Update on our trailer. A very close friend of ours is a personal friend with the owner and helped us get in touch with him directly. After discussing the issues. He made it right and we will definitely be back to do business again in the future. And Thank you to all the staff that came through and helped get us back on track. The Miller family

We recently bought a used fifth wheel from ET and were Leary about doing so because of the bad experience we had with Camping World. What a great experience. After the first rainstorm we experienced a leak. We brought it back knowing that we may have to pay for repairs. They totally took care of it no charge. Wow! They actually do care for the people that buy from them. New revived sense of humanity. Love these people.

We drove two hours to this dealer because they had the model we wanted. We did have to put a deposit down and wait nearly 3 months (industry standard right now) but it was well worth it. We did end up getting a call they had the exact unit we wanted as a trade in, so we got the model that was a few months old, very slightly used and saved us lots of money. Even though we bought a consigned unit we felt like we were still given the first class customer service of new unit buyers. We have had our GeoPro 20BHS over two weeks now and spent nearly a whole week camping already. I highly recommend ET Quality RV, we drove from the Bay Area to them and the quality of their customer service, sales, and overall experience has been outstanding. We visited {nearly} every RV dealer in a 100 mile radius of the Bay Area, and ET got our business.

Buying an RV during a Pandemic could have been difficult but Tom and Melina made it quick and easy. We had a Rockwood trailer picked out and ET RV had it. Spoke to the salesman Tom numerous times on the phone and he was always courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to put a deposit down over the phone to hold the trailer. We drove from 2 hours away to pick it up and they had it waiting for us, cleaned and plugged in. We were able to do our walk through without anyone else inside. Our last trailer was similar so we knew how things worked. They were able to quickly fix and replace two items that had been damaged during transport. I didn't get the name of the service tech but he was extremely efficient. Melina brought all paperwork outside for us to sign and answered all of our questions. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both she and the tech wore masks as well. We are so grateful to everyone at ET for making our trailer buying experience the absolute best it could be and we highly recommend taking your business to them. They really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Buying from ET was definitely worth the drive!

I have called them three times over 4 months looking for a replacement axle for my Lance trailer. Never an update or a call back.

We have been given an estimate for minimum $8000 to fix the brand new trailer we purchased that was never inspected.

Beyond Helpful! We had found a camper in Arizona, we were…read moreplanning on driving out to pick it up when we found the same thing at Sierra RV. I emailed Steve and he gave me a ton of information, answered all my newbie questions without blowing me off, like all of the other (many, many, many other dealerships) had done. They also had a better price, we drove the 1.5 hour drive and put down a deposit (Feb 2021). We wanted to pick a camper before we bought a truck, which we told Steve, and we had planned on having a truck within a week or so. We worked with Sonora Ram (don't make that mistake) and we ordered the truck that would work according to Ram. The delivery was about 8 weeks, I updated Steve & he said they would store the camper for us, which was great so we could get our storage spot ready & frankly our Jeep Wrangler wouldn't be able to haul it. Fast forward to Easter & we find out the truck won't work, we scramble to find a truck and we end up having to get a DRW. We weren't getting a lot of help from the Ram dealership, so Steve got me in touch with the Artic Fox engineer & he gave me a few requirements to help me find a new truck, which ended up being a DRW. We let Steve know and he had to order all the equipment for a DRW instead of the SRW. Finally the delivery window is here, and for what ever reason our truck was a week late. We update Steve, and he checks in as well, then on Steve's day off our truck arrives. So we drop off the truck at Sierra RV, they installed all the equipment and schedule a pick up date (next week). The process was seamless, everyone at Sierra RV Center are so helpful and their purchasing group at Winner Chevy, the purchasing was super easy & no pressure. The whole experience has been so amazing! Can't wait to finally go camping!

Jerry and Jay were no pressure salesmen and they answered all of my questions as I was shopping. At no point that I feel like I was being pushed into purchasing. Their ultimate goal was for me to find something that I would be happy with whether it was from them or someone else. I ultimately found what I was looking for that day and I didn't go look anywhere else. I took a week to think about the purchase, and I'm so glad I followed through with it! The purchase process was simple and straightforward, and I appreciate the RV being given a "once over" before sending it home with me. Lemke replaced the rubber seams on the outside of the RV, they resealed the roof, put a new spare tire on, installed a new battery, and fixed a small leak in the toilet before I ever took it home. They even installed a sway bar that I brought in from home, and installed a lithium battery that I purchased elsewhere without charging me an extra fee. They went over everything with me, so I understand how to use everything and be safe about it. They have been very prompt with returning my phone calls and I always felt very at home with all the staff. Audra was fantastic with organizing repairs, and Chuck did such a nice job with all the repairs and add-ons. And Kallie (I think that's her name) was always such a friendly and helpful face to see when I walked in the door. Overall, I felt like this was a very professionally run business with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would recommend this business hands-down as the best in the area! And I love my new to me trailer!

The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. They scheduled me a service repair well beyond hours, made it easy. I feel completely confident my new RV will be fixed and make for the rest of summer trips to be fabulous! Next trip.. Grand Canyon!
