It was that time again for septic to be cleaned so that no problems were had. Fortunately, Curtis found a crack at the top of our septic that was allowing groundwater in resulting in a higher than normal tank, which could not continue. Rather than deal with a bigger issue down the road we opted to have Austin's repair our septic and install a better manhole cover that would stop the issue from occurring. we were able to get an appointment rapidly to get the matter resolved and hopefully the next time we see Austin's everything will be A-OK.

We refer them to ANYONE we know and love that needs help because they are so trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and work with such efficiency and integrity! This is SO rare these days, it seems. They will NOT over-charge you for anything-- or try to get you to "sign up on a contract for repetitive business" nothing like that. They truly are a compassionate and incredibly competent- family run business!! They value their work and charge so appropriately! They have fixed our Air Conditioner within the same day/ visit-- now - 3 occasions- including TODAY! (We know this is rare- b/c parts so often need to be ordered, etc!) In fact, less than a week ago- they helped my mom out- (who needed a part ordered for her AC- but they did everything they could to get her by comfortably until the part comes! ) Aside from us, my mom, and several of our co-workers have become huge fans- (and customers) just after meeting with Lockhart once!! Brian, Matt, and the rest of your team--all we can say is keep up the AMAZING work-- you are TOP-NOTCH and such a blessing to ourselves and so many others!! Respectfully, Erin (and family ;)
