Also asked him about some asphalt areas that were affected by tree roots. Hired him to do all of it. They did a great job filling, removing, and paving. Everything was also completed before deadline and any debris was cleaned up. In the future, my plan is to hire him to seal my asphalt. His price is very competitive also. And scheduling was easy. Oscar explained every detail, answered all my questions, spotted some minor leak related stuff on my roof and fixed it at no extra charge. Honestly, I wish all contracting business was like this: straightforward, trustworthy, and professional. The transformation from a dilapidated state of the parking lot to an even and finely edged surface is impressive. Two things really stand out. 1)Parking may seems to be technically simple: just spreading the black stuff on like peanut butter on bread. But, a flat surface does not drain. So the lot has to be curved right to channel the proper drainage. They really knew what they were doing and delivered with their expertise. (Their project manager had such pride inhis work!) 2) They were trustworthy and consistent from the get go. Factual, professional, and no BS. They came out, assessed the lot and offered us a not the cheapest but a really reseaonable bid for the project. And, they actually put in more work to get the best results.
