LAS or Harry Reid Internations Airport... Work or pleasure...a day or a week so many pass through LAS is quite insane it doesn't matter what time of day there is always a steady flow of travelers passing though here at the TSA Checkpoint. The staff here are professional but nice, I just try to be mindful and remember the rules sometimes we do forget that even our Cookie Butter and toothpaste does matter in size and over 3oz is too big and must be checked in though when I'm returning home I do tend to have too many items that didn't fit and I don't realize like my bath salts lol! It scanned an alert as a "natural" item...sigh! It all went well and a thorough check and I was on my way, my feet still hurts and should've made time for self care so that I would have a speedy trip through and get on my way. Thank you!

I experienced something very interesting on my last trip from Las Vegas to Honolulu . Departing on Hawaiian Airlines terminal 3 Harry Reid airport Once checked at Hawaiian Airlines counter the TSA check point is nearby. This time I was informed to go downstairs to another TSA checkpoint it's an innovation type of scanner machine . It's supposedly faster for the customer and better for the TSA agent . This is a new format because I was in Vegas in October and I didn't experience going downstairs. This new machine is automated to pass the empty buss tubs into the machine and it will come out for the next customer to use . All the x-ray machine before hands up now the new machine hands down . The lines are still long so this new machine doesn't help that much . I understand safety first

Thank for the fantastic service that you do. It is a really difficult trip for me and a wonderful tsa women checked my bag. She was kind, solumn, and could tell I knew she had to check my fathers remains that i had separated from my backpack. I told her the certificate was in the bag she said that wasn't necessary. Nor was it necessary for her to open the box. She used some Indicator chemicals on the outside of the box to confirm what it was and said im sorry for your loss.

There are slot machines and bars throughout the airport, so the entertainment starts before you even leave the terminal. It definitely gives you that "Welcome to Las Vegas" feeling from the moment you arrive. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organized airport experience, and I would definitely have no complaints flying through here again.

No easing in--just BAM... welcome to 24/7 gambling, baby. This airport runs like a well-oiled roulette wheel. Efficient. Efficient. Efficient. It's like the Strip sent a welcome party right into the terminal. But the real MVP? Slot machines everywhere. Not "a few tucked in the corner." I'm talking you could miss your flight chasing a hot streak if you're not careful. Need a quick snack? Done. Need a ride? Easy. Need to test your luck before you even hit the hotel? Already handled. Checking in was easy. Show your boarding pass and physical credit card. Once in the lounge, we were greeted by the friendly staff. What I love about this lounge is how empty it is. We were the only ones here plus maybe 3 other people. A few more people trickled in after 30 minutes of being here but still lots of space and empty tables. Food is constantly replenished. During my visit, they had panzanella salad, crostini, pita and hummus, pancetta Mac and cheese, BBQ mushroom burnt ends, sausage and peppers, braised short rib tacos, charcuterie, cheesecake, banana chocolate chip bread, lemon poppy seed cake, vegan gluten-free cookie, French butter and croissant. They have sodas and iced tea on tap. They have coffee and hot tea. The food is warm and quite good. I ate 3 of the short rib tacos. The soda is extra carbonated and I kept getting foam. The space is quite big and it's clean and orderly. The staff does a great job clearing tables and wiping them down. The music is at a good level. The bathroom is private all-gender. Spacious and clean. I like that they have lotion in there because flying gets your skin dry.

Unfortunately, reservations aren't easily changed without contacting customer support, so I kept my original booking. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. They pointed me toward the restrooms, but as a first-time visitor I found the layout a little confusing, and there wasn't much signage directing you to them. The lounge itself was very busy, but it was still a nice escape from the crowded terminal. The food was probably the biggest letdown. There was a small salad bar, a couple of hot items, and a few snacks that looked like they'd been sitting out for a while. The bar looked nice and wasn't crowded, although I didn't have a drink, and I didn't notice any drink menus or specials displayed. The restrooms were clean enough but felt like a standard airport restroom and were out of toilet seat covers. If you've never experienced an airport lounge before, this is a nice place to relax, recharge, and get away from the crowds. That said, I don't think it's worth the $60 price tag based on what's offered. Since my credit card gives me access to a lounge in the D Gates that I personally think is much better, I probably wouldn't pay to visit The Club LAS again. I'd recommend it for first-time lounge visitors looking for a quieter place to wait, but if you're paying out of pocket, I think there are better values available.

Travel was 6-7 hours of transit this day with this being the source of nourishment for liquids (and ice in a water bottle for water pass the TSA terminal). Not satisfied with this exchange, I sought out a TSA Supervisor for help. Explaining the situation and the exchange and he has asked me to point out the agent. Who during the conversation with the supervisor, proceeded to get further and further away from the examination area until she was no longer in line of site or on the floor. The supervisor offered no apology and didn't offer to correct or have the agent come to apologize. He simply stated it should have been allowed. He isn't sure why the agent didn't allow it, but once it's touched the bin we can not retrieve it. There is nothing that can be done. I asked if there is a place to give feedback and he had a stack of complaint business cards in his top left pocket, which he proceeded to hand me and follow up with I can go to the website or email it to that email address. Overall super disappointed. I had to spend more money to purchase milk on the other side of the gate because of course the child was thirsty knowing her milk bottles were thrown away. I don't understand how people in the service of customer service can not simply recognize that sometime mistakes happen because of untrained personnel. When this happens, as a manager, simply call the employee over and inform them of the accident or misconduct and offer a simply apology. It goes a long way and the training effort if the supervisor had done this, would save more grief for families going forward with this agent knowing the TSA rules and regulations better.
