HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The absolute BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. In the past four or five weeks I've probably called a dozen different places selling Can-Am Rykers. NONE of them would tell me a price with the exception of the folks at Ride On. Everyone wanted me to "Come in and check it out and we'll talk!" Or "Hey, swing on by and we can set up an estimate for you!" I actually started emailing and telling people I had a speech impediment just so they wouldn't want to call me! You wouldn't believe it... THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE OF THE RYKER! I had been screwed over so many times by so many other places trying to upsell me when I told them I JUST wanted the price that I was actually skeptical that they weren't hiding something! I purchase my boat from Karena (the general manager) almost 2 years ago. Today I was on the lake with friends and when I went to start my boat, I was getting an error code. I did not have the Manuel on the boat. I was able to Call Karena and she took the time to walk me through how to fix the error code I was getting. In January 2024, I purchased a brand new E-Z-Go Express Elite Golf Cart for nearly $16,000. Since then it has broken down and stopped running twice. The first time I was required to go rent a trailer to haul it to be repaired. The second time it happened Karena said she would talk to the regional sales manager for E-Z-Go, a Mr. Logan Sondren, to see if they could help with the problem. I was told he would call me but he never has. I have left two messages but still no reply. I am left with a supposedly brand new vehicle stuck in a difficult location, with a dealer again unwilling to help out and telling me its my responsibility to go rent a trailer and haul it to them. I would not recommend buying an E-Z-Go golf cart and I certainly would advise anyone not to do business with Ride On Powersports! read more

A good friend of mine purchased a few jetskis from a woman who had the skis and the trailers serviced from this shop right before she sold them. Within 5 minutes of taking the jet ski out, the ski started malfunctioning and when we got back on land we noticed some hoses weren't attached. My friend discovered a bunch of other issues with the skis and he brought them back to the shop. He has received 1-star service, at best. This is seriously affecting me because he promised to take me out on the skis and now WEEKS later he still has no ETA on when (or IF) we will be taking these skis out again. Glad I don't own the skis because he is receiving quite the headache from this shop. If you want to go somewhere with good customer service, don't go here!! read more

I took my wife's can am ryker to have the oil change and check up. I also.had them put a lock on the emergency brake. I had them price out the installation of a fox suspension system after being mis quoted in the Dublin can am dealer who is a rip off and Liars. They gave me a great price. After having them do the work they did. Great job. They were professional. They even checked to see if there were any recalls on the ryker. I meet with Karena today after weeks of discussing with her about a scarab 195 open ID. Unforntately, it is very hard to find this boat on the west coast and I only could find a couple in Florida and Texas. Karena went out of her way to spend a ton of time emailing, txting and talking with me about this boat. She even tried to search out of state for this boat. She definitely went out of her way to try to help me. After weeks of looking I locked one down in Florida at a really great price but just felt so uncomforable with the 3700 mile journey. I got a hold of Karena and she gave me some great pricing on a 2021 so I ended up going down and meeting with her. Karana and her staff deserve 5 stars on customer service and spending tons of time answering questions for me. I am very pleased with my experience with Ride On Powersports and look forward to going back to meet with Karena to pick up my boat soon. Well, while my review of this shop did get me in contact with the owner it still garnered no acceptable resolution. After some argument with her about everything and some pretty weak excuses about why the problems i had to discover myself were missed, i was told they typically don't work on older seadoos insinuating that somehow the newer models are easier to work on? still don't get that logic. What it boils down to in my opinion is that the mechanics there can't look at an engine with a hose hanging off the side and oil coming out of it and oil in the bottom of the hull and recognize that there's a problem, they shouldn't be working on motorized equipment. I don't care if it's a brand new 2019 jetski or the first jetski ever made. Though it was acknowledged (finally) that they had definitely had the skis at their shop for wayyyy too long for what they did, i still didn't even get so much as an offer to pay for my gas. After going out of my way driving 4 hrs and wasting almost a month of my summer to try and work with these people.Unbelievable. They came to the conclusion that the problem with the ski in question was that it needed the carburetors rebuilt and offered to do it for $900! after i said that i could buy a brand new engine with 2yr warranty for less than that and that the rebuild kits on Amazon were around 40$ they came back offering to do it for $450. Still higher than any place I'd called to do that same job. Realizing i wasn't going to get anywhere i just said forget it, I'm taking them somewhere else. On top of everything when i picked up my skis and trailer i noticed the license plate was bent all to hell! I'm assuming this happened when they put the entire thing in their tank to run the skis. The more i look at it, it seems they bent both back corners of the trailers frame and then tried to straighten them. I'm beside myself with this whole experience... JUST, WOW! read more

I purchased my can am F3 T new from Ride on Powersports. Had a few bumps in the road that were quickly resolved. Took it in for the 8000 miles checkup oil change and I was to pick it up the next day. However I became very ill and had know one to pick it up. I contacted by text service manager and advised I was ill and not able to pickup my bike. It took me over two weeks to pick up my bike. They were very kind and understanding did not contact or pressure me to pick it up. When I arrived today they were kind and very helpful. Service was done perfectly my bike was wiped down and the customer service was 5+ stars. I have also ordered a new Gtx see doo limited and will continue to give this shop my business. read more

Brought in our 2000 and 2001 seafood twice now. Both times they had great rates. Great service and answered the phones. Dealership would not service due to age of pecs and another place would not give quote based on known works over phone. I am mechanically enclose so I appreciate when given a price based on what I tell them. I except it may change as work scope may change but at least I have a good base line. The sales process was great, no need to haggle because the price for the seadoo sparks was perfect. Unfortunately, Sparks are flimsy at best and we managed to puncture the hull of one of them on day two. We have no idea how it happened. Guess how much a hull costs to replace? $4,000! Not the dealer's problem, nor Seadoo's. The warranties are air tight in their favor. So its now a month later and guess what? We still have no Seadoo repair! Our insurance was all over it and issued the settlement check within two weeks. Ride On power Sports has given the impression that it will be done any day now. That has been going on for two weeks. Oops, now they have to order more parts. Oop's, now one of their techs is away at school. I can't wait for my Dixon Ride On Power Sports Experience to be over! read more
