On the way home was the worse. Sandra I believe was her name. She told me that I needed to put my small personal purse up in the cabin but my daughter could keep hers. Make it make sense. She was very aggressive, borderline rude. She spoke to some of us on the plane as if we were kids, her kids! I had to bite my tongue. I was not about to debate with her as I wanted to get home, so I obliged. Employees should be well versed in being culturally diverse, and have some grace! This flight, no snacks no water due to "turbulence". I paid extra for the front row, seat a1 and a2, the restroom up front was broke!!!! Couldn't even use it. We had to walk all the way to the back! Just a poor service experience and I also thought by upgrading my seats the comfort level would go up some but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and thank god it was only a 45 minute flight. No table tray or drink holders in the first row. The second row was also a extra fee upgrade and to be honest the leg room seemed the same as the regular seats. read more

Jet blue has been my domestic carrier of choice for many years. I have also been on their top tier "Mosaic" for many years as well. Due to lifestyle and work changes I will probably not be top tier in the future, but that's fine. Anywho .....was travelling yesterday and after I left the mediocre priority pass lounge (see my reviews there) , I ambled over to the gate. Hung around and about 30 minutes prior to boarding the gate agent made an announcement essentially saying Jet Blue thanks veterans for their dedication and service to the country. After which the waiting area flyers pretty much en mass started to applaud. During the boarding process the same gate agent told those waiting that veterans could board right after Mosaic flyers. Another nice touch. My flight was served by Steve(I think he was new to the company) , Shana who was the senior flight attendant and Leina (who I have flown with before and was nice to chat with) . Boarding was the usual clusterf*** since many passengers didn't follow suggestions from the gate folks and either didn't gate check bags or tried to jam all their worldly possessions into the overhead rack as they boarded in the last group. The pot "Jim" also thsnked veterans onboard and provided the standard info we all come to expect. Flight was 45 minutes early too. Beverages and snacks, what could I say? Theirs were Ok like the brown sugar cookies. The flyfi wifi worked pretty much for the who trip as did the DirecTV,. Movies as well. I got to see a few old favorites and even watched the new top gun movie. This trip I had baggage, it came out about ten minutes after I got to the baggage area. Well done Jet Blue! read more

This review is high largely based on the value i got and reasonable price. I got a round-trip flight from New York (JFK) to Las Vegas for about $380 ($190 each way). This is my first flight in 27 years and first as an adult. I have been to probably 1000 pro sports games near or in NYC so I am not living under a rock, but personally don't see much value in flying around unless absolutely necessary. You can't always buy happiness with a vacation, you need luck to have everything work out. I am 6'3 and barely fit in my seat, but I was actually OK. I brought 2 large bags with me on carry-on and did not check any bags. As long as you can fit a large bag under your seat or above you, that is all that matters. You may not need to check a bag you thought you would and can possibly bring it on with you. You have sirius XM with about 100 channels. Yes, you have options for movies and even reality TV, but the screen is so small and pathetic quality, that you are really better off listening to sirius talk shows or music channels on Sirius. Yes, flying JetBlue is not a private jet, but I am basing my review on the great value I got and bang for your buck. They have free pretzels etc. I think you are probably better off getting food and drinks after getting through security than purchasing them on the flight (which you must pay with a credit/debit card) read more

Your airline is as bad as every other. You change my flight, that I paid more for, for a specific time, TWICE. I have to leave at 3:30 am. You force me to check a bag. Then you leave the bag behind. Then your crew member tells me I can fill out a lost baggage report online. I ask - you are sure? I go online and the first thing it says is to fill out the report at the airport. Really? Then there are no pens. No pens at the office where you fill out the lost baggage claims. You know what - if you didn't have enough room on your plane for all the checked luggage, stop forcing people to check it. You couldn't just let me bring the bag on the plane. Oh no, special fares now where you have to check your baggage. And pay more money to do it. Then you left my back at my origin airport. I haven't checked a bag in 15 years. The first time I do - on a direct flight - and jet blue loses my bag. Will *never* fly JetBlue again. As bad as United - I expect to be assaulted on the ride home just to round out my first flight with a checked bag in over a decade. Oh, I will be bringing my luggage as CARRY ON on the way home. I will fly spirit in the future. At least you know what to expect. read more

If you are traveling on jetBlue in a wheelchair, I strongly suggest you check it out every which way upon landing. A few weeks ago I flew into Long Beach and not became my worst nightmare! One of my rims was bent and I didn't know it until later, one go axles had the end sheared off! When I tried to report the damage, no-one was available in the baggage office either then or flying out. Upon my arrival at the VA Hospital property and my chair was removed from the shuttle, I took off full speed to get to my appt...until my right wheel went flying one way and my chair another! I ended up with a concussion from my head hitting the ground and getting knocked out. When I came to, they tried to get me to an ambulance but I was so messed up that all that mattered to me was getting to my appt and my return flight on time despite the pain in my back and head. When I got to Las Vegas I did as the doctor suggested and went home immediately to get some rest and hopefully report the problem with baggage claim there the next day. When I went in to report the matter, I essentially was told that because I had not filed a report officially the day before, it would not be considered! Hello!!!! Like someone with a concussion from a fall is going to be cognitive enough to even think of that after having tried to do so upon arrival and return from LGB with no-one there to report it to. Their flight crew and gate crew were made aware of it when I returned home! NEVER SHOW ALL YOUR CARDS One things that jetBlue failed to recognize is that maybe I allegedly made no report of the damage to my wheelchair but I took pictures right there at the airport! Outside of the axles images, the rest were all shot at the airport. I learned long ago not to show all your cards. Immediately following the damage to my wheelchair that I was aware of, I took photos for record. Never did I imagine the damage that had been done to my axles as well. Now the real facts are public to all readers! PRESENT I have been exchanging emails with jetBlue for a few weeks now about the issue and a couple others as well. I essentially got a lot of apologies and there excuse that because it wasn't reported same day that they won't consider it. If I wasn't dependent upon jetblue because of their great pricing, I'd jump ship on them so fast. I'm disgusted with how they can make a mistake such as this and just blow it off with a few apologies. I used to have the highest respect for jetBlue services but now I am saddened for the gate and flight staff who have to get the brunt of the pressure from passengers while those who make the apologies are cozy behind their computers and will never see the passengers impacted. You can make your own judgement from what you read and see. * AN IMPORTANT POINT No business is perfect. I have had a few seriously disgusting experiences with jetBlue on my LAS to LGB flights both going and coming back, but the majority of the time the service has been nothing but the very best. Some of the flight crew, gate personnel and ticket agents can be outright rude, but that's a rare thing in comparison to the overall picture. I'm bringing my experience to light with the public in the hopes that just maybe this will help others avoid experiencing what I have had to deal with. Perhaps jetBlue will wake up and see I am not playing games with my issues with them. read more

I like flying JetBlue for many reasons. In Vegas' McCarran Airport, their terminal is always in the nice and newer wing (used to be at the D gates then moved to Terminal 3). I have only experienced one delayed flight only because of strong winds in Vegas. The free inflight snacks are better than the old bag of peanuts (terra blue chips, chocolate chip cookies, animal crackers, munchies and gourmet nuts). Their planes have lots of legroom but if you want, you can upgrade to an Even More Space seat for more legroom and priority boarding. You can watch TV or listen to music at your seat without paying extra. You can check- in your first bag for free. I just wish they had flights to more cities and more direct flights. read more

Flew JetBlue Mint from LAS to JFK overnight for $400. Really quite remarkable at the price point! I got a seat in row 4 which has its own door that can be closed. There is a huge amount of counter space as seen in the photos. The seat came with a substantial pillow and a blanket that provided a moderate amount of warmth. Also came with an amenity kit on such a short flight, which was a pleasant surprise. There was also bottled water at the seat, which is a great touch. The seat is fully lie flat and quite long in length, though I don't know the exact length. There were a few storage areas, which is probably ample for most. Flight attendants took drink orders before takeoff and explained the seat features. Got the signature mint cocktail which was light and refreshing. For the food, I got the grilled cheese, tomato soup, and ice cream (from a LA creamery I believe). Grilled cheese had crisp bread and tasted amazing. Tomato soup didn't have much flavor and the portion size was pretty small. Ice cream was also very good. Overall, the hard product is fantastic at a very low price; certainly better than AA domestic first or United's old lie flat seats or United First. Comparable to Singapore Air business. Food was fairly good as a whole and service was attentive. Would highly recommend trying JetBlue Mint out! read more

This is my first and last time flying JetBlue. Myself and about 150+ passengers were stranded at Las Vegas terminal on Saturday night for 12:00am (red eye) flight to Ft Lauderdale. We were boarded and after 45minutes we were told there was a minor mechanical problem which was remedied and the pilots were waiting for the flight log to "push off". Another 1hr and 15 minutes passed and we were told to deplane because they were short 1 flight attendant. Once deplaned we were told that a flight attendant was an the way. At approximately 2:00am we were told we cannot go now because the pilots have "timed out". Luckily we had accommodations close to airport. We, and many of the other passengers stayed positive in a terrible situation caused by the management of JetBlue. We were told we would be able to fly back to Fort Lauderdale on Sunday at 4 o'clock. So on our own dime... We Ubered back to our hotel. Spent another day in Las Vegas which included more expense due to having to buy breakfast and lunch. We were given a notification by email that the flight would not takeoff until 5 o'clock. Still, we stayed positive. It is 6:25 PM and we are still sitting in the terminal and being told they are short ANOTHER flight attendant.
