Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Nada. And still a leaking well tank. C'mon. Do better. We are done, hope you sort yourself out with other customers - I've seen several other people have had the same experience.

We pushed off the replacement thinking our unit would survive one more winter, but of course of furnace went out unexpectedly in the middle of the night during one of the coldest stints of the season. Called Residential Express the following morning, they pulled up my quote from 4 months prior, verified the price hadn't changed and were able to schedule me for a full HVAC replacement the next day. Freddie and Flavian arrived on time and were very professional moving through our house and working in our backyard and utility closet. They explained any changes they needed to make, went over the new setup and recommended service intervals, and hauled all of the old equipment away, leaving our house looking better than when they arrived. Very happy with our experience with Residential Express and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

New HVAC filter, reset breaker. Thermostat batteries are fine. Still not kicking on. Sent Yelp message to RES because they have always been quick to respond. And they did this time as well and the woman who gave me a call was nice and tried to help. Pretty disappointed that they can't quickly swing by today. From what I've read, it's likely a dirty flame sensor or the ignitor switch (neither of which is a long job - I just don't have the tools). HVAC less than 5 years old, so parts are under warranty with RES; however, I had to call someone else. Bottom line: Someone else is coming today, but I could end up paying for parts. Kind of feels like my current needs weren't lucrative enough for RES to make a concerted effort to swing by.

He mentioned they may only be able to do the consultation since they had another job, so from the very start I felt like we were receiving rushed service. Dan and his apprentice spent a little less than an hour knocking holes in our drywall (in one closet he just started hitting the wall with a hammer) only to make his way up to the attic to tell me we had a roof leak. As I had mentioned in my original consultation, this was in fact a vent pipe leak that I would have been happy to pay to have addressed. Instead, we went through two roof consultations before I crawled up in the attic and fixed the vent pipe myself. I tried to reach out to Dan to let him know this was actually a plumbing issue and received no response. We found TNT through one of the Yelp project requests and I deeply regret choosing them as opposed to some of our other options. Between the price paid, the lazy investigation of the pipe, and the lack of response when I reached out to have the situation rectified, I am seriously disappointed with their service.
