Only Joe from OC Computer bothered to provide a brief, yet informative response. Without seeing my computer, he said I probably needed a new keyboard (palm rest as he called it), and that would be about $350, parts and labor. I was still able to use my computer for most stuff, so I was in no huge hurry. To cover all my bases, I took it to the Apple store in Cerritos just to see what they'd say. They weren't sure, saying I likely needed a new keyboard (as Joe said). When I mentioned the word "palm rest" it was like a foreign language to the guy. To make sure, they said they would have to send my computer off for a week...what? Of course, I asked how much that would be and they said $800...IF that indeed was the problem. Oh yeah, since I didn't have an appointment (my fault) I had to wait about an hour just to get a seat at one of the tables where you actually have a person come talk to you. Then I waited another 20 minutes until someone talked to me. The guy was nice, but I just didn't have a good feeling. After that appointment, I drove directly to OC Computer which is by my house, talked to Joe and Angel, put down a deposit for a new keyboard/palm rest and they called me when the part came in. In the meantime, like I said, I was able to hold on to my computer and use it for some stuff. When I took my laptop in, two days later I had it back and working. I probably could have had it back sooner, but I told them I was in no hurry. Anyway, OC Computer is less than two miles from my house, so I should have gone there first, but that's on me. Next time, if needed, I will. So, while I'm sure the Apple store is good for a lot of things (especially if you have insurance), I would at least talk to Joe and/or Angel and maybe save yourself some time and money. FYI...I waited a couple of weeks to post this Yelp review just in case there were any hiccups. There haven't been any...so, knock on wood. Anyway, thanks Joe and Angel.

After a week, they called and said I needed a new hard drive, so I gave the OK for an install. After a few more days they called and I picked up my PC. I asked if they had downloaded everything from my external (back up) drive. They said, "oh, we don't know how to do that". So, I took my PC home, hooked it up and there it was: nothing: no fotos, no documents, no downloads, no software programs, no passwords for internet sites I often use, NADA! I called Will and he came to my home for a very reasonable price and transferred everything from my external drive onto my PC. He also reviewed all the files on my PC, deleted the unnecessary files, cleaned up the whole system and now its like I have a brand new computer. The PC Computer Doctor is absolutely the person to call when your computer is in trouble!

We got a Mercedes EQS and wanted the front end protection. They had the best price by far. Tech came to our home and cleaned the area, clay bar used, hand cut and tucked edges where appropriate. They spent about a half day to do the job. About a week later, there was some slight uplift near a round raised part of the bumper and it took a few messages back and forth to resolve. They came back to my work location and trimmed it back about 3mm to resolve the issue. The car has now gone through a summer and winter rains and the clear protection is holding up well. We use a combination of automated car washes and home hand wash with a pressure washer. The edges are holding well and not lifting. This company will be my first call for my future cars.
