The mozzarella one is all cheese inside with the jalapeño one is a hotdog inside. Both were insanely delicious but I had a slight preference for the cheese one. The batter is delicious and the sugar topping creates that perfect savory and sweet balance. We also got an order of the Chinese donuts which came with chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces. Lastly, we ordered the triple sauced chicken which came with rice. Everything was delicious but the corn dogs are for sure the standouts! You must try one! Both were fresh, light, and delicious, but the blueberry was the clear favorite. It was packed with flavor and easily one of the best doughnuts we've had. We paired them with our Pinup Coffees and enjoyed them inside the brewery's air-conditioned taproom--a welcome escape from the summer heat. One of the fun things about Klassic Doughnuts is that their wagon is always on the move, popping up at different locations throughout the area.
