An hour later, not only did we select them but they came out the next morning and moved our belongings from Blue Ridge, GA to Charlotte, NC. It was seamless. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner. I will definitely items use their services for any future moving needs. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

They arrived on time to our storage unit and made sure to call giving us heads up when they were on their way. I did the Yelp "find a mover blast" and these guys were one of the first ones to respond. Keith was great at reaching out to give me a general quote and went the extra step to connect with me and find out my specific needs resulting in a more tailored quote---that was much more reasonable than the all the others I had gotten. (Quoted for 2hrs of labor by 2 personnel and a bit more for having them haul some stuff off to the junk afterwards.) I needed to move some furniture from Marietta to Atlanta and needed a mover that could also haul junk from the destination away on short notice. They were able to get me schedule 3 days after my call and moved my stuff on a Sunday early in the morning. Crew members Taylor and Kreshawn were great and did everything they could to accommodate me and my needs. They did arrive a smidge behind schedule, maybe a little less than 15mins. On arrival they promptly got to work. They were extremely careful and detailed with wrapping and securing my furniture for the move. On arrival they were able to remove the stuff we wanted to junk and were very resourceful when it came to move some tricky stuff in. They even helped with removal and install of a washer and dryer set.The total process took exactly the amount of time quoted and was extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend these guys. They did great work for me and are way reasonable than some of the other movers--- especially for short moves and junk removal.
