She also gave me the option of getting my item elsewhere and bringing it into the store, but that wasn't going to be convenient for me in this case...but it was a good idea and I applaud Tiffany for her customer service.

They also had a couple of value sections throughout the store that were amazing! The lady in the store was super helpful and really sweet! It happened to be raining really hard that day, and she helped me to protect my products since we were very dedicated to still walking around in the rain. My sister flew all the way from Germany wanting to take a piece of Texas back home with her, and we are so grateful we found this place. We were initially struggling to find boots that fit, but we were quickly approached by an incredible gentleman who turned our frustration into an education. He was so kind and passionate; he explained that for tall boots, it's about the calf fit, not just the sole size. He taught us how to read the codes inside the boots rather than just the size tag and personally helped us try them on and off with such patience. When we moved to the hats, he was just as helpful. He made sure we picked hats that wouldn't fly off while horseback riding and helped us color-match them perfectly to our new boots. He even steamed and customized the hats right there (the photo of him working his magic with the steam is a memory we'll cherish!) to ensure a perfect, firm fit. Beyond his expertise, he shared the wonderful 70-year history of his father's store. He made us feel so welcome and happy--it felt like talking to a great father figure. We didn't stop talking about his kindness all the way to the car. If you want top-notch customer service and an authentic Texas welcome, please go see him. He made our entire trip special!
