It is August, and I keep getting the runaround. The installers were not good and I hear are no longer with the company, yet my unsealed sliding glass doors are still unsealed in the heat of August. I have called and called and am still getting the run around. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB and take to small claims court. This is regarding the Performance windows in San Antonio. I like the windows, but it is luck of the draw who they have install them. My experience was not good.
