I couldn't be happier with the work from Cali Custom Alignments! I brought in both my Miata and my…read moregirlfriend's Miata to have coilovers installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how much care and attention they put into the installation. They didn't just throw the coilovers on and send us on our way -- they took the time to make sure everything was installed accurately, safely, and properly torqued to spec. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and making sure the car is safe and drives the way it should. They also took the time to ask us about our individual driving styles and how we use our cars. They wanted to know whether we primarily commute or enjoy more spirited driving, and they tailored the alignment accordingly. That level of personalization really stood out to me. Instead of simply putting the car on an alignment rack and using a generic setup, they took our driving habits into consideration to give us an alignment that actually suited how we drive. They also worked with us to dial in the ride height exactly how we wanted it, which made a huge difference in getting the look and stance we were going for while still keeping ride quality and safety in mind. The alignment was included as part of the installation package as well, which was a huge plus and made the whole process incredibly convenient. I really appreciate shops that take pride in the details, and Cali Custom Alignments definitely does. From the coilover installation and ride-height adjustment to the personalized alignment and final torque checks, everything was done with precision and care. They even include a follow up appointment built into the installation package where they look over your bolts and alignment after a few hundred miles of driving to ensure that everything stayed in spec. If you're looking for a shop that actually cares about doing things right, especially when it comes to suspension work and getting your car properly dialed in, I highly recommend Cali Custom Alignments. We trusted them with both of our Miatas, and I'd absolutely bring our cars back to them again! Thank you guys for taking such great care of our cars!

Initially, I received an estimate and was told what would be needed, but after that the communication became inconsistent. Over the course of several weeks, I was asked for additional information, including my VIN, and was told that certain parts or bolts needed to be sourced. Despite providing everything requested, I never received a follow-up or a clear update on the status of my installation. Because I never heard back, I ended up having to look elsewhere and resolve the issues on my own. Good communication is very important to me, especially when it comes to suspension work that requires planning and scheduling. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope they improve their communication with future customers.
