Does not stand by his product and only cares about selling you something and making money....ODES Industries is as crappy as Motor World West....buyer beware. We wanted a 4-hour exploration on and off trail but no prior experience here. Shawn found a buddy, Josh, to join us as a coach on technique and local trail knowledge. Josh did a great job, especially helpful digging this 68 year old out when I augured in a few times. The $6,000 upfront deposit charged on my credit card was intimidating, but also understandable considering their risks of machine damage. Within an hour after we returned the snowmobiles intact, they reversed the deposit charge. Great rental suits, boots etc. and machines are kept in tip-top condition. I would recommend Adrenaline to anyone healthy, from elderly but able to young kids riding with parents.
